Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to explain and properly fix things. He showed me some tips on how to care for my dishwasher. He was good with my pet too!

This is a company that is not only professional but they care! I have a Bosch dual fuel range that has been repaired by them twice. The most recent repair required a part that took 7 months to come in, Valerie and her office kept me updated throughout. When it did, I requested Kevin to do the work-he takes such care and does a terrific job! Thank you for doing such a great job and getting me back to baking again!

Jacob was professional and respectful. He worked on the washer for a little bit. After we spoke he suggested running the washer a couple times to see if what he did worked before doing a costly repair. That I liked. Although the price was a little steep to do what he did in my opinion.Update. Washer still walking. Estimate to fix almost $600. A new washer cost $800. When researching parts. It was $100 for the parts. So $500 in labor? Again a steep a price to go with this company. Won’t be calling back.

We had a gentleman come out to look at our freezer that had been malfunctioning; however, there was no definitive cause for it. He made the suggestion to freeze a glass of water and put a coin on top of it to see if it sinks over time. He said it should not and if it did, it could mean that the freezer was defrosting. We just have to watch it for a while.

I wanted to take a minute and let people know that from my experience, Mr. Appliance is a quality, legitimate company with extremely knowledgeable technicians! Im usually hesitant to go with bigger companies, as I like to keep our local businesses afloat. However when my tech arrived, a local from my neck of the woods just trying to get by during the pandemic, Ive changed my tune on bigger corporations for household work.They kept me updated on when the tech would arrive, what he looked like, and that he would be following pandemic protocols (which he did throughout the entire process; wore his mask & booties the entire time, both visits!). Chris is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to me flap my gums for the majority of his time here, and he still completed the work properly in no time flat! Im sure there arent too many things that he couldnt take apart, fix, and put back together brand new again!Ill be going back to these guys for appliance repairs in the future. Aces from start to finish!

Our oven and stovetop had several issues. Marcel was our technician, always on time, very professional and friendly. He had to return for a few visits with parts because there were issues with what the manufacturer sent. In the end, the parts just werent usable to us as they no longer make them the same as when our particular oven was made. He contacted them directly to try solving the problem as well. We ended up needing a new oven but that was in no part due to his workmanship. He did everything he could to make it work so that we could use our oven. The owner, Valerie, was also very pleasant during scheduling and when I had to call regarding the parts issue. Overall, their service is wonderful. I only gave 4 stars since we werent fully able to use our old oven in the end. I would very much still recommend Mr. Appliance.

We have had Mr. Appliance come out to repair our refrigerator and dryer. I was very impressed with the service for the refrigerator that I called again for the dryer. Both service representatives were dependable and arrived on time. I appreciate the dependable, respectful and professional manner in which they work, and was notified by text of who to expect to arrive. Kevin came to diagnose the dryer and gave detailed information on what he thought was the problem. We opted to do the repair and the part was ordered and received and he was back within a week to repair the dryer. Kevin was honest in his appraisal of the work that needed to be done and it was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and was so very helpful. The prices are not unreasonable and I have been very happy with the services provided. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to friends and neighbors.

I have used Mr Appliance for both washer and dryer repairs. They are honest and do a fantastic job. My first experience actually turned out it was simple issue and service man was honest and saved me allot of money. My second experience I knew was bigger issue but was surprised how efficient he was. They also make sure everything is left clean before they leave. I won’t use anyone else. Both serviceman I’ve had are very polite and professional too.

The tech that came out was very knowledgeable, professional and gave me good information for maintenance moving forward. What I didnt like was that the bill reflected a charge for motor pump repair or replace. My filter was clogged and he cleaned it out and found no other issue. I understand that there is a cost for the diagnostic, but I felt this was excessive.

Great service. The technician was very friendly and did an excellent job. He made sure to clean up after his work. He wore shoe coverings and a mask the whole time, he was very conscious of the new conditions we find ourselves in. He got the refrigerator working quickly. This is a difficult time to have a broken refrigerator so I was very happy Mr. Appliance of Littleton was willing to come out and quickly handle the problem. The price of the repair was very reasonable and far less than getting a new refrigerator.

I had a great experience with this company. We scheduled them just a couple days before the most recent storm, where we got 16 of snow. Unlike most contractors, they called us the day before to reschedule knowing things wouldnt go well with the storm.On the day of service, they called to say they were on their way, showed up on time, and fixed the issue with our fridge for a reasonable fee. With our dishwasher they gave us a thorough understand of the costs of repair, giving us the opportunity to deny the second repair since the dishwasher would be cheaper to replace. The repairman was polite as well.I would definitely recommend this company and will call them in the future.

This is a really well run business. I had a problem with my refrigerator and called to schedule an appointment. This was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician, Alex, arrived on time and spent a hours working on the repair. The refrigerator needed a part that had to be ordered. Alex returned a few days later and installed it without any problem. Later, a minor issue developed with the ice maker. I called to schedule a follow up appointment and again it was handled perfectly. Alex once again arrived on time and make the minor repair.I can recommend this business without reservation. They are outstanding.

Ok..I had a very challenging dishwasher issue.I was quoted a rate based on a part replacement.In the process of replacing the part and 3 hours latter other issues were discovered and Marcel from Mr Appliance corrected all issues.The original quote was honored and my appliance is now in good order.

Recently I had my dishwasher, washing machine and dryer repaired. The washer and dryer were over 25 years old. The repairman was professional and knew how to fix these old models. However, what impressed me most were the owners Valerie Stewart and her husband George. During the repair there was a small accident -- and an additional repair was needed. They handled this issue promptly and professionally. In contrast, my neighbor during this same time period had both of his ovens stop working. He called a different repair service. They are on week 3 with no working oven and no end in sight. I will always call Mr. Appliance of Littleton if I have a problem with any appliance.

When I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Appliance for an estimate the person setting up the appointment did not disclose that they would charge $99 whether or not I went with the recommendations of the technician they were sending out. That’s why after the technician spent less than 10 minutes troubleshooting and asked for $99, I was very surprised! He first said they didn’t have the required parts to repair my stove and would have to order it which would take over a week to get in. The total cost of the repair would be $298! Then he also mentioned that he would not be able to fix my stove until he got back from his vacation in a couple of weeks! I would be left with a non-functioning stove and out $99!

They have repaired both my dishwasher and washing machine. In both cases professional and very competent technicians provided excellent quality of service at a fair price.

Easy scheduling, the technician was good, but they went above and beyond great service when they called to tell me that the outdoor grill was too old & rusted and really should not be fixed. They even emailed me with the replacement grill that would fit into the space. They do not even sell this grill, they just did it because they have fabulous customer service! I would use them again in an instant!
