Greg is great. He was able to diagnose my computer & fix it to work normally. He was very efficient & it was done in a timely manner. Emily is very responsive when I need to make an appointment. She always tries to accommodate my schedule as best as she can.Overall, I would continue using this company for any future computer issues that I might run into.

JimR and GregJ helped me remotely via phone to fix a software issue with my gaming desktop computer. My computer had been shutting down each time I signed on, and they helped diagnose the problem and solve it all over the phone and online. I received the option to either wipe my drives clean and install a new windows 10 OS or perform some more difficult operations to try to salvage my data. Their service was quite prompt (responding within an hour or two to emails) especially given the current circumstances with quarantine and such. I would surely use them again for future problems or products because they did a great job with a tough situation and helped fix my computer (which now runs perfectly again). I absolutely recommend them to others, they have a great team that is very knowledgeable and efficient!

Our computer crashed. The tech came out when he said he would. Couldnt fix it on site, so took the machine with him. Less than 24 hours later, had an update. We had our machine back the next day. Greg was very helpful in answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Great job!! Neil

AWFUL!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Called Greg on 1/15/18 to schedule an appt. Never get back to me. I called Greg on 1/16/18 again to explain to him my issues....He then asked me to email the support team. I did. Then i was asked to describe issues again. This Emily person then back and forth back and forth emailing me with questions after questions. All I wanted was just an appointment!!!! then never heard from them again!!!!

These guys have been providing our accounting firm, computer tech services on a per need basis and have always gone above and beyond. They where also the only company that would provide support services to us on the weekends as they are available 7 days a week. We have now decided to make them our premier service provider and also picked to design and develop our website.

They were not simple to correct but he persevered and I am now able to communicate better than for sime time past. A friendly, reasonably priced encounter.

PCMACNERDS is an amazing, professional service! Our showroom was having problems with the memory of our PCs, and a bunch of other problems that were giving us a headache. The hard drive on my laptop failed. I replaced the drive, but I needed someone to recover the data quickly off the bad drive. PCMacnerds provided outstanding service. They picked up my drive and computer from my house, recovered the old data and transferred it onto my new drive - and actually fixed the drive I thought was ready for the trash. They kept in touch via e-mail on their progress and brought it back to my house in two days. The price for was very reasonable. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Strongly recommend.

After using another computer repair service for a number of years, I happen to find PCMACNERDS. My two computers have never performed better and the service and hand holding has been excellent. They have been more than fair with their charges. I have never written a review before but PCMACNERDS deserves every positive comment.

Very appreciative of the help received from PCMacNerds! My quite old 2011 Macbook Pro crashed out of nowhere one day, and they returned a call about my emergency website submission far earlier than their listed opening time. GregJ attempted to troubleshoot but eventually decided that a pickup was required to properly diagnose. There was a bit of an issue with scheduling, but Emily was gracious enough to keep working with me to get it picked up even when I expressed frustration, and Greg eventually came to get the machine himself.They assessed my machine and gave me a bunch of options, answered my millions of questions and took the time to keep talking it out with me until we came up with a plan I was most comfortable with. Despite the long wait time for parts, Greg, Kenn and team were able to fully restore my laptop exactly as I had it before the crash and I am so grateful. As a graphic designer, so much of my life’s work ison that machine and I’m so glad to have it back!

Late service. Contacted them a week ago. over phone call over email.Told me that it would be taken care of within a day, but no one contacted me afterwards. Showed up for an appoint 2 hours late a week later. then rescheduled it, then delayed appointment and then never showed up for the appointment.Worst customer service. Extremely late

I emailed pcmacnerds for help installing my WiFi, that I also purchased from them. I spoke with Greg which did a great job of helping setup the WiFi over the phone. I now connect my printer, two PC laptops along with my iPad. Greg was courteous and very patient with his help and service.
