I used Parker for the first time on March 22. I had an emergency but had a previous appointment that I could not cancel. Parker worked with me, called to see if I was home from my appointment, and arrived in less than 1/2 hour after the call. Brandon provided outstanding service and took time to explain the problem, and mechanics of my boiler. A lever on the boiler malfunctioned after the pipes were bled and I had to call Parker to access the problem a week later. Again, Parker arrived within 30 minutes after I called, and Jim accessed the problem, explained what happened, and used oil to unstick the lever. I am so pleased with the service I received both times, the patience the technicians took to explain the problem and how it was resolved, and their honesty.

All of the folks at Parker Fuel from the administrative staff to technicians are very professional. Oil prices and annual service plan cost are very competitiveAll work by the technicians dispatched to perform our annual services on our heating & Ac throughout the past years have been knowledgeable and professional. I only hope I can find a similar company who can provide the same quality service in the area I will be relocating

Parker has been supplying our fuel for close to a year. They have also installed a new boiler and helped us prepare our heating system for basement renovation, so weve worked with them extensively during the past few months.Im puzzled at the number of people who have written one-star reviews here. Ive consistently found Parker staff to be helpful, pleasant and honest. I have a tech making a minor change to my boiler system right now, and he just volunteered to help with my air conditioner condensate pump while hes here.I have NO plans to shop for a new fuel supplier. I have used Parker Fuel for several years and have always had a great experience. I called them this morning at 7:00am because we didnt have hot water, and the truck was here by 7:30am. A great local company that I highly recommend!

My experience wasn’t from a customer, but rather someone walking by while someone’s house was getting serviced. I was on a walk with my son and my dog. My son is almost 4 and obsessed with trucks. The service guy took an extra minute do you show my son all the parts of the heating oil truck. He was very friendly and even had a box of dog treats in the truck and gave one to my dog. This is the type of community service that is lacking nowadays. Good for you guys!

This is the second time we had Brandon call on us for service and he was amazing again! He took the time to listen through a long list of symptoms and honed right in on the issue with our furnace. We really appreciated him explaining the issue and providing a great fix while awaiting parts for a permanent fix.

I am a property manager and deal with Parker Fuel for all my oil boiler needs, not to mention my gas furnaces, A/C and oil delivery. I have only had good experiences with the service manager, all the service techs and oil delivery people. Honest, reasonable and reliable always. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great fuel company

I first would like to mention that this is the fastest service Ive ever had. I called at 7 AM I need my old tank filled and they were here by 8:30 AM. Im completely satisfied they were very neat and friendly. Will continue doing business with them.

These guys are great! Its my first time living in a home with oil heat and 9.5/10 with this company. The staff are a bunch of sweethearts. Thank you all for your great service!

Poor customer service. Told me i am not a customer but a call in and therefore will need to deal with our schedule. We will get to you when we get to you !! Terrible been paying tem for years but i i am not a customer??? Super poor and discriminatory..

Definitely use this place! We ran out of fuel and were told theyd come on Thursday. The weather was supposed to get bad on Tuesday so we went and bought some Diesel. It wasnt necessary. They came early Tuesday morning before it started to snow so we wouldnt run out once the weather got worse. They have excellent service and Ill never buy fuel from another company again.

Been a loyal customer for decades. I had a unexplainable interaction with the service manager who was aggressively rude and ultimately hung up on me. Good thing there are others who deliver heating oil. Good bye Parker Fuel!

I have been a Parker customer for a while and recently had an interaction with their customer service and Account manager who were incredibly rude and borderline aggressive on the phone. I tried to understand why I was being charged for expecting them to prime/restart my oil furnace after they re-filled it (at ~$815). The way they came across over the phone, sounded like providing customer service was a bother to them (maybe they were feeling overwhelmed who knows? But defintely not an excuse to display that level of rudeness. I dont know how they remain in business but Im glad there are other service providers out there. I took my business elsewhere. My only regret is I wish this had happened before my tank was refilled.

Parker Fuel installed a Buderus GC 144/3 boiler and 3 programmable thermostat at one of my rental properties 2 years ago and they have been running flawlessly since. Recently, one zones heating did not work. Called Parker Fuel. The technician quickely arrived and identified the wire to the zone thermostat inadvertently cut and fixed it. It took only 30 min and the cost was very reasonable. In these days, many handymen, plumbers and electricians etc., routinely charge hundred of dollars for a simple job. Not Park Fuel. Wish they expand the scope of business.

Do not use their credit card payment system! All customer information, password login/change, and credit card processing system occurs over HTTP with no encryption!Additionally, Parker Fuel, will without properly informing you, deliver oil on an automatic basis *at their discretion*. If you call and complain about this, the owner of the business will state that [hes] been doing this for 45 years and there is no way I wouldnt inform a customer about this.

Very easy to deal with, good prices on replacement boiler with no-hassle installation.
