Look up the phrase “Personalized Service” and these guys will show up! I have my home, truck, motorcycle and boat trailer insured. The rates seem to consistently go down in small increments... All state cancelled my policy while I was in hospital fighting covid after my father passed away from covid. When I paid my balance I received a voice-mail saying I should go look for insurance somewhere else. Is there somewhere I can post the voicemail so people can hear for themselves? Dont go with All-State people.

I had been with Allstate for years and thought that my best interest was being looked out for.I was lied to about how much they could save me on my other insurance and when I follow the direction of the agent I wind up paying more money I don’t appreciate being lied to and therefore I cannot in good conscience. Tell anyone that allstate would be a good business to deal with insurance.

Brad has been my agent for a short time and hes very responsive, friendly and professional. When I moved to a new place during this covid ordeal, I had to get renters insurance within a very short notice. He worked late and got the job done for me. Greatly appreciated!
