From the initial estimate to picking up the vehicle after the completed repairs, the crew at Sams were very courteous and respectful. They regularly called with status reports and refined estimates of the completion date. When I picked up the car, it had been cleaned within an inch of its life (a good thing)!

I brought my Audi here for an insurance claim. This was by far on of the easiest repairs I have been through. They were courteous and knowledgeable with text or email updates. With enterprise rental on location it is quick for drop off and pick up. I would use them again and highly recommend for body repair needs.

Mike the painter is so freaking good at what he does, I think it’s better now than when I drove it off the dealership lot! His work is always perfect! I had to have my truck painted twice in two years. Once because of a robbery and damage to it, and the second time because of a hit and run. I definitely recommend giving Sandy a call for great customer service. And while you’re at it request Mike Montoya to do all your painting needs, that guy is amazing at what he does! Black is not an easy or forgiving paint color, so you will notice an error but, not if Mike does it, all you will see is perfection!!!!!!!!

Fantastic job on my paintless dent repair and buffing out all the scratches made from door dings and wear and tear on my truck. I can’t thank Alex and his team enough for taking care of me. At first I tried to set up an appointment to get an estimate on my car repair. The girl I spoke to couldnt seem to get a simple answer through her head and had to refer me to a manager.I was able to get an appointment 3 days later. In which I had to take off time from work to get to; only for them to refuse to repair my car.Ive used them a few times in the past and always got great service but I will not be going there ever again.

Overall great service. The two ladies at the front are very knowledgeable and personable. They went above and beyond to help me in getting quotes for some additional work I didnt originally going for that I would love to have Sams work on in the future!For the work I did get completed this go around, it was done in a timely manner, it was fairly priced for parts and labor, and the end result was to my satisfaction.My only criticism is for the guy I talked to regarding my suspension. He made a snarky comment about the brand of after market suspension I chose. Im sorry but I purchased what I wanted which was at the top end of my budget and Im happy with them. The comment he made was unnecessary and down right dude. He had no place judging the brand of suspension I purchased.

Via Leos Automotive, Sams painted the new handles, and as you can see, you cant tell theyre not original! Also, they did the work quickly, professionally and gave us an amazing discount. I went in expecting them to just repair the damage on my cars body, I left with much more! They took great care of me! They were very professional, kind, fast, and did a fantastic job. I did not expect them to clean the inside and outside of my car, it looks beautiful! I also didnt expect them to give me another complimentary clean and wax when I want it. They did great, I wont be going elsewhere from now on.

This was my first time using Sams via my insurance company and MAN was I impressed. Mike and his team were always keeping me posted every step of the way and Dina, I believe is her name, was always so sweet when I called. My car looked phenomenal when I picked her up and the interior cleaning was fantastic. I will most likely be bringing the rest of my cars here from now on.

Sams Automotive did a fantastic job bringing my dented truck back to new condition. Larry and Sandy were fantastic to work with.

I went to Sams to get an estimate for a door repair on my Subaru. I was told I needed to have an appointment to get an estimate so I made an appointment for two days later. I arrived at my appointment and the estimator asked who my insurance company was and I told her I wasnt sure I was going to use insurance. She then look at my damage and said I need a new door and it would be a few thousand to fix it (this was not a formal estimate, just a guess-timate). She again asked who my insurance company was. I told her State Farm. She said Sams was not on State Farms approved vendor list. When I told her I could use whoever I wanted (I like to use local providers) she balked on giving me and estimate and started in on some song and dance about there was factors influencing their estimate nonsense. So I said youre not even going to give me an estimate and she said No. I asked her why they even made and appointment in the first place (I had to make time in my day to come over for the appointment) as I had told the girl who made the appointment that I had State Farm insurance. She couldnt give me an answer. They wasted my time and theirs. My recommendation is dont go to Sams Automotive for a body work estimates. They are complete amateurs and dont care about wasting customers time. There are plenty of other more competent body shops.

Update: I have now needed to use Sams for a 4th time and still completely satisfied!... I have been unfortunate 3 times in 2020 and have needed to take my vehicles to Sams for repair. After the first time it was an automatic choice to go to Sams for my repair needs. The quality of their work is the best Ive ever had. Their customer service is top quality and their prices are reasonable.

