Untrustworthy! I received a quote for homeowners insurance from Jenna. I accepted the policy, then approximately three months later, yes 3 months, I received another bill because Jenna quoted the wrong price! Do not use this disreputable company that 1)can’t figure out how to provide an accurate quote and 2) doesn’t stand behind the policy agreed upon. Jenna had the nerve to call and ask me what she could do for me yesterday and when I told her she can pay for her mistake she quickly hung up, pathetic, truly pathetic...

I have been a customer with Matt Smith for 5+ years and the agency has never disappointed! He always returns calls in a timely manner and has assisted me with house, auto, boat, and business insurance inquiries. Left no less than 3 messages for Matt to return my phone call. Was assured by Jessica I’d get a call back, never happened.Spoke with Nancy who was condescending and kept repeating herself without making much sense. Didn’t take the time to understand the issue at hand.Our policy almost got cancelled as they never put it on auto renew (which we were told our plan was on when I had originally signed up with them). They said they texted us from the office but we never received any texts. Our State Farm office in another state not only emails but also calls if there are any pending issues which would interrupt the policy.Very careless customer service.Rude employees (Nancy).Matt Smith never returned our calls and he is supposed to be the agent here!Jessica was the only person there who was sweet and handled the cancellation issue right away - except she did assure me that Matt would call back and he did not - she did say it was out of her hands and she was shocked that even after she messaged him and left notes on his desk that he never returned our calls.Will be transferring our policy to another location.Save yourself any foreseeable troubles and find an agent who understands the value of ethical, responsive and courteous service. You won’t find it here.

Ive been with Matt since moving to Florida in 2004. Hes always been responsive and gone above and beyond.Case in point. A few months ago, i was in an accident that was totally on the other driver. While his insurance carrier dragged their feet, Matt made sure I was in a rental car, my car got fixed, and he got my deductible reimbursed by the other guys insurance.At this point, I consider Matt as much a friend as an insurance agent.

Switched over from allstate to state farm and I was a little worried about everyone saying state farm was the most pricey but after meeting Matt and Ron i felt like more then a number and can always call them and ended up saving some money , world highly recommend them . Worst agency EVER. They give you a policy , you pay the premium in FULL. Then get ANOTHER bill for $98 cause your LAST premium was on a payment oh ya PAID THAT ONE IN FULL TOO
