These are excellent folks who really take care of their clients. They have done a number of jobs for us and are always prompt, affordable, and quick. I cant recommend them enough, especially Eric who has gone out of his way to get our dryer repaired. They will always be our first call when something breaks!

DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We had a small refrigerator leak so we called Herreras to set up an appointment. The lady answering the phone was short and abrasive, didnt want to know certain specs about the refrigerator. Didnt say thank you and wasnt polite. The tech shows up, doesnt even open up the back of the fridge despite us saying were sure the leak is coming from the fridge itself. Replaced the water feed line with an $18 metal line, said he doesnt work by the hour so he was in a hurry. Charged me $200 and left. Of course the next day its leaking again. We called Herreras back and were told they couldnt come back out for 3 days at the earliest. No apology, no sorry we didnt do the job right. Just deal with it and good luck finding anyone else to help you. Ended up getting into a huge argument where the owners wife is yelling at my wife. Unbelievable. Beware!

Would NOT recommend!!!! I purchased a refrigerator a few months ago that had to be repaired because of a freezer issue. The oven I purchased had the display light out within 2 months of purchasing, and it is now out AGAIN, we have to call Eric to come back to fix. The washer and dryer I purchased were clogged and leaking water and had to be repaired. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! And on top of everything, Eric wrote on the receipt the appliances were Guaranteed and now we cant even get a hold of him. We have texted two mornings in a row and called him to no reply.

I highly recommend Herrera Appliance Repair. The appointment scheduler, the head technician, Eric, and the repair technician JT, all get an A+ for customer service. They also gave me the option to replace the bad motherboard on my washer with a perfectly operational salvaged one which saved me money! I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and with their level of service. I would definitely call them again.

I bought a Combo washer dryer, a set of higher-end front loaders, and a European style fridge. Not only did they have these unique appliances for sale used, but they were at a really great price. They were clearly reconditioned well, and their delivery/service after the sales was excellent as well! I own some rental properties and always try to buy slightly used high-appliances. This was the best experience Ive had! Thanks!

The Owner had the nerve to argue with me Im the Costumer!!! I was telling the Owner about the tech that came to fix my dryer, he didnt keep his Mask on. Theres a pandemic going on Corona virus-19. I had to keep telling the Tech to keep his Mask on. And the Owner had the nerve to me ask me; well did you ask him to keep it on! i said Yes like 2 time. Like thats my job to keep asking the tech to have is mask on? Im like really im leting you know how the service was done. And the Owner started to interrup me and talking over me so RUDE. Then i told the Owner,Tech left a mess as well he dint pick after the services and the Owner say agin well why didnt you tell him. Im the customer do i have to ask him to do the tech how to do his job? Im a Mother my son have E-learning (online school) because agin like they dont know there a pandemic going on. But the Owner be question Me (the customer) why dint you tell the Tech to pick up after him self, im helping my son on his Classes. The owner was the worst. I never been spoken like this as a customer im paying you for your business/ Service. Im give my honest feed back if i could do it all over agin never go Herreras appliance sevice!!!Keep your money and Go to A different Company for any service. Some one that will respect you not be rude and do the job right.I had this company before to sevice im dryer so i keep there number thinking they would of done a geat service agin. But i was WRONG! NOT ONLY DID I GET CHARGED ALMOST $300 TO REPLACE A HEATING ELEMENT but waa treated very rudely when calling them and questioning there servise chargeBeware

I have tried twice to give Herreras my business and they wont let me. First I called to get an estimate on a cooling problem with my fridge and Darlene both troubleshoot and told me how to fix the problem on my own. I then called a 2nd time to get a replacement part that Herreras did stock. Again Darlene let me know where I could get the part locally same day. The customer service has been excellent. I know many other places would have sent a technician out for what was about a 10 minute fix and charged well over $100 dollars. If I have another appliance problem in the future Herreras will absolutely be my first call.

My experience with this company was very positive. They called to get an appointment scheduled for me and were able to get me in that day. They asked if I would be available if the serviceman was running earlier than my scheduled appointment and if I would like him to come earlier if it happened. He was able to do that.My serviceman, Zoltan, was knowledgeable and helpful - explaining what was being done, what my options were, and what his recommendations were.I was impressed by the experience and look forward to having a working freezer again.

These guys are great. They gave us all kinds of great info over the phone; even gave us a general quote for the service they thought we would need. They got us an appointment earlier than we anticipated and were able to fix our dryer on the spot. Their prices are great and very affordable. You never think to have a great appliance company on your speed dial but im so glad we got in touch with these guys! Well definitely be using them again.

I called Herrera’s to fix my washing machine and when the technician came out, he told me he “Googled” the error code I gave them to get an idea of what was wrong. He was unable to figure out what was causing the error code and after being there for an hour “without running any diagnostics”, he told me that the actuator was bad. He didn’t seem confident in his answer, so I called him out on it. He told me again that the actuator is bad and by replacing it, this will fix the problem. On the receipt he wrote “Actuator out”. I ended up buying the replacement actuator from another company and after I installed it, the problem was still there. I called Herrera’s back to explain that I hired them in “Good Faith” to provide a service, but they failed to do so. The owner was nothing but argumentative and she refused to provide a refund. Their company failed to provide the service I hired them for and I was given an incorrect diagnostics. After researching the error code on my own I determined the problem was a faulty Water Inlet Valve and not the “actuator” in which the technician said was the problem. I will never use Herrera’s again!!

Fantastic owners at this family owned business. The repairman was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and willingly hauled away my old washer even though they hadn’t sold me the new one. Great service!

This place is wonderful. They came out the day we called, were very knowledgeable and professional and quick. They do not try to sell u useless services ! As a matter of fact they came back out twice in a day to bring a part back for my washing machine, as the part had to be special ordered . Our tech went out of his way to find the part that day and install it. Works great! I have nothing negative to say ! Ill be calling them back in the fitted

Friendly and timely service! We had dishwasher issues on a Friday afternoon. They were one of the few service companies who would come on a Saturday. Plus, they were very nice and affordable.