This was my first time using Sams Automotive, but wow, was I impressed! The circumstances that brought me to Sams was unfortunate -- a hit a run that left my vehicle damaged and my morale shaky. I knew leaving my car with the team at Sams was the right decision! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Larry who had a packet waiting for me -- with EVERYTHING! Insurance information, adjuster contact information, a number to reach the shop at, and the rental agreement. All set. Ready to go. I was there for about 45 minutes, mostly waiting for the rental car to physically arrive. Talk about professional and prompt when it comes to communication, daily text messages with status updates and a number to call and inquire. I was told it would take about 10 days to repair, but was surprised when I got a phone call at day 8 saying it was ready to be picked up! Just a solid, local business that actually cares about their customers. Definitely recommend this to anyone needing car repairs, without question. I have been going to Sams Automotive for my collision repair needs for the past 20 years. I have had several vehicles repaired by them and they had always done an excellent job with great customer service, unfortunately, this time wasnt as great and Im not sure Ill be back in the future.Brought in my 2014 Toyota Avalon after I got hit by another car, which turned too sharply, while I was making a right turn in downtown Denver. Talked to Mike Kessler for the initial estimate and dealt with him throughout the repair process. Mike was very thorough during the initial estimate and provided me an estimate for OEM parts, as well as after-market. Unfortunately, it took nearly 2 months to get me in due to the backlog of cars from the summer hailstorm. Once I got in, the repair took 5 days and Sam’s Automotive used the genuine OEM parts requested for the repair. As a side note, always insist on genuine parts for your vehicle; aftermarket parts often don’t fit together properly and many times aren’t as strong or as high quality as the OEM parts.The paint was blended well and has held up perfectly for nearly 3 months after the repair. While the repairs were done well, I found the customer service at Sam’s to be lacking. They never bothered to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs. In fact, I had to call after 4 days to find out the progress. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was handed my keys and told that the vehicle is out in the side lot. I found this odd as in the past, a staff member always came out and brought the car to the front and discussed the repairs that had been completed with you.While looking over the repairs I noticed that Sams Automotive forgot to change out the scuffed lower front turn light on my car and when inside to point this out to them. The secretary got very upset at me and said its not listed on the repair order, when I showed that the turn lamp was listed, the secretary finally got up and got Mike Kessler. Mr. Kessler came out and saw that the turn light in fact hadnt been changed and started making excuses saying the mechanic must have lost the light, rather than apologizing. After making several calls to get the part, Mike finally apologized and wrote on the repair order that Sams owed me a new lower left turn signal. Afterwards, the Sam’s staff tried to make me sign a form allowing them to bill the insurance more for the “any additional repairs. I thought it was very odd that Sams was trying to bill the at-fault insurance twice, thus I refused to sign because the turn light was supposed to be replaced in the original repair.I don’t know why they missed it, but it’s the responsibility of the collision center to do all of the listed repairs mandated by the insurance company. It took nearly 2 weeks to order and get the new turn light in and Mike Kessler was pretty rude and curt on the phone and sent me emails in ALL CAPS when I asked if the part had come in. Have no idea why I was being treated poorly for Sam’s Automotive’s mistake. Once the part finally came, the car was quickly repaired and Mike Kessler was polite and apologized for the delay.Overall, the repair was done well and I was thrilled to have my car back and be done with all of the insurance hassles. It was nice that Sams vacuumed out the interior, cleaned the dashboard, and washed the car. However, I was pretty upset about being treated poorly by Sams for their mistake and I dont think I will be back when the inevitable happens and I need another collision repair.The repair order (RO) number is: 141636

Mike Chavez said my 4Runner would be done in 3 weeks. Never received an update that entire time. On the day it was supposed to be complete I had to call them and he said it would be another 3 weeks. When I finally got the Toyota back, the new paint was scratched all over and had a very bad clear coat. Orange peel on 90% of the vehicle. They installed parts wrong and damaged the vehicle causing the hood to be dented and warped. When I did talk to Mike Chavez, he was extremely rude and condescending. They are even an insurance guaranteed shop and they still did a horrible job. Thankfully my insurance is having my 4Runner repaired at a different shop to fix everything Sams Automotive messed up. Anybody that cares about their vehicle, do not take it to Sams Automotive.

When I saw our Kia all I could say was wow. Our repair number is 141904, they worked on every part of the drivers side of the vehicle and take a look below, it looks perfect.

Sams is the the best. I was disappointed when I discovered the my usual body shop guy went out of business recently, and was not looking forward to shopping for a new place. I had passed by the place dozens of times without giving it a second thought. I took my car in, noting that they were the most professional of every shop I had visited about COVID-19 safety protocol, and walked out with a quote several hundred dollars less than anyone else. My car looks beautiful again, everyone was courteous and friendly, and I get to look forward to a complementary hand wash in the near future, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I am happy to be able to write Sams a positive review. They earned it.

