Christy and her staff provide very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service! On my most recent visit, I met with Jennifer Schaffer and discussed whether to file a claim for auto body repairs, or to pay for the repairs out-of-pocket. Jennifer recommended that I file a claim, as doing so would save me money, even if State Farm raised my insurance premiums, and she filed the claim right then and there. She told me that if I used one of State Farms auto body vendors, the claims process would be easier and State Farm would guarantee the work. She found an auto body vendor near my home, and I took her advice. Everything went very smoothly, and she followed up with me after the repairs were completed to make sure I was satisfied.Ive been using Christys State Farm office for over 20 years. I started with just auto insurance, then added other insurance as my needs grew. Christy and her staff have suggested insurance products that they thought would help me, and I never felt pressured to add insurance that I did not need. I have been very happy with their service, and I will not go anywhere else for insurance!

Celeste has helped me pick out the best life insurance policy that fits me and made it extremely easy to understand to go forward. My wife and I stopped in here to review all our options for life insurance. Everyone there was nice and cheerful. The specialist who we had our meeting with was Celeste Sperry. She was very knowledgeable , gave us many options, and helped us pick out just what we needed. We left feeling great about our purchase. The office also has great coffee and cookies so make sure you have some.

AMAZING. Truly the best customer serve you can imagine. I broke down on the side of the highway and Andrea stayed on the phone with me for a half hour keeping me company and entertained until the truck got there. I was reimbursed as soon as I got the receipt in. I truly wish I could give them more than five stars.

Amazing staff and great looking office

Have spoken with Celeste Sperry on a few different occasions. She was always very kind and respectful which I appreciate. I am looking forward to starting a policy with her in the near future. She has kept up on me and followed up with me to make sure I understood what I would be paying for and what the benefits would be.
