I have been trying to straighten out A matter in regards to my young son and his insurance he was billed for two separate policies Ive been trying to receive a refund unfortunately I have not been able to yet. I have all the required documentation to show that he was billed twice for two separate Auto policies. The only person that has remotely helped try to resolve my situation is Wendy who I am grateful for so come again Monday morning I will call and see how I get my 16-year-old sons money back. Im positive you do not need 2 separate Auto policies for one vehicle he was insured twice. The kicker to all of this is he paid a year up front! So how he had premiums for two policies is beyond me?? Other than that as long as it gets remedied my husband has been doing business with them for a long time he likes the company and has assured me that everything will work its way out!

Would not recommend this agency. Extremly rude and nasty. Agency owner does not work the agency which promotes this type of culture in business. When asked employee to tweak existing home owner policy for lower coverage said could not be done. When I finally convinced her to to re quote she emailed me with $100 plus higher premium due to bogus information not relevant to my home! Definately do your homework!

People here took the time to find coverage for my older mobile home without jamming me into the Citizens Florida placement program.

Horrible the woman whom answered the phone was rude and basically made me feel within 5 mins that I didnt want to do business with them .... She told me homeowners insurance isnt available to bulldog owners ? Really cause it was a question asked from all agents and no one else said that .. Horrible experience
