We always hear about the bad stuff that people/companys do, but we dont hear about the good stuff enough.My husband and I have been with Travis Henderson State Farm Agency for a long time. Our agent retired and we were passed on to Travis, we are very grateful for that. We have had our cars, our teens cars, homes, life insurance through them, and our young adult kids have gone on to have renters insurance and their cars covered as well.Occasionally I shop around to compare insurance to make sure we are getting good coverage for our money. So far, no one has been able to beat our coverage and cost with State Farm. First of all, this agency has worked hard to make sure we get the best insurance auto, home (and life) that really meets our needs. When our son was a teenager driving, Travis recommended an additional policy that would better protect us in case our son got into an accident. We got that policy and our son later was in a bad accident and we were very grateful that we had this additional coverage.When my elderly Mom stopped driving, her homeowners insurance (by another company) went up substantially, as she was no longer getting multiple coverage discounts. I suggested we call Travis and see what they could do. They gave her the same coverage she had before and she was paying less.Travis is so professional, very compassionate, and kind. He has worked with us on financial advising. He has help us to purchase life insurance that will be important in the future without killing our budget now. Travis listens to the needs of the client and will never put pressure on you to buy something. He is very interested in his clients and works hard to help the people he serves.I think most important is that I like an agent and agency that is responsive. First off, State Farm is the best. Also, Hendersons office is legit. Ive worked with them a few times for people going to CO from AZ and vice versa. Crystal is super nice and friendly. They lead the industry; every time there is a rate change, the other companies decide what to do from there. The only way to beat value is price. I experienced an accident that wasn’t my fault in mid-April. Crystal and Molly from Travis Henderson’s agency were so helpful with all of my needs when the accident occurred and throughout the whole claim process, I am sopleased with State Farm Insurance! All of my needs were handled seamlessly, including the towing of my vehicle, getting me a rental car, payment of my claim so that I could get my car repaired, etc. It was all accomplished in less than a week! Id like to provide feedback of my husbands and my experience with Travis Henderson to both State Farm and other consumers in the community seeking to secure insurance for their personal and professional needs after having done just that for our family. My husband had come across Travis and expressed to me that we need to have a consult to review our current policies in the hopes of getting improved rates and better coverage with him. Travis scheduled a phone call with us when we were both available after work on a weekday at 8pm. At the time we were with 3 different companies, only because that is the way we were able to save the most money, namely Costco and Allstate, but Allstate does not combine business and family policies in one umbrella, so they are treated as completely separate. Travis prepared diligently in that he had us send him what our current setup was with the aforementioned companies and presented a portfolio we could compare in a side by side by the time we were going to have our phone meeting to discuss them. This was both efficient and respectful of all of our time and we were able to focus on each line item that Travis thoroughly went over so we were clear on what we were paying and how that stacked up against what we could be paying if we were to bundle all of our policies, because that could be afforded through one State Farm portfolio that he would process. Each item, I do mean EVERY SINGLE LINE ITEM was cheaper for the same coverage or just better coverage. He would ask us probing questions specifically designed to make recommendations for us (as much as he could), by that I mean he would explain what would be the benefit when we were unsure in making choices so we could evaluate how our business/personal auto AND home renters would be impacted and that enabled us to make a thoughtful decision based on our situation. Travis is extremely personable and made the whole experience, even at 8pm on a weekday feel productive, efficient, and rewarding for us, because his friendly is only matched by his familiarity with speaking on these issues and we felt very much at ease and clear due to his patience and professionalism. He is reachable, approachable and eager to ensure his clients feel taken care of and cared for. His team saw to it that every question that arose after we spoke was promptly addressed, and confirmed that emails were received, and when we can call to cancel our existing policies so there were no lapses. We highly endorse using Travis Henderson for your needs as well, because you will have the same peace of mind that we experienced. You cant help but feel that you just got through talking to a friend. Thats big when an individual representing a company can personify that sentiment. Multiple issues with state farm. Was hit by an uninsured motorist. I had to pay my 2000 deductible to get vehicle fixed and was told state farm would pursue on my behalf that money when they attempted to recover theirs. They easily gave up and I had already pursued recovery of the money I spent on the rental car directly from the driver of the other vehicle. I did not pursue collecting deductible because state farm was. I never received my deductible back and they dropped me shortly after. After about 4 years with them of always on time payments!

Travis and his team are incredible. When I moved to Colorado, I did a lot of research on different providers. Travis has gone SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND his services with my familys cars, that when the time came to buy our first house, we didnt even think twice. Straight to Statefarm for that insurance as well, where Mollie has been patient and amazing in her explanations. Anything that I can insure, Ill be doing through Travis Henderson and you should too.