After someone cut me off, the whole front end of my vehicle was pretty tore up. Sams Auto was a recommended place from the insurance company. I decided to take my vehicle there and Im so glad I did. They were very friendly, kept me updated regarding repairs constantly through e-mail, and when the vehicle was done and I went to go pick it up I was amazed by how great it looked. 💯DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE💯I highly recommend going elsewhere if you need any kind of auto body work done on your vehicle. The only reason we went there was due to the guy who recently hit us in the Safeway parking a few weeks back, his insurance company sent us there.We were told last Friday that our vehicle was ready. We show up @ 5:15ish to get it & the guy told us it wasnt ready even after a full day of receiving texts updates confirming that it was ready. We were there before 5:30 as instructed and the doors were locked. So we had the rental over the weekend & showed up today to get our vehicle.1st off no 1 came out & did a walk around our rental that we returned. So I told my husband watch them try to charge us for bogus damage that werent there on the rental (just because I complained)2nd there were visible scratches on the outside of my black car that you could clearly see because they were white. When my husband ran his fingers over 1 of them white paint came off onto his fingers. When we went to complain the guy comes out & says he has pictures of the outside of my vehicle if I would like to see them because all that damage was supposedly there! So when I requested to see the pictures he came out with 2x2 size images that you cant see anything on. I know my car well enough to know that theses were not on my vehicle when I dropped her off. The guy tried to point out that the bays arent even painted white....but they had several vehicles that were white on the lot.Not to mention all they were fixing is my drivers side front fender...and some how they managed to snap off my driver side door handle. Which they fixed....but how is that even possible when we have never had an issue with our handle before? As well as cutting a new key which we werent aware of.

Was very pleased with the professionalism, the kind of service you hope to get but usually end up disappointed. Sams didnt dissapoint. Quality work done on time. A company that takes pride in going over and above to make sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommend. Was a pleasure dealing with them.

I cannot say enough good things about Sams Automotive. They did excellent work and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. I was involved in a hit and run and they took a horrible experience and turned it into a very easy and seamless fix. They were ahead of schedule with my cars body fixes, they communicated to me all changes and they took all of my questions seriously. And as a woman, I always hate going into any car shops because I always felt like they talked to me like a child but never once did I feel talked down to by any of the males working in their office. Sadly, that is hard to find- so can’t say enough how much I appreciate that.So over all I was impressed! My car looks better than when I bought it and they left it SPOTLESS. They cleaned it top to bottom- it’s beautiful. And they took all COVID precautions they could. The woman who rung me up for the charges cleaned everything I touched and everything they touched. Cleaned inside and out with incredible customer care, and continued updated from insurance, damage progress to rental and back again, was absolutely phenomenal. These guys are fantastic. Dropped my car off with Mike on Monday morning after being rear ended over the weekend, and they replaced the hatch and bumper with new paint and everything and had my car back on Friday. Also have an Enterprise rental onsite making getting a rental painless.They even did a full interior detail as well and will wax after the paint has cured.This place is A+ for me.

I was very impressed with the experience and professionalism of their team, especially during the estimate process and in giving an expected repair time that was dead on. The work itself was very well done and the free detailing is an appreciated bonus. They were able to get me in for an estimate, start the repair quickly, and had great communication. Were going on a camping trip soon and I wanted to make sure that the vehicle was ready for a long ride. I told Don exactly what we need done and looked at : fluids, brakes, suspension, oil change, AC, etc. He took care of everything within a few hours and was clear about what was tried and what was taken care of. I feel safe going on my trip next week!

My first go round here I was not at all satisfied but I will say they have since redeemed themselves.First, the office staff is so sweet!! Kris usually answers when I would call and is always pleasant to deal with (I would say 80% of the time I am “trying really hard to not be unpleasant). Mike was very communicative throughout the process and I gotta say, the Jeep looked great when I picked it up.-1 Star as I was initially quoted 5 days for repairs to be complete (a bumper and a fender liner). Geico helped mess this up royally but 23 days in the shop felt a little nuts.

I requested a quote via email and they got back to me fairly quick! I had spark plugs, wires, and distributor cap replaced on my 96 Ford Bronco. They were definitely reasonable priced, between $300.00 and $400.00 lower than mainstream car shops. Don in the mechanical side of operations was extremely helpful and made the process easy. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it was ready before I got off work. I am definitely taking my Bronco there for future maintenance! Thank you Sams Auto!

Great place to get work done. Got into an accident and called a hand full of places to get the work done. Sams automotive was the only one the could get me in that day. They told would take 3-4 weeks to get the work done and they were done in less than two weeks. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

*NOTE All 5 star reviews with RO# are BS. Sams gave out giftcards to people for leaving these bogus positive reviews.Pictured is the horribly botched repair that weve experienced with Sam’s. These aftermarket parts not only do not match, they’re also a poor fit and rattle. Geico agreed that they would replace the fender with a new part and repaint both parts to match the vehicle. Sam’s is insisting they refitted the fender so that it doesnt rattle and that they don’t need to repaint this as it already matches. You can clearly see that it doesnt match. All this to say we are having a long, drawn-out, negative experience with Sam’s.

