Banned for letting a friend workout with me one night during non staffed hours. Holding my 3 year running membership hostage with a $25 fine. Buy new free weights and I might pay your petty fine.

My experience at anytime was out of this world. Jen made me feel so welcome to the club. The equipment is excellent and they even have a shower which is so awesome for me before I head to work! Thank you for everything I will be a member for a long time.

A friendly comfortable place to workout. Always greeted by the owner Jen! Clean and a good atmosphere!! Other members being friendly really helps the experience, when I’ve had a question about if I was doing a lift right, I’ve asked the trainer and members and they have all helped me!

I have always struggle with my weight, I tried so many different diets in the past and always ended up with the same results. I joined Anytime Fitness in Elk River a little over a year ago and was the best thing I ever did. Jennifer the owner was so helpful with everything and the trainers were just awesome, I lost over 45lbs.. So Happy....

Amazing Facility... literally has everything I need. Couldnt ask for a better staff and better selection of equipment. Definitely worth checking out.

Great place to work out. The owner Jennifer has been so helpful and went over everything with me. Told me all about the company and the different programs and let me try out the gym for 7 days to let me decide on the programs that work for me.

Terrible company. I have tried numerous times to cancel the contract here. I have since been continuously billed over 14 months since the first time I signed a Cancellation form and filled out all the documentation. I had been a member for well in excess of a year at that point and was on a month to month basis and confirmed this, so there was no early termination/breaching of contracts or anything of that nature in order for me to cancel. My bill is $109 a month and this company has effectively stolen fraudulently over $1500 of MY money because they will not stop automatically billing me. If I stop the billing through my bank the company will threaten to send it to collections attempting to damage my credit.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR GYM. THINK TWICE BEFORE ACCEPTING THE LOCAL HOSPITALITY. Heaven forbid I call and speak to the owners husband at HIS location in Rogers because his wife wouldnt return my phone calls about why I was still being billed after numerous cancellation attempts.I feel deceived, cheated, and worst of all- stolen from by someone who claimed its all about supporting the local economy, and family run business. Dont be fooled, your a paycheck and nothing more to them, once they have your account numbers your a prisoner.Im guessing it will be months before they even see this or attempt to rectify the damage this company has done, but if they do attempt to reach out to me, I will publicly augment my post in regard to how they choose to move forward- Either ethically, or their traditional duck and cover method hoping nobody notices and they dont have to accept responsibility for their fraud and theft.

In response to this Austin guy and his little crew that came in to the gym and wrote that bad review.. I was actually there that day with my trainer and we where sitting there talking about how much of a jack A** you where being and the owner seemed to handle it way better than she should have. Nothing you said in that review was remotely true. I have been going to this gym for a while now and Ive experienced nothing but good things. Before you go writing a review about an incident you claim to have happened in a public place you should be sure know one else was there to call you out on your lies. Just saying.

Great owner, cares for her clients! Excelent equipment, both cardio and weights. Everyone has been very nice and as a powerlifter/bodybuilder, I find this gym to jave zero shortcomings!!!

I cant say I am a huge fan of this particular gym. It is always dusty and dirty, and it doesnt have a lot of the equipment other Anytime Fitness gyms have. Plus if you dont change your shoes every time you go to the gym you sneakily get charged a $5 dollar fee. I literally put my shoes on, walk into my garage, drive to the gym and then walk 10 feet into the gym- so its not like my shoes are dirty! I always make sure to bring a change in the winter so that I dont have wet feet. Plus the owner renewed our contract without even asking, and I have heard from several people that she has done the same thing to them. Thinking of switching to the Rogers gym even though it is a further drive...

Great local place to get an awesome workout in!

The layout of this place is ridiculous - the changing rooms are as far as possible from the front entrance, and the water fountains are practically hidden. Outdated cardio equipment, as compared to the locations in the Minneapolis area.

My son joined the Rogers Anytime Fitness gym and when he left for college cancelled his membership and turned in the key. This gym without authorization did an auto renew of the membership and took funds for a cancelled membership. Very dishonest.
