Staff is professional. Chad Nelson is not. Hes smug. Hes condescending. Ive been quoting insurance when you were still in diapers Mr. Nelson. Dont think you know more than I do. Thank God I was only with you for three months. I feel sorry for your staff.

The worst agency. They never handled my SR 22 correctly and charged me for it 1 full year. They didn’t want to go back and reimburse me even thou they admitted it was “miscommunication” between us.
