Ive been taking my car to Meineke for the past four year and Im always very grateful for the work and dedication they put into serving their customers. Theyve always been upfront and honest with what my car needs as well as potential alternatives for what they recommend. They will go out of their way to help save you money while still making sure the work is done timely and well. If youre looking for good honest mechanics I definitely recommend coming here.

I always use Meineke because they offer great service at a good price. My Meineke location takes care of me as if I were family. I used to go to the dealer. After I found Meineke, that nonsense stopped.

Leigh and his team are awesome! They did a great job with my oil change. Then when my car wouldn’t start, they took my car same day and did a great job replacing the battery. So grateful for a local Englewood mechanic that is trustworthy.

Jeff and the guys did great work on my 2008 Toyota RAV4. I had one of their techs install a custom exhaust last summer, but the hangers were having some issues. They fixed everything (and then some) for no charge. They also took care of the fluid in my rear differential. I couldnt recommend them more highly, and Ive been working on my own vehicles for 45 years!

Every time I take my car in, they let me know what needs to be done and how long it will take. They have never refused service ( two other places did) and have never let me down. Thanks folks for a jobs well done.

At first I wasn’t real thrilled with my experience here.Years ago I had a few less than satisfactory experiences here …!! BUT I must explain… let’s say that my catalytic converter was stolen,and I ,brought my truck here to fix it.Jeff at the desk was a total sweetheart,and spent an hour with me trying to find good prices in the parts.A three day job turned into a much longer job.I have to say though that there were issues with wrong parts,etc.sadly as with all buisness’s right now staffing and being backed up is areal thing.In the end they were VERY good to me,and went out of there way to make me happy.These guys are trying to change the reputation for the better and deserve a chance to serve the neighborhood as a great shop.Give em a try.Everyone deserves a second chance.I give them an A+ for the effort,and I will do buisness with them again!

I received great service from this business.

Ive been to this location twice for vehicle inspection. After the last inspection they told me I needed new rear shocks (not a mystery because my ride had become very bouncy). They also told me that the shocks likely have a lifetime warranty, so I should go where I bought them. Sure enough, today I had them replaced for labor only. They saved me hundreds instead of trying to gain that business for themselves. Theyve treated me well and they communicate well. Highly recommend.

My breaks were locking up. The first shop I went to was Firestone. They told me nothing was wrong with my breaks. The second shop I went to was breaks plus. They also told me that nothing was wrong with my breaks. 1/4 mile after leaving Breaks Plus they locked up. I called the shop and let them know what was happening. They said there is nothing they can do and for me to take the car to a Chevrolet dealership. I took the car to John Elway Chevrolet. They had my Equinox for about a week. They as well insisted on telling me that nothing is wrong with my breaks. I knew something was wrong so I had them put in a new break system; rotors, calipers, pad, and so forth. Almost a weeks after getting my car back; my breaks locked up again. When I finally got home I did some research about break problems with a 08 Equinox. I found a form where this guy was having the same issues. On that Saturday I made an appointment with Meineke, but the appointment wasn’t til the following Tuesday. Once the Manager heard of what was happening he insisted that I take the car in that Saturday. I explained what was going on and he knew exactly what the problem was. After a 3540 dollar break job. It was my master break cylinder and power break booster that was giving me the issue. Had the 3 shops I took the car to first checked the master break cylinder and the power break booster I could have saved 3500. So I thank the Meineke team for listening and understanding what the real problem was. I will be a return customer.Tammy Tingle

I made an appointment at Meineke Car Care Center to check for holes in my exhaust system. They put my 22 year old SUV on the lift and showed me all of the issues. It really did need to be completely replaced, from the Manifold back to the Muffler. We went back to the office and got an estimate, then set an appointment for 2 weeks later. I could only get my SUV there on a weekend. They do have Saturday hours.When the Appointment came, it was predicted to snow. Luckily, it held off until later in the day. So they were able to work on my SUV. They gave me a ride home, so I wouldnt have to wait hours in the office. Then they called me back in after 6 hours. My SUV was ready, and the final bill was right in line with the estimate.Overall, this Meineke Care Care Center was Professional and Courteous. They treated me as a valued customer. I am happy to recommend them to others, and I will use them again in the future!

Had squealing breaks on my chevy work truck, thought I need new brake pads, I find out that they inspect your break system free of charge, amazing. Took about 45 minutes for them to inspect my vehicle, turns out my pads still have lots of life in them. Thanks guys.

The employees were very kind but I was disappointed with the time it took to get my oil changed. I made an appointment for 4 and when I returned at 5 they hadnt even started on it yet. Not sure if this was a busier day than normal for them but I would recommend allowing for a couple hours if you make an appointment for an oil change.

