Extremely unprofessional. Asked me for full money in advance and when I asked to keep a small portion for my piece of mind, he asked me to find new vendor (3 days before my event). I was able to find better and less expensive quickly but this was very unprofessional. I would not recommend at all. I did sign the paperwork reflecting all the terms and conditions and the contract didn’t mention paying in full or the policy you are mentioning. I did ask for discount in the beginning but signed the contract and didn’t bring that in afterwards. I did mention putting hydrangea in 100 degrees is not a good idea and you can use baby breath or other flowers that would be suitable for heat and not more expensive but you didn’t seem open minded to ideas. I do have all your texts which prove all the above points.
