After my wife died I called and spoke with Michelle because my income consists of a once a month disability check. I would not have been able to afford to keep Kims car if I could not lower the cost of my insurance. Michelle worked on it and got the cost to an affordable price and Im now able to keep the car.

Catherine, is truly amazing. She checks on me periodically to confirm Im happy with my insurance and to see if I want to make any changes. She is always professional and kind. I dont have to call often but when I do my issue is resolved immediately. Thank you for all your help.

I have dealt with many insurance agencies and I can honestly say this agency is the best!!! We have every policy with them now. They are responsive, friendly, and so helpful. They have even offered ways for us to save! Whenever I call, they answer. And if they are with another client, they call me back. I would recommend them highly!!

The Allstate group is very professional and does a great job at keeping my account up to date on needed changes.

They sold me an auto policy and made me cancel the existing one. When existing policy got canceled they called me after 5 days and said your new policy havent started yet because of payment issue, although I have got the insurance cards in the account. They gave me the new quote which was much higher than what they gave me earlier and said it would be higher since I have insurance laps now because of them. What a scam!

Catherine and her team have been nothing but helpful from the start. They explained things to me I had never heard in my 10+ years of having auto insurance. They were even more helpful when we were hit by an uninsured driver and even though it wasnt their responsibility they checked in with us and made sure our claim was moving along properly. We will stick with Allstate as long as Catherine is around :)

Havent had to file a claim, so not much to go on. Original agent from 10/2/18 was great when I set up the policy, havent spoken to the more recent agent Catherine, but she has contacted me by mail and email introducing herself and relaying contact info. Only complaint is that I was quoted a price for the first year, and then it increased by $8.73 per month after 6 months, and then an additional $6.49 per month at one year. Nothing changed, no accidents or tickets.

Never been there personally but have had a good experience on line the only thing I have to complain about is. My policy goes up every 6 months started at 199.00 now paying 224.00 I have had no accidents or tickets just cant understand why my premium keeps going up. Very professional handle all question and claims quickly

Agent wouldnt stop emailing me until I posted a review, otherwise 5 star service. Beware of your coverages though, you can have uninsured motorist and still not be covered if you dont have enough comprehensive coverage. I found that out the hard way.
