She then arranged a time for Sara to go over and issue the new policies ensuring there wouldn’t be a lapse in coverage. I have been with State Farm for ALL my insurance needs for over 45 years. I have always believed my insurance agent is one of the most important components of my Life-Team. I get nervous when an agent I have had for years (Sandy Williams) decides to retire. This past summer, Brian Benedict became my State Farm Agent and since he took over, I have not had the chance to meet face to face with him or any of his team.During the 1st week of December, I was rearranging some vehicles and the subsequent insurance policies. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with Hailey, who I can not say enough about. She is very professional, listened to my request and was very efficient in making the requested changes.As luck with have it, on December 5th I had a major vehicle fire on the side of I-70 that totaled my truck and severely damaged my race trailer.
