Kimberly and her staff are great!. Best costumer services I have seen so fare. They know what they are doing and also they care about you understanding all the important information they have to offer.

Cant say enough about the fantastic help and support of this office. Rear-ended in an accident yesterday and with the help of Kimberly and more specifically Ashley, they helped coordinate with the other partys carrier and everything was resolved in 1 day. Amazing! Ive been driving for 50 years and have had a few different auto insurance carriers in a couple of different states and I have NEVER experienced the overall customer service, responsiveness and genuine concern and caring this office had shown me! Kimberly and Ashley are really tremendous people to work with. I honestly can’t say enough about Kimberly and her staff. I have been working with Ashley since I moved to Colorado in 2017 and it really has been the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company and just customer service experiences in general. She is super knowledgeable, works with your schedule, budget, and individual needs. I have never had to worry about anything because she just takes care of it and makes sure I am taken care of. I highly recommend Kimberly Brogan Smith as an agent. Ive had issue after issue with all of my previous agencies. Sarah who works with Kimberly was very helpful when fixing the mistakes made by Brian Wages office. They are very friendly and they do put their customers first. With how they work with you, you can really tell they actually care about their customers and are willing to help with anything even if your policy is a mess from a past agency. This is the place you want to go to if you want a real agent helping you. I wish I could give them a higher rating but 5 stars is the max. You will not regret going to them over any other agent.

Your team was caring and knows how to get things done.The lady that picked up the phone (I forget her name, but I believe she is Ashleys assistant) was very warm and helpful.Ashley provided great information and connected with me on a personal level. Ashley let me know what she would do and what I needed to do. Her tone was amazing (I previously worked in a call center and after hearing snotty tones or tones that proved that the person hated their job, you have a sense for these things). She helped me with any questions I had and guided me to help me in getting my accident resolved - never once making me feel guilty about getting in the accident, but rather comforted me.Ashley then transferred me to Alex in claims - he was also amazing. As a Florida transplant to Denver, I purchased a winter vehicle. Ms Sarah Moore was not only extremely knowledgeable about what i needed to insure but with no pressure gave me options with bundling with renters, increased coverage, etc. My experience with other agents in the past, once they take your money their roll is done. But not Sarah! She has gone above and beyond. I will gladly refer anyone I can to her.

I had an appointment to go over the insurance packages and other options to insure my vehicles and my house with Ms. Kimberley Smith On Tuesday, March 24, 2015. However, I had some errands in the area on Monday, March 23, 2015, so I called and switched my schedule a day earlier. Ms. Smith was busy meeting with her other clients that day, but she made it conveniently for me by assigning one of her representatives, who was Ms. Claudia Forman, to assist me. I was very impressed by the knowledge about each item in the insurance packages that I currently had. I was also able to learn more about many different options that State Farm Insurance offered. Her professionalism and positive attitudes towards my many dumb questions were extremely helpful. We all live and learn, and I felt that I learned a great deal about the insurance options offered by State Farm from Ms. Forman that day.
