Hubers has done all the service on my BMW 12 135i since I purchased the car in 2016. They do quality work for a reasonable price. I trust them to tell me the truth about what needs to be done. They could have repaired several items that still had life in them until my next inspection. They do not do warranty work, but once its outside the end date they are the only people I would trust.

We stopped in after seeing a vehicle that caught my eye. We already had an open loan we owed a good bit on and was really high in interest. They helped us get a loan on a 17 gti with a interest rate 10% less then what we had on our 15 Audi A3. Lower payments and all but half the miles our other car had. Eric was awesome to work with and made our experience great. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. You will not be disappointed.

They Dont want to work on older Cars.They Dont want to work on Mercedes Diesels.I Emailed and spoke on the phone about work needed on my Mercedes. I received a Verbal Quote based on detailed instructions of what I needed done. They asked for the Vin number and year make and model of the car. we discussed the procedure and the work needed. Sal Let me know there would be a 99$ diagnostic fee to confirm my diagnosis. So I set up an appointment. They had my car for 4 hours and called me to say they now estimate the cost of repair over 1000$ more than what we had discussed on the phone with a few other things being possible to make it even more... because its impossible to know until we have the carIf you have the Vin number and you knew the job you would have known the amount of work and the number of variables involved.Instead of quoting the job accurately you charged me 100$ to confirm my diagnostic and then attempted to get me to pay nearly $1000 more than initially quoted.THIS is why I dont trust a single ------ing mechanic any more.Ill do it myself, and when my dad (who has the same car) needs it Ill do his too.waste of 100$

I was having trouble with the heating system on my 2015 Toyota Corolla. I took it to Hubers and they diagnosed the problem. The service advisor gave me a detailed explanation. They got the needed part and fixed it. I bought this car at Hubers about 5 years ago. I live about 25 miles away in Lebanon and I feel it is worth the drive to get their quality service that I can trust.

While the rental service was convenient and the rental car good, I will not be returning for additional service on my car. The mechanic tried telling me my transmission was consistently leaking fluid and the transmission itself had to be completely replaced. This not only gave me a great deal of distress over my car, for which I care a great amount, but it was a complete lie. Less than 12 hours later, I took my car to a local garage less that I know and didnt tell them what I was told at Hubers Auto Group, but asked to check for a fluid leak. The belly pans off my car were dry, with all fluids at their proper levels. No evidence of transmission fluid can be found whenever I park either. The transmission is fine and doesnt have a single problem shifting gears, I reckon they were hoping to get me to sign onto a loan I do not need or want.

After investigating an electronic problem on our Chevy Spark it was found that a control module needed to be replaced. These guys are great. I needed an expensive repair on my Mercedes - the dealer quoted almost $5000. Hubers estimate was $1650 so I took it there. It was finished on time and ended up costing less than $1500! The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, too. I cant say enough good things about this place.

I dont like taking my car to mechanics I dont know, but I just moved back to the area and my mechanic was booked until July, and with the 10 day inspection window looming I had no choice.I took both my cars (2013 Passat, 2012 Mazda) here and these guys did a really solid job. For everything shy of engine swaps I like to just do the work myself and save the money, but these guys are pretty fair with what they charge for labor, and I just didnt have it in me to crawl out and start changing parts in the summer heat. I had these cars inspected by a mechanic in MD last year who claimed the Mazda needed 1600 in parts (some of which I had just replaced...) And these guys just said it needed a light replaced (which it did) and got me on my way.Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and patient as I dug up part prices to see if what they were charging was fair.. and I was very impressed overall. We recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Hubers. The online experience was seamless and easy and the car was exactly as described. All the paperwork was completed online - we just picked up the keys and drove away happy!

For the past few years, I have taken my vehicle to several non dealership shops for basic, troubleshooting, and annual services and felt a growing list of issues that they were unable to find or claimed might be a programming issue. This year, took out to Huber (since they are VW certified and, if programming was an issue, would be half the price of a dealership. They did not disappoint, were able to find the issues I had brought up in the past ( without having to point them out) and had the expertise to know that the one issue was not programming. Quick, good communication, thorough, and priced affordably for proper work.

Great experience purchasing a used 2013 Audi S5 Cabriolet. Not only was it in beautiful condition, but they performed a true multi-point inspection, changed all fluids and corrected any discrepancies found. I dont believe you could find a finer deal with a full 30 day warranty.Eric was extremely knowledgeable about this and all of his cars and the purchase proceeded quickly and easily. When it is time for another Audi, Hubers will be the first place I go to.

Very professional family run service shop (and car dealer, this review is for service). Had my Subaru in for 90k mike service items and a new rear wheel hub. I called the dealer and Pep boys for estimates on the work and Huber was less expensive and had much more positive online reviews. I can see why. They were very accommodating on 2 reschedules that I needed, did a great job, cleaned the car before returning it (just like the old days of service bays) and charged a very fair price. Highly recommended

I wanted to give my quick take on my experience there with Eric in sales. Im a picky, skeptical car shopper and stopped by first thing in the morning unannounced to look at a car at Hubers that was close to what I was looking for. I was driving from pretty far away to check out a different car at another dealer, but figured it was worth checking out the one they had since it was pretty close to what I wanted, especially if the other deal fell through.I didnt have much time and it was important to not be wasted. I explained my situation and that I wanted to test drive the car right away and that I didnt have much time. Eric was great at taking care of the quickest test drive Ive seen. It seems a lot places want to drag it out and tell you a life story. Maybe that works for a lot of people, but not me. I had enough to time to check the car out on my terms without getting the stereotypical sales speeches. I may not represent the typical buyer, but I like to cut through to the info I need, I dont need a 15 minute speech telling me how nice a car looks, especially when Ive already made the decision that I want that type of car. I ended up going with a different dealer, only because that dealer had the exact model and options that I wanted. The important part is that Eric listened to my situation and gave me what I was looking for. Thanks Eric.

Back on 6/20 my wife and I decided to look into Huber for a newer car. Eric in sales was a great person to deal with. We were undecided about two vehicles, and we took both on a test drive to figure out which one we liked. We ended up going with a Chevy suv. We had two vehicles to trade in, he made the process go so smoothly. I have to say that they are a great dealership, and they have exceptional people working there that really make you feel like family and not just another person/sale to them. Very, very expensive. They did a great job on the repair itself. The garage I normally use could not get me in the schedule for several weeks so I had to find a garage that had time. They charged me nearly 3 times the amount of parts for their labor. I felt they gauged me financially. Other than that, again the work they did held out.

Although, they cant always guarantee they will find the color you want (in this case they did), they will do their best to find the vehicle you want! Every experience of purchasing has been wonderful and hassle free. All 3 vehicles were top notch and ready to go when I arrived to pick them up.
