Excellent customer service

I was checking out quotes wanting to switch insurances last week. I was referred here by a co-worker. I wanted to bundle, I own a home, I have renters, and also have auto insurance. I just wanted quotes but I got no help at all because I would not give my social security number. I have never been asked for it for insurance quotes, let alone even on my policy held. So, I offered my drivers license number. I was told, no, we cant help you. If you cant give your SSN, then we are not your company. Goodbye WOW!! Pretty shocked

Had been with them for years prior to receiving calls out of the blue with an unsolicited offer to save on home and auto. Before it was said and done we got switched to a different insurance company, which we did not want to do. 30,000 less coverage on house and its cost me more money. Temporarily screwed up my escrow on mortgage account. Very shady. I would not recommend them going forward.

This is the letter I sent to Progressive insurance.Iaccepted your policy agreement in April 22.2016,becuse you gave me a better pricethan andere insurance company,233.00 for 6 month.Do not agree under any circumstances to change the price of $ 233.00 to $396.00 is not rigt after I paid in full and you signed the contract.I agree to check my history at the California D.M.V.In all my life I have not accidents.So do not send me another form of payment,I paid for entirely insurance for 6 months.If you do mot agree please give me money back and cancellation insurance.I think you andertoond my dissatisfaction.In response, I received another form of payment plus $ 10.00 penalty for late payment.I can not believe a company as big to use the tricks of this kind.