Spoke with Jeff, very personable. He also assisted me when I came in. He was straightforward about possible pricing highs and lows before work was done so I had a good idea of how much it could be. Fixed my window issue and also noted an issue with my brakes squealing which I had forgotten to mention. They fixed that at my approval as well and my car sounds great and window works perfectly!

I have used this Meineke location several times previously for both routine maintenance such as oil changes as well as work on my brakes. They have always been very professional, kept me informed every step of the way and had the work complete in a timely manner. They provide accurate estimates up front and have never tried to add extra work or charges unnecessarily. They check in on me periodically as well just to make sure everything is running smoothly and to remind me when my vehicle is due for maintenance.I highly recommend this team.

I had the front end worked on--ball joints, tie rods, idler arm--and Jeff was extremely helpful in figuring out what should and could be done, as well as walking me through the financing process. Aside from the major problem that brought in to begin with, the steering is noticeably tighter and more responsive. I would definitely go back for other work.

CAME BY TO GET EXHAUST WORK DONE ON A CLIENTS VEHICLE AND NEEDED TO SOURCE PARTS THAT WERE STOLEN. EXHAUSTED ALL AVENUES WITH THE DEALERSHIP I WORK WITH... (CANNOT SAY NAMES) BUT THEY SHOWED THAT THEIR PROFESIONALISM WAS TOP NOTCH! CALLED ALL OVER TOWN AND EXHAUSTED ALL RESOURCES, BUT WOULD NOT STOP TRYING. THE TECH SAID HE WOULD EVEN STAY LATE TO TAKE CARE OF US AND THAT SHOWED ME THE TRUE INTEGRETY OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. TURNS OUT THE CLIENT KNEW OF THE ISSUE AND ARRANGED FOR WORK TO BE DONE ELSEWHERE.WILL RECOMMEND FOR MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

They told my brakes would take most of the day but called a couple of hours later and said it was done. Very professional and I dont feel like their prices for their services crazy expensive. I would recommend then everytime.

Ive been using this meineke for a few months now due to the unprofessionalism of the local pep boys around town, as friendly as the technicians and the manager are they seem to be absolutely incapable of doing their job on time. Ive had my car held there over the weekend without a call, email or text. Ive had them take my car apart without the correct parts in stock and had to leave it there for days until they got the part. When they finally did install what they told me was wrong, new shocks and struts, it continued to make the same noise as before. They basically told me another 1300$ on top of the 1400$ ive already paid them. Took it for a second and third opinion and both other mechanics told me all the work they were suggesting was not necessary. Long story short, if you want basic repairs to take 4x as long as it would at a normal repair shop, if you like being charged triple for parts and not getting any follow up then this meineke is your shop.If you value your time and want a mechanic you can trust in my opinion you should go elsewhere. Theyre part of the reason mechanics arent trusted

I took my car in because it was leaking all of the antifreeze out and overheating, i had had another auto place look at it and quote me almost 2k to fix it. I called meineke and asked them how much it would be with them with what i was told was wrong. I spoke to Kya and she was so much help and polite made sure i understood everything and quoted me much less...after they did thier inspection turned out to be only a hose that popped off! They put it back on and told me no charge! I was so happy i took it to them! they looked at everything thoroughly. I will be def taking my other cars here they were honest and helpful! Thank you so much!

I’m really happy with their help. I was thinking my alternator was out and wouldn’t jump to drive to the shop. They had my car towed to their location for free. They found it was not the alternator, provided me with the best battery and gave me an estimate of future repairs. I’m beyond happy with their help and how easy they made it. Thanks guys! My car suddenly ran out of oil about a block away from this Meineke. I thought maybe I hit something or spontaneously sprung a leak since I had done an oil change only 6 months prior. When I topped off my oil and there wasnt a leak, I knew there was something worse wrong with it so I drove it over to have it looked at. The customer service and mechanical work of this Meineke is outstanding! It feels and sounds like Im driving a brand new car! When a part from the manufacturer was delayed for a week, they even threw in some extra work and replaced a couple other parts for free due to the inconvenience when it wasnt their fault the part was delayed. If I could give a higher rating, I definitely would!

Staff did not listen kept trying to charge for stuff I didnt need wanted only brake pads but then was told on estimate rotors and sensors there was no oil leaking and then estimated a 1500 job when a fix was not warranted a simple fuse change that was easy to do 100 dollars You get the feel of unethical staff I will never use or refer your services to anyone dont be surprised If hidden cameras and the news team does an investigation on your shop

Friendly manager. My car was having trouble with cold starts. I had already put a new battery in a week ago and their diagnostic said my alternator had to much output for my battery. My voltmeter didnt confirm that. I also needed a fuel pump/filter which I had bought a new aftermarket one, but they insisted they wouldnt use customer parts (which makes sense as a liability/accountability thing). So their recommendation was a fuel pump, alternator, and battery for $2000, I end up just putting the fuel pump in myself, which was $70, probably $100 total to fix it myself, starts great now, but only after paying a $131 diagnostic charge. I bought the car for $600 and mentioned that. This business in my opinion could have wasted hundreds of dollars of money, and were far from realistically helping my situation. I was gonna spend $2000 but ended up paying $100 plus that diagnostic fee of $130. If you are having car problems and need to get it fixed economically, I cant recommend meineke. The diagnostic also said I need to change my oil/filter, which I had done about ten days prior. They were good to point out I was low on power steering fluid, worn front breaks, and needing break fluid flush.So they were moderately thorough, but some things didnt make sense, and seemed like they were trying to fix a problem for an unrealistically high price. This was my experience.

