The BEST!! After calling about 6 stores in the Bergen County area about my cracked screen that protects the back camera on my iPhone 7+, I came across Tech Plug. The gentleman on the phone was super nice and gave me the best rate of any of the 6 places by a long shot. I brought in my phone right away, and after just 20 minutes, everything was back in perfect condition! The gentleman who fixed my phone (same one who had answered the phone) is very friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely cares about solving your phone issue vs. just getting money from you. They tell you one price over the phone and when they get there they change there mind. Also if you get the back of an Apple phone fixed here they put a plain color with no Apple logo, just letting you all know because that’s something they don’t tell you. the guy is nice and he works with you but it was not what I expected.

For $50, they replaced the digitizer on my iPhone 6 in less than 15 minutes. They also fixed a problem with the camera. They answered the phone when I called and they responded to emails quickly. Excellent service and quality repair.
