He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly addressed and diagnosed each issue. A couple repairs were done on the spot, and one part needed to be ordered and after a couple days they called me to complete the repair promptly. Besides being very polite and professional, Dustin was very honest and fair. His wife was also wonderful to work with over the phone. Not only are they a family run business, they were able to provide me with same day service of my washing machine! Which, was a real blessing for my family of 4 who constantly need to wash clothes.

Our refrigerator quit cooling and freezing. We called Certified Appliance repair and they sent out a technician early the next day. Dustin was our service tech. He knew right away what the issue was, quoted us a price with parts and labor and repaired the refrigerator quickly! Dustin was courteous, honest and very knowledgeable about the repair. Great technician very personable and professional. But he charged me over $400 to fix the washer and I had to help him take the dryer off of the top of the washer because his helper did not show up. I also had to help put the dryer back on top of the washer after he replaced the water valves. He also could not replace a water hammer valve on the cold side of the washer (I found the part at Lowes for $12)and put it on myself. I would have liked a little consideration on the bill in that he saved money that he would have spent on his helper but got me for free. Great guy bad business.

These people are the most dishonest people that I have met in God knows how long! They came out to fix my fridge, set apart was wrong on it so they ordered a part and installed it! I called them to tell them the fridge wouldn’t get below 41° they said that was normal which is a lie. Finally they came out and said the part they put in was OK it was the compressor and I would have to call Maytag! Maytag came out and said that the compressor was fine that the part that certified put in was put in wrong and the tabs were broken so I had to pay Maytag to repair my Frigidaire. My fridge works fine now! Certified refuses to return any phone calls even after home advisor asked them to call me back! The only recommendation I can give is for you or anybody else not to use them they cannot be trusted.

Our almost 3 year old dryer just stopped spinning, of course it was out of warranty. Started looking on line for recommendations for appliance repairs and saw Certified mentioned many times. After going on their website and reading so many positive reviews with Dustins name mentioned over and over we decided to give them a call. It was on a weekend when we called and he came out Monday morning. Wonderful person to deal with, even told us might be better off buying a new dryer since the repair and labor would be somewhat costly and we just might rather buy a new one. We appreciated his honesty but decided to have him do the repair. So nice to work with a family owned business. They really care about their customers.

I LOVE this company and will put them on speed dial from now on. They answer the phone on weekends and all hours... sent help asap... and best yet.. fixed the problem without even needing to order parts!This weekend the computerized control panel on my range went out with a power flickering, leaving me without a working oven, clock or any of the other computer related functions. Since the stove burners still worked, I thought it was worth a shot for repair, rather than buying a new stove.Certified Appliance Repair was the ONLY repair shop that would actually answer the phone on the weekend past most normal working hours. They scheduled promptly, and even fit me in sooner than expected, arriving Monday morning.Dustin is a champion technician! He determined the malfunctioning part, called for its price.. yet before leaving had my range back in full working condition without need of replacement of parts! It was like watching a miracle worker. He basically reset the computerized part of my range.. and all is back to working 100%.I am so impressed with every aspect of company and its people. They will be my go to team from now on. Honest, reliable, efficient, caring and fair... just darn good people who do excellent work!

Dustin, from Certified Appliance Repair, repaired effectively our garage refrigerator the first time out. He diagnosed and repaired the appliance in a professional manner (something I have trouble seeing in some fields. It was comforting to have known there are still repairmen of his capacity out there.)

I called Certified Fixed on Tuesday evening and Dustin was out the very next morning. He had the issue with our dryer fixed in minutes, and even ran a diagnostic on my washer at my request. I called about 8 a.m. Tuesday morning and told them my problem. The repairman was here within a half hour, checked the problem and replaced the bad unit. He was gone by 9 a.m. and I was able to go to my work as a cashier at Culvers. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. I would recommend them with flying colors. I have a appointment on Tuesday by 10am, i made appt a week in advance. I called at 10 when nobody showed and was told they changed software and didnt write appt down and cant come out. After having no washer for a week. Now i need to find another company and today was my only day off to do this!

