Amazing Customer Service. Eric explains everything completely and has no issues letting you know if you are over insured or giving you advice on what is really needed. Highly Recommend him.

Felt pressured to buy more coverage that I don’t need. Never call me unless they want me to buy more insurance. Sales are his only goal. Had to call three times just to get insurance cards. Some service they have. Go elsewhere than Eric maier.

Theresa was great! She helped me make a quick informative decision which helped me purchase the right vehicle. She gave me her personal cell number and had my policy finished and Id cards sent within 15 minutes. She also helped me with renters insurance and was able to save me money on all my policies.