The customer service is top notch, always making sure to keep in contact and updating me when they have my car. They had no trouble finding the problem and quickly fixed it at a decent cost. 10/10 would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience and timely service!

This was the second time I used this Meineke. Both visits were pleasant. The service advisor took good care of us. No issues with any of the work I have had done.

Worst mechanic experience ever. Quadruple the pice, multiple visits with each time car received back in worse condition. Didnt fix any problems and wouldnt give money back. Called complaints and multiple times was told someone would call me to settle things and never happened. The criminals stole 1k from me. STAY AWAY!!! ...also caught them ripping off two more customers while in there, a guy with a truck and a boy traveling with father. Another upset customer was on the phone... STAY AWAY, especially if a manager named Willy is involved and a big black mechanic with gauges. CRIMINALS.

The staff was wonderful in all senses of the word. They were friendly, fast, and fair in price. As far as other auto shops, this one is the cheapest I’ve found for most of their services and they run a tight ship when it comes to timeliness and quality of service. I would absolutely recommend taking your car here for anything you can’t service yourself.

Each time Ive been here the team has been professional and helpful. They communicate well and clearly work to get the job done as soon as possible. The mechanics also have great taste in country music, so theres that too. Five stars would get towed here after a complete battery/alternator failure again.

A hub, that the facility had previously replaced, either wasnt re-checked or not discussed with me. In addition, an atlas that l had placed in the driver door pocket has gone missing.

If you want to get charged for work they didnt even do this is your place! Had my car here for over 3 weeks before i had to get it towed to my dealership. Just to be told that they didnt even do half of what was on the invoice.

I took my Hyundai in for same day service for a brake fluid flush after the dealership recommended it. Paid about half what the dealership charged, and they were timely, friendly, and easy to work with.

Over all they told me everything I needed to know it just took quite a few days. Their scheduling was off bit other than that they did a thorough check of my vehicle.

Always had good experiences with these guys and will continue to use them for repairs/general maintenance. Definitely recommend! And Jeff is always so nice in our interactions. Keep up the good work!

This place does a great job. I had to get some suspension work done on my 90 Acura. After 3 months the car still runs smoothly. The guys did good and I would recommend them for repair work.

Super pumped that I found these guys. I have an interlock in my car and had a lock out due to missing a calibration date, they helped me out in a jam and were really friendly about it, even though the company we both had to go through was confused and we had to keep going back and forth! I have now officially switched over to them to help me with this service. Today I was there and it was quick, easy and of course super delightful! Thanks guys, you rock!

Took my car in to Meineke on Broadway and Belleview for a standard oil change and to change my spark plugs and my air filter, which took about 4 or 5 hours and cost me more than five hundred dollars, and less than 15 minutes after returning home, I looked out my window to see coolant just pouring from underneath my vehicle. So I immediately took it back to Meineke and without pulling it back into their bay, the manager Jeff and the mechanic who I supposed worked on my vehicle, came out to their parking lot and the mechanic held up a hose that he claimed to be the problem, and said that it was the drain hose and he forgot to put it back on,and then apologized and said that he had put it back on, but the leaking still persist to where my car is extremely overheating still to where I cannot drive it for fear of it going out on me all together, and I never had the leaking prior to taking it to Meineke, and I believe that they didnt even do the oil change because my change oil indicator is now displaying, and they didnt even apply a oil change expiration date sticker on my window at all, so I believe that theyve deliberately sabotaged my vehicle and charged me over $500 dollars for it, and then stated that Id have to pay for the repair to fix the leaking coolant because as Jeff said to me verbatim: we didnt cause the leaking even if it only occurred after we worked on your car, so youll just have to set another appointment and pay the repair cost....so its one of those mechanic shops, and this was my very first time going to Meineke ever, and will most definitely be the last, so Id take your hard earned money elsewhere for your vehicle because youve been warned about this place.