We could not have been more pleased. We called on a Monday morning, and technician Dustin arrived early afternoon as scheduled. Dustin is exceptionally knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem(s). He took the time to explain what went wrong and what would be required to fix it. We were given a business card from our neighbor for this company and in particular Dustin as a contact.Set up a visit to fix the blocked Ice box feeder tube.Dustin identified the issue in 2 minutes and ordered the part there and then.Within 2 working days the whole job was completed including the fitting of new part.We are confident to recommend Dustin for certified appliance repair and a 1st class service.

Certified Appliance Repair is AWESOME! I Noticed my refrigerator was not cooling properly around 1230p on July 3rd. I called 5 other companies that were either closed or couldn’t send anyone out until Monday. That just wasnt an option as I had food for a 4th of July Party the next day in the refrigerator and freezer. I called Certified Appliance Repair and Courtney and Dustin proceeded to save the day! Although We paid this company $500.00 to repair our refrigerator, what theydid never fixed our refrigerator. They would never return ours calls.Maytag came out and fixed it for $200.00.Don’t believe their ratings because they have all bad reviews deleted.

Brian came to our house to fix our dryer. The bill came to a little over 200 bucks which wasnt crazy and away he went. The next day, the dryer crapped out again. We called the office and Brian was scheduled to come back later on that day. He took the entire machine apart, changed 3 parts this time, cleaned and vacuumed the unit and put it back together. They did not charge us an additional penny as we thought the issue was fixed the first time. Our machine works perfectly and we couldnt have been more happy with the service we received, both from within the office as well as the staff in the field. Negative things happen from time to time and we understand that, however, this company handled the entire situation head on and we are grateful! Thanks to everyone over at Certified! Great job!

I called Certified Appliance Repair and spoke to Chelsea. Who was very friendly & helpful. They were able to come over that same day well within the time frame given. The tech was knowledgeable & knew what we needed right away & got straight to work. The entire cost was around $225 which was definitely affordable. I will be calling them for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

After being out all day, we discovered our fridge wasn’t working so we called 3 local repair businesses only to reach no one. I then called CAR and Chelsea answered. It was 6pm. The job was immediately dispatched and John arrived within 40 minutes! He was knowledgeable, friendly and diagnosed the problem within minutes. John returned the next morning, arriving at 9:05 am and our fridge was working by 9:30 am. Great Job! Thanks Team CAR!

Serviceman Dustin arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the needed repair. He also told us what to expect in terms of how different mechanisms function in the refrigerator so we can accurately understand the meanings of common sounds and when correct readings are on the refrigerator door.

It was ok the repair man showed up same day of call and was in and out with a fix. I however tried calling the next day left message asking a question and I never heard back. So that wasn’t cool but otherwise they are ok

On an Sunday morning I found myself standing in a puddle of water in the kitchen. The refrigerator had died overnight. I called Certified at 8:55 AM, I was told that Dustin would be to my place between noon and 1:00 PM, after attending church. Dustin arrived at 11:30, diagnosed the problem, installed a new part and left everything neat and clean .I think the charge for a Sunday service call and parts was very fair. At 1:52 I heard the drop of ice cubes into the icemaker bucket and by 1:59 I had a BIG and cold Bloody Mary in my hand. Any day that starts with a puddle and the possible loss of a lot of frozen meat deserves to have a Bloody Mary break!

Dustin has fixed my appliances for over 15 years. He might be the nicest most polite guy I ever met. Prices are very fair. He also has told me when to buy new rather than repair. I actually ask him for advise which units to buy and what to stay away from. You cant ask for more than that.

Professional and prompt technicians who actually fix the problem. Customer service is a lost art for most companies, but the tech from Certified was willing to return later that evening after fetching the necessary part to fix our oven. After a no show and waiting on parts for days by another repair service, the tech from Certified went out of his way to retrieve the part that afternoon, fix the oven that evening, and save our holiday dinner plans.

I called this morning and was given a timeframe for today. The technician (Brian) called when he was on his way and was within the timeframe. He was able to fix my problem so I will get some more life out of my dryer. It wasn’t cheap but I don’t really have others to compare to. The work has a one year warranty so I think it was worth it. Would call them again.
