Working with Bear Mountain Towing was a great experience - the best ever with a towing company. The guys were great to communicate with - they showed up right on time, professionally loaded up the car, and were on their way. Unfortunately, the host for my lot wasnt there on time - but the Bear Mountain drivers were friendly and understanding - and waited for the lot host to arrive. Not only that, but they quoted me the best price I could find. Highly recommend them!

I called Bear Mountain Towing because we were stranded in a parking lot after our truck stopped while driving. As Bear Mountain Towing arrived the maintenance men from American Furniture Outlet came and got our truck going! We no longer needed the tow and Bear Mountain Towing didnt charge me. I had a great experience! My car broke down late at night and they were there within 20 minutes. They drove me home and recommended me a good mechanic. The staff was very friendly, would definitely use again.

Professional company but its difficult to get a receipt from them. You should be able to get a receipt at the time of service but apparently they cant do this. Had to ask them twice for the receipt and my expense report was delayed.

My vehicle broke down on a very busy stretch of I 25. I immediately called my insurance company and ordered a tow truck. The initial company they assigned never showed, and they reassigned my tow 3 times. After 9 hours of no tow company getting my vehicle, they asked Bear Mountain Towing to come get my vehicle. He was wonderful! It was late at night by this time, and my vehicle needed towed 1.5 hours (72 miles) away. He picked it up and kept in contact with me about how everything was going, and even called when he was 5 minutes away. When he got here, it was midnight, and we were so grateful that he was willing to do such a late night tow for us. He made sure to place the car perfectly in the driveway, and wouldnt accept anything less than perfect placement. He helped us push it into the right position even. He was very friendly, helpful, and personable. I would certainly recommend him, and will use him again in the future if I ever need to.

The driver was very polite and timely. Even after I accidentally tipped him $0.10! They are legitimately open 24 hours. I called literally 8 others places and only one other place answered and they could not get to me in a timely manner. I wont use any other towing service in the Denver Metro area.
