Fixed my laptop. Found the root causes. Fixed in hours.Could improve by cleaning the entire laptop - not just the insides. That is just my observation, not a requirement. I would definitely recommend instead of Best Buy geek squad.

Called Jay to ask a question about an issue I was having with a vizio tv power board. Ask me to bring it in. I brought in ,the next day, said he did some research on the issue and what usually is the problem. Sure enough the issue was what he thought replaced the parts , and I put the board back in the tv and the tv works perfectly again.Great job, great work. Would recommend and go to again .
