I was able to get by this YMCA a couple of times while in Rogers for work. The equipment is top notch Matrix. There were tons of them open when I was there. There is an indoor pool which looked awesome, though I didnt get to use it. Very nice location, as I have been to a few of the YMCAs around the country.

The girl who works the front counter at 5:00 a.m.Is very helpful and friendly

I would recommend the splash pad. Thats about it.

I love the Y and their facilities but being closed on Sunday’s ? Man that’s a huge bummer. My family and some friends will likely be changing to a new gym because of it. The weekend is our best chance to get the family out to the gym. Big let down.

The Elk River YMCA is a friendly welcoming place to workout. There are a lot of services to take advantage of and I am never bored.

The facilities are always clean. Theres plenty of equipment to work out on, as well as classes and swimming lessons.The staff has always been very friendly as well, and Ive always felt welcomed.

Great staff and very clean with good lighting so it doesn’t feel like you are working out in a dungeon.

Newer facility. I love to swim here with my daughter. They have a nice kids area and a lap pool with a stream room. Weight area is big enough that we never feel crowded. Friendly staff and great childcare!

I went and got my grandma to take me and my friend to play basketball and the people at the desk had poor attitudes and they would not let us in I have a member to get in, no guess passes they wouldn’t take five dollars to get my friend in with me hectic and a member and we had to just turn around and go home. This place is not good the people behind the desk are rude. And the new rules are terrible they don’t even inform you that your not able to come in unless your a member where is it? Terrible place the rules are terrible and make no sense.

Really nice facility. Well cared for and seems fairly new because of it (maybe it is new, dont know when it was built). They have a nice zero entry pool an indoor waterslide and some water features, check the schedule to find out when they run them. They also have an outdoor splash pad. It is a one level splash pad, so accessible to anyone. They have a nice lap pool, and its all one depth, so a good pool to teach young swimmers how to swim.Good variety of workout equipment, too. Many overlook the pool or the parking lot.

Took my daughter here for swim lessons. It was worth the $100 I paid for it since I am not a member. My daughter has the basic knowledge of swimming for when we go on vacation. She really loved her instructor Sara. We hope to do more activities here!

Theres something for everyone at this gym. Plenty of space and equipment. I love the sauna, and that was my reason for joining YMCA. Get a 5 day pass and youll love this gym. The staff is helpful and wants you to enjoy the facility.

Fantastic staffing! The facility is very clean and the lifeguards on duty were wonderful with the younglings. Despite being a Saturday night it wasnt to busy. I would be very pleased to be a member here. Thanks again to everyone here, you are all amazing at what you do for your community.

Good place to workout. The amenities are wonderful, the staff is extremely helpful, and everything is always clean. The daycare people do such a great job with my daughter any time I bring her too!

Great gym but they close way to early!! Like Friday’s, at 9!! Lifetime is cheaper for anyone over 18 and way better facility

The staff are exceptionally helpful. The child care facilities are clean and staffed by friendly, caring workers. The workout equipment is well maintained, clean, modern, and easy to use. The pool and locker rooms are clean and well maintained. There are so many different activities and resources available at this location, it really is a blast going there.

The staff is nice and helpful. They have a variety of strength machines as well as cardiovascular machines (treadmill, elliptical, stairs, etc). There are two pools, one for leisure and one for laps. One lane of the lap pool is reserved for water walking.

I really like this location. Nice and clean, not a bunch of kids/teenagers running around. Super nice staff too!

I have been visiting as a guest because it is too expensive and too busy. The equipment is great, my wife enjoys the classes and they have a great kids area. After a nice workout, hit the pool and the sauna to top it off.

Big new building. Two big pools side by side: one with features, one for swimming laps. Whirlpool, sauna, and outdoor splash deck are entered from the pool deck. I asked for a towel and wasnt charged for it.

This is convenient it has lots of things to do. They have many programs for all ages. Staff was friendly and helpful. They keep the place clean.

Elk river ymca is always clean and there are plenty of machines to use. The classes are so much fun. Their daycare staff is always friendly. I only wish the daycare opened earlier on Sunday. Otherwise overall, this is s great place to workout at.

YMCA Core Values: Caring: to demonstrate a sincere concern for others, for their needs and well-being.Would only take a cancellation letter (I explained I have needs and would not able to come in and provide one but I could fax it) I was told the only way was to come in person, reference core values.Ya, your policy changed just this week and you will now cancel memberships over the phone.Refused to refund any membership fees even though I had never set foot inside the facility due to my well-being becoming compromised.Customer service did not care in the slightest that they were losing my buisness and had no interest in keeping it. Your core values are Fake News.

If I could give this establishment a 0 I would! They put the account for my son and I under my ex husband, then, when I cancelled, they didnt cancel for my son. They charged me each month for 4 months until I realized they were doing this. When I called to find out why, I was put on hold SEVERAL times. They would cut me off and put me on hold before I was even done speaking. I heard the gal tell one of the other representatives they wanted to hang up on me. Do yourself a favor and go to SNAP or Anytime. Much better service and the facilities are actually usable.

Good staff, well maintained facility, lots of stuff to do. Only 1 squat rack, no chalk allowed, no power mats, and crowded weight area at nights. Excellent equipment, many new cardio machines. I would recommend.

I mainly go here to swim but there is a small window of time to get a lane as it is crowded and many swimmers prefer not to share a lane. Also classes take up two lanes in am..

Um do you guys know the volunteerism jobs at the YMCA? not on page no offense but its lacking! And toooo expensive like do you want people to come to the ymca or naw.

I recently found out that Elk River residents (with proper identification) can try the facilities a few times a year for FREE. I took my kids to swim and use the splash pad and it was a blast. All the employees were very helpful and it’s very clean.

One of the best things to happy to ER in a long time. Wonderful people and programs for all!

Very small YMCA with small over crowded classrooms. Extremely small pool with one short slide into the pool. My kids got bored very quickly. Front desk staff isnt overly friendly. Membership is expensive for such a small location.

Good, modern facility. We us the pool a lot, also has a kids section and a hot tub. Workout area has a wide variety of bikes, Nautilus and free weights.

I just became a new member this month and so far am absolutely loving it. I drop my 7 month old off at the daycare center. (Clean and friendly) Then go to the gym for some weights and cardio.

A huge selection of classes, free childcare, a big pool, new exercise equipment, an outdoor water park. Were long term members of the YMCA because of this location.

Lots of exercise varieties and very friendly people! And the child care is amazing!

The membership is well worth it if youre even a bit health minded, but especially if youre willing to work at it. As for we seniors, we made sure that our Medicare Supplemental plan includes it!

I was Harrased by my gender and sexual opinion of gay and straight not by staff but by member and his family im only 13 and a man well over 18 at like by 20 years called me gay and a girl staff heard and did nothing but laughf completley disrespectfu and immature im not gay and it was very roud and inbarising expecily for a older man with a girl and 2 kids he judged me by my apperence and that i have a ear percing not on the right side on the left right is a way of saying your gay but left means u are straight both mean bio im not gay and im not bio plus he was not a kid kids would do that but not a 30 plus year old grown man!!!!!!!!

The pool is good, but could use a deeper lap pool, blocks, and a diving board. Yoga was great, the best tbh, but my bff brooke wanted a gym orientation on Sunday at noon, thats when they said theyll have one, but this newbie was working in the gym and apparently he wasnt properly trained to say what the gym machines did and which ones she could use, smh, nobody was trained to give her an orientation at the time the said you could get an orientation.
