About Auto Insurance: Gets quotes from a few places and offers you options. Not bad rates, oddly its even better rates than going to the companies directly in some cases which seemed weird to me, but hey its cheaper who am I to complain right? =)About Life Insurance:Called in to get a quote on a life policy, I have one with work thats 10k, i was looking for around 20k additional. After going over my requirements and expressing I only wanted whole life plans he got back to me with some rates that were around 60$ a month I believe... which to me was crazy.Note: I have some medical issues so I understand the need for underwriters and stuff to review... etc.. just seemed like alot for me for a low coverage policy.Overall:Very friendly Staff, low cost auto insuranceIssues: only had issues with Caitlyn, she sent over stuff for me to digitally sign, and i sent it back. But when i asked questions in email, I was ignored or forgotten about. Had to call in the next day to get the answers and when I expressed my unhappiness about the email ignore I was pretty much blown off by the guy that was answering the phone.Also dislike the autopay price is in my opinion way cheaper than paying normally.Also dislike that they charge you a fee EVEN when paying with autopay.Companies just make stuff up to charge you more now a days I guess. Im not blaming Cobos for the fee, but Im sure my insurance provider is sending them a kickback and to offset part of the kickback Im getting hit with fees lol.

My parents started doing business with Bob Cobos back in the 80s. In the mid 90s my brother and I started doing business with Mr. Cobos because our mom made us when we started driving! But it was the loyalty and respect Mr. Cobos gave us that continued to EARN my families business. The kids have taken thier roles on in the business in the past few years but the agency is as trust worthy and reliable now as it was 30 years ago!