I WOULD NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS PLACE!!!!I have an odd fix, my clearance on my vehicle is really high, so it has taken a lot to find someone to do the repairs. I had an estimate from the insurance company of the other driver. I called, made an appointment, as the person both confirmed time and date and said no problem accommodating my vehicle. When I got there, there was no appointment scheduled. The woman who helped me was very nice. She said that there was no estimate appointment needed as I already had one. The woman booked me an appointment for a couple weeks out. She came out with me and took some pictures and said it may not work because of the clearance. She has the owner come out and look. He said it would cost a lot more then the estimate because of certain issues. I asked questions about the repair. I said to the owner that I was a little disappointed that I called to make this appointment that was not necessary and that the front desk said they could accommodate no problem. I do not know if the owner was having a bad day or is just a jerk, but he started saying we needed to get past my complaint to move on. To which I said, no problem. But he kept harshly telling me That the front desk wouldn’t know to say no to my vehicle. He kept saying I needed to get past it. He began to get angry and was talking down to me. I told him to stop arguing with me several times. I told him I couldn’t believe he talks to costumers this way, I asked him if he didn’t ever take comments to improve business. He said he was sorry if he was coming across course, but we would need to leave the comment. He said that the SCHEDULING FRONT DESK people wouldnt know if they can service a high clearance vehicle. Am I crazy? shouldn’t the people running the office know this? Every other shop was able to say yes or no. I said there was no way I was giving my money to them. If you believe in supporting small local businesses, DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT WILLING TO BE NICE TO COSTUMERS. As an owner of a small business, I believe it is insane to treat someone like this when they are trying to give you money. I definitely did not trust this shop to do the work without sabotage;)

Service was great and fast!!!

Sams did some minor body work on my Highlander recently. The quality of the work was excellent. Then yesterday, I realized the cap on the roof rack was missing on the side where the work was done. Im sure it was on the car when I picked it up, but it may not have been fully snapped in place and blew off at highway speeds. I contacted Sams to let them know and they were just great. They didnt argue, but immediately obtained a replacement cap which they put on the car this afternoon. The followup visit didnt take more than 5 minutes. I was very impressed in how they handled the situation. Great company, great people.

What a refreshing experience it was to work with folks that still care about the customer. This place is amazing! Not only is all of the staff understanding and kind but they do amazing work! I had taken a tire to the bumper and it messed it up, but they repaired and painted it to make it look like new, and they did it so quickly. Amazing!

First off this review is months overdo. My Cadillac Ats was involved in a minor collision and Sams repaired it to its like new original factory condition. Although the repairs took longer than expected (no fault to Sams) because of GMs strike. I am a happy camper and would refer Sams to anyone looking for quality repairs in the metro area.

This was the first time I had taken a car to Sams. I experienced the best customer service I have ever received from a business from the moment I walked through their front door to the moment I picked up my car . Every single employee was vested in giving quality customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Sams did an outstanding job on my car. I will always go to Sams first in the future, but hopefully I wont need too:)Having Enterprise as a partner was also fantastic. I was able to drop off my car and pick up my rental all in one place. The team at Sams did a great job on my car - and they were FAST! I needed a new back windshield and body work done on my tailgate, not only did they get me in quickly, the work was completed in a little over a week. Some other body shop companies couldnt even get me in before Sams had the work finished. Very convenient location too, right next to the light rail station. (144375)

This is my first time using this shop and it was a very convenient, speedy, and easy. The representatives are very friendly and they sent me alerts based on the progress of the repairs and kept me informed all along the way. I will definitely use this shop again when I need repairs done going forward.

After we got rear ended and received the option of having our car repaired at the expense of the offending party, I started looking at our options. The first couple of options had lackluster reviews, but I found Sam’s on the list and its reviews made me consider it, even though it was out of the way. I’m always nervous bringing my car in for repairs because I’m afraid it’ll come out worse than it went in. But I took a chance on Sam’s. And I’M SO GLAD I DID!! Our car came back looking better than it did when we bought it. The staff was courteous and kind, and the repairs were done more quickly than I anticipated. Thank you so much!

Ive always had great experiences here with my vehicle repairs, but I felt as though I needed to take extra time out of my day to say an incredible thank you to the team at Sams. My vehicle was hit and the person who hit me their insurance company had Sams listed as an option for repair. When asking my husband who to pick from the list he said Sams Automotive he has heard good things. We scheduled the service and was not disappointed. They had good communication, quick repairs and it looks good. Would do business again!

This place is amazing! Took in my RAV4 that had damage on both sides, they got it all done in a little over a week and even squeezed me in for an oil change. My car looks like new again! From start to finish they were all so pleasant and efficient. Larry as well as the ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. Thanks Sams!
