Matt and his team are the best. Hes fair, honest and gets things fixed the first time. Never had any issues with their work. I now have a new car, but took an older car to them for 10 years and they kept it running for a reasonable price.

I would recommend this place to anyone and have already recommended my son to use them. I had a Dealership look at my vehicle and they told me it would cost thousands more to fix the problem than what Max Auto was able to do it for. I feel like Max Auto is very honest and was able to correctly identify the vehicle issue I was having instead of trying to price gouge me on things like that Dealership was. Everything Max Auto said they would do got done with no hidden surprises. Overall I feel this shop has good standards and can be trusted.

Friendly staffTwo great experiences this week. One of my wipers stopped working and they fixed it free of charge in about 2 minutes. Brought it in the next day for an oil change and was pleased with the service and staff. No attempt to up-sale on unnecessary items like most places do.

Every time I use max auto I am so impressed with how on time they are and how professional that Chris is I have had to use warned keys on my car they always get the warranty my bill the 1st time was like 1,500.00 dollars I only had pay $100. The 2nd time it was going to cost like 599.00 then Kris called the warranty company and I only have to pay 135.00. I am so happy I would not take my car anywhere else for anything they always check my car over so if anything needs to be done in the future I know what I need to do to save and how much I need to save for the repairs or maintenance witch unfortunately is not covered by maintenance.

This was my first time going to Max Auto. Chris was the person that I dealt with from beginning to end. He was very helpful. Max Auto is a very good shop to have your car worked on. I took them my new 2015 Jeep to have them do a full check out. They did exactly that and I was very pleased with the service.

One time our xterra needed the rear end rebuilt. Nissan only sells entire rear axles. Matt noticed that it was the exact same axel that was used on another vehicle and that company sold the parts individually. He ordered the parts individually saving us a few thousand dollars in both parts and labor. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and has helped us many time to get the repairs we’ve needed for the best price. Chris is also outstanding to work with and has always delivered great work on our cars. I have been going to Max Auto for years and would recommend them to anyone. I can’t speak highly enough of this shop.

Fair honest mechanic with amazing skills he beat the competition by HUNDREDS dollars for my Jeep’s heater core and fixed my electrical problems that I didn’t even realize were electrical problems! He told me what was likely wrong with it and it 100% was the problem. 13/10 would definitely recommend him to anyone needing honest affordable work done on their vehicles.

This is the only place we take our vehicles. They do great work. And they wont charge you an arm and a leg either. Very fair prices and very very good work. My boyfriend Shawnn wont take his vehicles anywhere else and his cars are his babies. He wont let just any mechanic anywhere work on his vehicles, he only goes to here. I highly recommend this place.

Dealer told me I needed an engine because oil was burning. Turned out Max found the PCV valve wasnt working and sucking up oil into engine. Simple fix. Max knows what hes doing. Grabbed a stack of his cards. Ill be handing them out.

Had my Toyota Camry at 2 other shops including dealership for misfire, was told I needed an engine its not fixable. My neighbor told me to give Max a shot. Max spent a whole night trying to figure it out. He found a head gasket blown. Replaced gasket engine runs perfect! Saved me $3500! Everyone I know is going to hear about this. Thank you!!!

Engine knocking, assumed it was a spark plug, turns out it was an engine actuator. Dont know what it does but they gave it back running perfect! Recommended by my co-worker.

My boyfriend and I are currently getting an engine installed on a vehicle we bought from Max Auto less than 3 months ago, the engine blew up while driving on the interstate and we are lucky to still be alive. We should have taken a hint when we bought the vehicle and it didnt pass emissions and they disconnected the battery and said it was fixed. We have a lawyer and will be doing a person suit, please save yourself the money and time and buy somewhere else. We were sold a lemon.

When I first came to them, they saved me almost $1000 compared to the dealership. They also showed me several items that needed to be fixed at the dealership, but were in fact fine. This type of honesty and integrity defines Max Automotive. They always finish my car when promised, and nothing has needed to be fixed a second time. I think that finding a shop as honest, reliable, and affordable as Max Automotive is hard to do, which is why all of my friends now use them. They are the best of both worlds, cheaper than anywhere else, and better service.

Good price and they did a great job replacing the head gaskets on my 2001 outback. They also replaced the water pump while the engine was out of the car, and only charged for parts. Communication was clear and prompt, highly recommend.

DO NOT use this business. Quoted me a number, then 5 minutes after I left they called me to give me a number 800 dollars higher. The expensive shop down the road will do it for less. Absolutely a scam artist.
