I had a really great experience at Moes. The receptionists I spoke with were VERY helpful and the mechanic was incredibly honest and thorough. I also felt like the prices were a bit lower than some other mechanics Ive used in the area. I dont know what more someone could hope for in a mechanic.

Great mech Moe has been my mech for the pass close to 20 years. He has become like family to us. Has work on every car I an wife own. Never had no issue fixing a problem. I have been going to Moe for years. I wouldnt trust another person touching my car. He is very honest and easy going. His prices are the best in town. He takes time out with each customer and you dont find that many other places. He makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk into his shop. Moes repaired the problems I was referencing under warranty, so Im changing the rating to four stars.Original review: NOT recommended. Did not do the job correctly; still having problems with my vehicle related to the work I had them do. I also do not feel they are trustworthy, because they did not keep a promise. Only deserves one star for most of the work they did on my vehicle, but I do feel they are capable of small jobs such as replacing brakes, so thats why I gave two stars. If you need anything done that is more involved I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

My starter died at the Turkey Hill across the street and they were very helpful! They were professional, the service was affordable, and the repair was a lot faster than I expected. If youre in Ephrata and ever need a repair guy, go there!

Quality service without waiting all day! We had an oil change and tire rotation done while we waited, and it was done before we knew it. We knew the technician from his former place of employment and know his work is always top-notch.

Also fred whose cousin you had as a girlfriend told me all about you going separate ways with tony but im assuming since you dont wanna be affiliated with your old shop anymore if I bring the car to your shop your gonna try and make some extra money by finding something new wrong so ill have to take it back to your old partner and he better not find something new or i wont be happy.. I went to moes recently and had quite a bit of work done. They did a great job! Very patient and helped me understand what the problems were. They even had work they could not complete and called the other shop that could-they explained what was wrong to my car to the other shop which was great for me bc I am not a car person I dont understand close to any of it lol. Great place to go-hopefully I dont need anymore work but if I do i would go back!
