AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would rate zero stars if possible. Heartless lack of honesty. Will tow your car in the middle of a blizzard. They lack simple human decency and common sense.

As an owner operator (tractor trailer) I have been to many shops and have been towed by other companies, and have been screwed. This is the ONLY one that has worked with me, has fair towing rates, and are willing to stay to get my truck fixed so I wouldn’t loose my pay on the load i had when my transmission broke. I would highly suggest them. Good people here.

I was an employee here, and I left to go to basic training . When I came back my tool box was empty . Thats right, all of my tools where gone! Ofcourse nobody knew how but im sure the managers drug problem had alot to do with it . Why did I leave my tools there ? Well , I planned on returning to work after basic and was told my tools where safe. Live and learn! #karma

Getting towed is never a great experience however if you do your relying on the information posted. The signs they have at every place they service says the office hours are from 8am to 6pm however if you call before 9am there is no answer. There is no update on the website, nothing about office hours on the VM. You just have to keep calling or wait until they are open. This is extremely unprofessional and painful.