Im a new widow new to Colorado from California and my truck decided to split its radiator unbeknownst to me. Managed to get it to Meineke, store #739 in Englewood at 1 in the afternoon, I was in tears to say the least. The manager Jeff has put together one hell of a team there because after he told me what was needed to be done for my vehicle to be running again, his team told me that they QUARANTEE I would have my truck that evening (I had to be at work by 8 am the next day), Jeffs team fulfilled that promise! The store itself closes at 6pm, they handed me my truck keys at 7:30pm that night! The fact that not only did Jeff personally give me a ride home that afternoon but he also picked me up to pick up my truck! This team of guys and of course, Kya whom works the front counter and actually was the 1st one to meet me at my vehicle when I pulled in upset, are absolutely amazing! You can NOT go wrong here, they didnt take good care of me, Jeff and his entire team took AMAZING care of me!

For a dead car battery they were willing to test it for free, it only needed the jump I had given it and to be driven more.

I have never been so disappointed in a mechanic before in my life. I have also never seen mechanics try and take advantage of someone so hard before. My fiancee went in for an oil change and brake replacement. Finally after belittling her about the “condition” of her car. Was told rotors needed to be replaced asap when they arent even 2 years old. Got the keys and were told its over $600 for the brakes? Nope the put the rotors on and didnt tell her, then quoted her over $400 just for brake replacements. When i call another location i am quoted $240 for all brake replacements including labor. They take advantage of you if they think you know nothing, DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A TRAP!!!!!! When she said she cant afford any of those prices and those WERE NOT the quotes we originally received, they put all the old stuff back on, but not before making here wait OVER 4 HOURS!!! Absolutely terrible experience. Wasted an entire day for a mechanic to belittle us and ultimately not do their job! I hope a Meineke representative sees this, and reaches out to JEFF who tried to take hundreds from us just for a simple brake job.

Took 4 hours to have them order 3 tires and put them on my car. We were supposed to do an alignment but that would have taken another two hours. He was nice enough to take that off the charge though.

Exhaust was puncture, unusual damage, and the guys at this shop were extremely helpful. Got my vehicle in and made repairs quickly. I am pleased with their work. They have always been helpful and considerate.

This shop took care of a difficult O2 sensor that another general repair shop had troubles with. I too just could not get that seized sensor but Meineke could. Polite and on-time service, highly recommended!

I have been going to this place for 8 years and this was the worst experience at this location.. First they had my car for a week to fix a leaking power steering pump and then when I went to pick up my car they had lost my keys.. I will never go back to that location ever again. To many new people coming and going at this location and they will never get any more of my business. Horrible experience at this location.

I have always had great service whenever I go to Meineke.

Went in for a tune up and to fix a flat tire. They only had to do the plugs, my car didnt need the coils replaced. I dropped it off at 930am and they didnt finish until 330pm. I had an appointment and everything. So 6 hours to replace 6 plugs and fix a tire. Work quality seems ok. But timing was horrible. And general professionalism seemed off. Decent place though. As long as work is done correctly its ok to go to.

My car was serviced on time, quickly and the repair was explained to me in terms I could understand. The charge was very reasonable and fair. I love this Meineke location and will only take my car here for all my maintenance/repair needs!

Itd be smarter if you bought your own parts and found a trustee mechanic and paid them for their hourly wages compared to what you will be quoted at this shop. I was in a bind and I made the biggest mistake taking my car here. Jeff was a saint but the technicians in the shop are a bit quick and careless with how they complete each task given to them.

Absolutely the worst service. Since we live in a world where people do the minimum they can in there job, were left doing it for them....IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING OUR BUSINESS, BE SURE TO CALL IN AND CONFIRM YOUR ONLINE APPOINTMENT......The system is not working and is allowing times to be double booked. If that doesnt sway you from using this business, then maybe being told they cant see what you book online and they cant do anything for you, also to be told that this has been an issue for quite some time by the manager And to be argued with, as if it was your fault. So like I was saying, some people in this world do the minimum in their jobs, so Ill do what the manager at this location should have done and make an attempt to help with this issue and come on the reviews and say please dont use the online system, its not working and hasnt been for quite some time. Jeff is awesome. I had to have my car towed last minute because it was leaking oil very bad. Even though they were very busy and booked up, he made sure to fit me in and have my car finished by the end of the day. Very good customer service and very professional!

Just moved to the area and needed an oil change. Made and appointment online for a synthetic oil change ($60). They are open until 6pm which allowed me to be able to pick up my car after I got off work. The employees were very friendly and I will definitely be back in the future.

Very unsatisfied and dissapointed! 😠😠 Originally came for an oil change but they said back brakes needed to be inspected. Paid the extra $50 on top of the oil change. And as Im driving down Broadway, after they said it was done, the driver back tire comes off. Not the place to get work done please look else where to get work done on your vehicle.

Picked my car up and the manager was the worst person I have ever dealt with! Here’s a suggestion for you don’t take appointments if you can’t stay remotely in the time frame of the appointment! Thanks for a wasted day, by 11:30 the breaks should pretty much be done! I would RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Surprised it’s been in business this long! And the manager needs to FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!!!!!
