Purchased an open box LG refrigerator for about 30% off. paid $1600 everywhere else was $2400. Staff in store were nice and generally helpful. Delivery guys came and installed same day. Had the unit since October 2020. Works great. Receipt says 8mo. warranty.

First, I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher at this store. When the dishwasher was first installed, the fuse of the electric box was damaged three times, so I asked for a repair, and only said there was no problem. But the bigger problem is the refrigerator. An employee named Hoxx said it was a new product with only external damage when selling, but if you look at the picture, its just garbage.1. The light does not light up when the door is opened.--> The shops repairman came 3 times, but couldnt fix it.2. Moisture keeps forming between the doors, so you need to clean it every day.3. There is no screw on the refrigerator door, so the door does not close well and the hinge damages the lower sliding door. Please refer to the picture4. There is a strange powdery substance inside the ice maker. I left it because I thought I might die if I touch it.5. An alarm pops up asking you to replace the unused water purifier filter. --> When I remove the filter, it is full of water. It means someone used it.6. The hinge of the lower door does not go in and it continues to come out. --> I must pay my money to fix it.7. The inner trays were broken a lot and even some were empty.8. They removed all the stickers with the model name and delivered the refrigerator. Before I bought the product at the store, I checked the sticker on it. --> There seems to be a suspicious reason not to disclose the source of the product.I kept asking for repairs, but every time I called, I just kept putting it off until next week. Suddenly, after COVID-19 broke out, I couldnt visit the store. But they are telling me that the warranty is only one month, and it cannot be repaired. When it comes to selling, it is said that the warranty is 1 year, but now it is 1 month.Are you doing comedy right now?And if you look at it, the price is hardly different from the new product. In other words, it is not cheap. And they say that if you pay the cash, it will be cheaper and induce no evidence of payment. I also regret why I bought something at a store like this. Even though the price is not cheap, and the product warranty is only one month. And never think you can get it repaired within a months warranty. They are humans who said they could not repair because they didnt have parts despite the warranty period. Keep in mind that 99% of what they say is lie. Please, I just hope there are no other victims like me. Of course, I also complained it to the BBB. I am curious about their reaction.

I paid $2000 for a refrigerator and a month later it broke and he will not pay to fix it or repair.They are only interested in selling things. But after selling the item, they ignore all requests.

I don’t know where they hire these drivers but haul away means you are taking my old appliance away not leave it in the driveway, they at least could have taken it to the curb where the rest of the garbage is. The salesman was terrible charging me for delivery and then telling me to pay more money for them to take my old one away. Then they had to take apart the new fridge and charged me to take it apart otherwise they would have just left it there. Last time I’m ever coming here should have just gone to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

So PAUL when you pay for delivery AND installation for a Monday then reschedule to Wednesday then reschedule to Friday. Come to find out you purposely didnt schedule anything on Thursday book the poor workers to death on that Friday. Oh but installation not included just drop it off on a a driveway. You got any issues with Indians???

Go elsewhere! This place is absolutely unprofessional and has zero concept of customer service and decency. Bought appliances from them twice giving them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Scheduled deliveries and which I took off of work for and both instances they failed to show up. 2nd instance they showed up with 3 of the 4 appliances and damaged on during the delivery which I had to pay to repair because they take no responsibility for even though I have pics of the items I selected at the store. They asked that I go and pick up the missing item which I did only to find that there were parts missing which they again asked me to pick up from them. Save your time, money and aggravation. There are plenty of other appliance stores out there to choose from to have to deal with this while spending close to retail.

I ordered a refrigerator and paid extra for haul away service to have the company haul away the old fridge. This company left the old fridge in my drive way. They told me they would be back for it later. Today is the next day after the service and the fridge is still in my driveway and the company is ignoring all my phone calls and texts regarding this issue.

Terrible customer service . They refused to refund my money when I canceled order. Appliance was never delivered . Not honest company. Be aware
