My 1997 Ford F150 was shaking very badly so that I could not exceed 45 MPH. I called Emery on Friday afternoon to Labor day and they got me in Tuesday morning (they were closed Labor Day). They expedited the repairs because I told them I had no transportation other than a bicycle. Got my truck back Wed morning and it runs like a dream. This is a very high class operation. I have tried other repair shops and Emery is the best. Very professional.

Brought in a diesel for a issue with hard starting, takes a few cranks to go. Initially the tech diagnosed as a severe fuel leak from the fuel filter. I think hows that possible where does it go there are no drops on the driveway. After coming in and speaking with him in person he seemed to know what he was talking about so I gave the only to fix it.Next day its still not starting, they ask permission for 4 hours of diagnostic at 400$ to find the problem, I give the go ahead.A few days later they call with a estimate to fix lots of things unrelated like breaks and discs, I ask for a individual quote and that never showed up.Few more days go by with no word. I call after over a full week, the receptionist says they found the problem its the fuel pump (that I personally replaced 4 months ago) but the tech isnt available he needs more diagnostic time. So Like a bad costumer I drive in to pickup my van and call it quits they are taking me through the cleaners Ive already been taken. Well at the desk they say my truck isnt ready the tech isnt here we dont know what the situation is he will be back at 430 (even though closing is at 5). So I leave.They call at 4:00ish and say its ready to go but they rediagnosed its not the fuel pump they need more time to find the issue.I picked it up and ran for the hills, everything was scetchy mechanic flux capacitor vibes from these guys beware.

Best auto and truck service center around. Had my RV tires replaced with higher duty ones that Shaun found for me, they filled with nitrogen; tires run cooler, last longer. They serviced wheel bearings and inspected electric brakes and found Prodigy controller defective. After they closed business for the day, Shaun went out with me on test drive and, while working with Prodigy on the phone, was able to set up my controller, saving me hundreds. Thanks Emery!

Cleanest shop Ive been in, nice waiting area, very organized. Explained everything in detail in regards to problems found and potential solutions. Definitely would go there again and recommend to anyone.

Had a brake job done 2 weeks ago for stuck caliper On drivers side . Had Emery replace caliper and rotors on both sides of truck. 1 week later Caliper is stuck again on drivers side.Told it’s a brake hose and they didn’t know the first time because they didn’t do a diagnostic?? You were working on the brakes??While in shop for second time in 2 weeks they say I need another brake hose for PASSENGER side. So pick and choose when you want to figure out a mechanical issue?? Labor goes from 3hrs to 5 hrs as well on this with no written detail of what added another 2 hrs. Thanks for missing an issue the first time and charging me another $500+ for a brake job that should’ve been done right the first time. My truck is also wobbling now on drivers side. L

I got a quote to get some work done on my truck and it sounded pretty reasonable. $968 for a water pump replacement. I scheduled an appointment and brought my truck in and sign the paperwork for $968. 3 hrs after I brought my truck, in I get a call from them and they say that they made a mistake and the job will be $300 more, oh and it’s going to be longer than the one day they told me before I brought it in. So now am I not only having to pay up the extra $300, I’m also losing a day of work for customers I had already planned. Defiantly won’t be coming back and would recommend others staying away if you don’t want to be screwed over.

This is one of the best auto repair operations in Southwest Florida. They replaced my tires at a price that was very competitive with other tire operations and did it on time and at the price quoted. Great service. They even picked me up and brought me back from my office.

Wow! We lost all A/C in our 2012 Lexus RX somewhere during the ride here from Virginia. I know what Lexus charges and the suggestive sales tactics they use (your due for this and that) are over the top. Emery automotive was recommended and for a good reason. Bree scheduled the service appointment immediately. In 2 hours, they diagnosed and repaired the AC. Bree called to tell me it was ready for pick up. She stated that the vehicle inspection showed the rear brakes to be metal on metal. I knew it was due for rear brakes and gave them approval to replace them, something I normally do on my own. The workmanship was second to none. What I noted was how professional and clean the entire wheel assembly was. It was ready earlier than promised and the price actually went down as Bree was able to find parts for a lower price. I am totally blown away at the level of professionalism and honesty they displayed. Everyone! In my opinion, you would be foolish to go anywhere else. Emery automotive is a hand of aces! I drove in with a drive line issue and requested a quick diagnostic look under the car just to determine if my guess about the problem was correct. They got me on the hoist right away, confirmed my suspicion of a missing bolt (s) - plus all the other drive shaft bolts were loose! A replacement bolt was found and the others were all tightened up. I was on my way in less than an hour! Amazing service and peace of mind for my drive back to Canada!

Emerys mechanics are better than Mercedes mechanics. We know because we took our Roadtrek Class B diesel to Tampa Mercedes to fix an intermittent problem (yes always the worst kind) and after 6 hours they could not fix it but of course charged for their time to not fix it and wanted us to bring it back for more work that we later found out would not have fixed it either.. Luckily Emerys mechanics were able to diagnose and fix it for a reasonable price.

I noticed a problem on the brakes and had a day to fix the problem. I called first thing in the morning, explained the situation and they fit me right in. Only after they called to give me a quote for the work on the brakes did I ask them to check the car out for any other issues.... how refreshing, usually most repair shops will call with a list of other problems without even asking. The car (Lincoln MKX) is running great and I will definitely use these guys again and again !
