The owner Greg Pantermus came me to my office to update our computers. The job was never finished. He told us our cc wouldn’t go through so he used HIS PayPal account and attached our cc to it. Well low and behold when we got our cc statement he made over 30 charges onto my cc totaling over $8000! We called him and he said it’s a computer glitch and that he’d reverse charges or give us a check for the amount. Never heard from him again and I had to file a police report on this criminal. Hopefully he’ll go to jail for grand theft because cc is a federal crime!! Beware!!

These guys were fantastic. Responsive, accommodating, professional! I was traveling through the area on business and my hard drive crashed. I called them and they came to my hotel, fixed it while I was in a seminar and returned it back to my hotel fixed and running perfectly at the end of the day! They prioritized it for me because I was traveling, and stayed in communication via email and text the whole time so there were no surprises. They took it in and gave me an estimate before proceeding. I m highly pleased. Thank you, guys!

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MANY REASONS! I had keyboard issues. Called on 1/115/18 told Greg, the tech support guy, about the issues. He said he would talk to the reception desk to get me an appt then call me back in about an hour. Never called me back. I called him again on 1/16/18. started all over again describing the issues I had on my keyboards. Then Greg said I have to email their support team to create a ticket. I did. Then the support team said I need to describe issues. I did. This Emily from the support team emailed back and forth back and forth, non stop emails. As of today,I still dont have appt yet!!! Just AWFUL!!! Well the truth is, if you cant sell your service to me the same date, I am GONE as a customer forever!!!
