Highly Recommend! I called on a Saturday morning with my AC not working. They fit me into their schedule and were fixing my AC by noon. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. All recommendations were explained and the price was fair.

This company is good at what they do- installed a new hour water heater on a damp, cold Saturday. Very warm respectful, personable and professional. Great customer service. Price is very reasonable. Explained issues and easy to reach for a follow-up visit. Highly recommend.

Worst company out there. On a scale of zero to ten I will give them a - 0. Very unprofessional. You replace my old motor in my AC unit and say you have a motor in your truck and you come back into my home and it takes you 30 40 minutes to come upstairs to tell me I tried to fit in there but it doesnt fit. Youre doing HVAC for how many years you cannot see the size of the motor you removed to determine whether or not the one in your truck will fit come on now. Technician didnt have the courtesy to ask me if I wanted him to wear a mask covid-19 is still out there horrible horrible experience today I had with this company

Everyone at No-Frost is kind, responsive, respectful, factual, prompt, and trustworthy. We had a new HVAC and water heater installed, and they have taken great care of things over the years. I always feel like I am dealing with family.

We have been happy customers for many years. They serviced our old HVAC until it became more costly to do so than it was worth. When we decided to replace the old unit, their prices were the best. Their technicians are all friendly and professional. This time we had an urgent issue - we found water leaking from our unit. They were able to get someone over within a couple of hours. Diagnosis was a clogged condensation drain. The tech showed me how to check and clear the drainage pipe to avoid this I n the future. Another happy experience.

We have used No Frosts semi-annual check-up service for at least the past 10 years. We never had an emergency until last night, when our AC just stopped working. I called them this morning, and they sent someone out within 2 hours. They are not only responsive - they are very honest. It turned out to be a burnt out capacitor switch due to insects in between the contact points. The part was inexpensive, and it was fixed by Clint in 10 minutes. It is so nice to know we have a reliable, responsive and above all, an honest HVAC service provider that we will forever use. Thank you!

Our AC was having trouble keeping up. We called and were given the 9am to 12pm service window. The scheduler gave us a courtesy call to let us know the tech might be a little late. As it turns out, he arrived by 11:45, but little things like that courtesy call make all the difference. The tech promptly diagnosed a faulty capacitor and had a replacement installed. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. Excellent experience top to bottom, and fair pricing even on a Saturday.

Worst company I’ve dealt with. Said they would be out the next day between 9-12 keep pushing me back and at 4:30 said can’t come. If they were up front I could have got a different vendor. I suspected they were stringing me along and called another vendor and they came out in 2 hours and took my home warranty. We along with my 2 year old almost didn’t have ac because of them for two nights during the hottest days of the summer.

Update: No Frost did come back and followed up with us. They gave additional recommendations regarding our HVAC, which helped us to better understand the problem. Thank you No Frost!!We called them for full check-up of HVAC. First the scheduler did not coordinate well for appointment. We were just waiting forever for the maintenance personnel to arrive. Once he arrived, he finished his work within 15 minutes!! He did not even wait for one full cycle of heating. The worst part is we still have issues. In fact, the issues have become worse. We were not suggested additional maintenance needs either. We would not recommend this to our friends.

As a first time customer of No Frost, I am highly impressed and very happy! They were able to provide same day service, in the middle of a heat wave. They were quick, thorough, professional, friendly and helpful!

We contacted No Frost for AC problem cause the company we used before was so booked due to current heatwave. The technician from No Frost came without any smile, any greeting which was odd-given all the glowing reviews I read online (and I’m normally a smiley person). He actually looked grouchy when I greeted him warmly at the door. i described our AC problem. He then spent about 3 minutes (literally) upstairs checking then spent majority time (he was here close to 1 hr) in his truck. (Looked like he was making phone calls). I waited patiently. More than half an hour gone by, I thought maybe he was checking the outside unit? But no, he was STILL in the truck. Finally he came in, saying that we need new coil and valve and it will cost over $2000 and the parts will take more than 2 weeks to arrive. I almost wanted to ask, are you sure? How did you know by spending most time in your truck instead of checking the unit? But I said nothing (still trusting all the glowing reviews I read) and politely paid him the $97 diagnose fee, even thanked him multiple times cause it was so hot. The office called next day and quoting the cost $3500!!! FYI we checked online and the parts they said need replacing cost between $200-$700 (depending on the model). Given that different areas charge different rates, let’s assume the parts will cost $1000 (which is very high according to research), so No Frost charges a labor fee for $2500 to replace coil? You must be kidding. Of course I didn’t say anything to the office lady, only that we need to do some research (which we already did).Well, patience pays off. We waited till our regular company-Environmental System which is the highest rated co in the area-came, and the technician who was wonderfully courteous and honest, spent more than an hour inspecting both the unit up in the attic and outside compressor, drained the pan, replaced duel capacitor and put in Puron (and in the whole process showing me online cost of each part) and the problem was fixed. It costed us around $500-Hello? not $3500! The guy said it was about 300 degree up there in the attic-which I believe, but unlike the No Frost guy, he had the integrity to finish the job and made sure our air was working again.I’m guessing cause the extreme hot temp in the attic, that No Frost guy didn’t bother to spend time investigating, (that’s why he was in the truck most of the time) and just made up some likely problem/cost so outrageous that we wouldn’t bother with it-he even said No Frost is so booked (which is probably true), they might not be able to do it (then why did you even come out-just to make $97 diagnose fee while sitting in the truck?) I feel cheated that we paid a diagnose fee-I know most companies charge that- but we didn’t even get a real diagnose. In fact, I would normally give benefit of doubt and think maybe the technician saw a different problem, but this was not the case. No Frost guy clearly didn’t want to do any repair to begin with when he arrived. When I inquired about the cost of installing a new unit (I knew ours is old and was prepared to replace it), he even looked uninterested and said it will cost over $12,000 and they won’t do it till fall-so you mean the new AC will be in when the weather is finally cooler...wow! (Their own office lady quoted $4,500 for a new unit subsequently). NO ONE can make an ACCURATE diagnose by spending 2 min with AC unit and one hour inside the company truck. I didn’t mind that our AC wasn’t fixed by No Frost, but please exercise basic business ethics to make a diagnose when you charge a diagnose fee!

I woke up early this morning a little hot and bothered and realized that something was wrong with my A/C. It was 5:30am and certain that no HVAC company was taking my non emergency call this early I decided to do some research online. I found stellar reviews for a local business and decided to try calling them a little before 7am. Low and behold their answering service answered and took my info. I recieved a call back within 15 minutes from Eileen who made sure she understood my problem and told me that she would work in getting one of her service techs out to see me shortly. Low and behold she called me back within the hour and told me a tech was en route. Eric was very curtious and professional and had identified and fixed my AC issues all before 9AM! I was extremely thankful and happy as we are about to get a very warm heat wave starting today through this Fourth of July week. I feel very fortunate to have picked No Frost to handle this dreadful situation. Their rates were very reasonable especially on a Saturday. Thank you so much to everyone at No Fost that came to my family’s rescue. You can’t go wrong using them! I highly recommend using them!Adam, Ellicott City, MD
