Been with State Farm over 20+years, only a few problems which were taken care of. Especially constantly to tell you that youre eligible for this and that and if you say oh ok, you dont qualify somehow. I dont receive calls anymore, since I changed agents. Very nice .

They never answer the phone. Not very helpful staff. They fired the only helpful individual working there. Would recommend literally any other local state farm agent.

Asked to have him call me back and they never took the time to call me back.

Wont be my agent much longer girl that is supposed to change stuff with your account rarely does her job got married told her to change it get a letter 4 months later saying that my wife wasnt allowed to drive my car because she had changed to geico and we were not married parents also had issues with her not properly cancelling their accounts after having the same issues with her and this office
