State Farm is by far the best insurance company for home and auto. My local agency, Jeremy Borrero is like family. Theyre always there for me and more than willing to help me out in any situation. Angela, who works at this particular location is helpful, compassionate, friendly and prompt when it comes to addressing my needs. She is like a sister or mom as far as dealing with the customer/clients needs one on one. I depend on Angela and look forward to speaking with her when addressing my insurance needs, even when just paying my monthly premium. We have had State Farm Insurance for many years now and would recommend them to anyone. Tim is very professional and personable and the first smiling face when you walk in the office, he is always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. He has helped us bundle and save money, and has also noticed and brought to our attention a cost savings that we had overlooked. We can’t say enough about Tim and our State Farm family. There are other offices close to our home but this office is worth the short drive when we need to meet in person, but can usually get business done over the phone. Initially I had issues trying to do a simple address change and then I called today, frustrated and was lucky enough to get Angela. She was able to change my address and make the modifications necessary without any difficulty! She was professional respectful and understood my frustration with one of her co-workers not being able to achieve the goal of an address change and submit a policy. Best State Farm office and it’s not even close. I was with State Farm years ago, switched companies and Tim called me one day.
