I have used Radial Tire for going on 40 years. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. If they dont have what you want they will get it next day. I went in today for a 15, load range D, tire. (15 tires and rims are sort of passe now-a-days). But they had a 15, load range E, tire in stock. In 15 minutes it was mounted and balanced and I was on my way. Good folks there! They are all Latinos and Spanish is used in the shop until they realize that you dont speak Spanish and then they use their perfect English.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and the repair I needed which was a front end Alignment was done in a timely fashion.

Went in with a nail in a tire. They showed me that it had other problems like cord showing. They had a used tire (michelin) with good tread same size. The replaced the tire mounted and balanced and only charged $35. I was out of there in 30 minutes. I am impressed with their professionalism and value

I have a lifted F350 and my front end had death wobble if I hit the tiniest little bump in it. I took it into radial and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed within the same day! (Track bar, upper/lower ball joints, front end alignment, and tire balance) Outstanding customer service with a crew that knows what they’re doing. If you have front end problems take it to them!

Service has always been good. For some reason the last two times I called in for a quote and I brought in my vehicle, the price has not been the same. Be sure you get an accurate quote. I did get a discount, but no where near the price I was quoted.

Very nice people, got an excellent quote for our maintenence on an ancient Honda. They were understanding and flexible when we couldnt make our appointment time (car quit running LOL) and got us back on the schedule as soon as we could. Repairs were fast and cost was actually a few $ under the estimate, so that was a nice surprise. Will definitely be back!

Anywhere else > radial tire. I bought a car that had been sitting for two years, I told them that and said please look at everything, change the fluids and let me know what I need to fix. They told me two belts needed to be changed so I had them change those, then they said everything else looked good. They said the fluids looked good and didn’t need to be replaced? So they didn’t change them. They released the car to me and 45 mins later I’m overheating on the side of the road. I take it to a different shop bc obviously radial tire didn’t REALLY check anything out. The first thing the new mechanic said was THIS CAR HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS. 2 other belts needed changing, four different parts were leaking coolant and oil, the engine just looked bad, there’s a knocking in the engine and all the fluids looked murky. Radial tire literally didn’t inspect anything. I would give this place a 0 star if I could. Disappointed, for sure never going back to them. Advise literally anywhere else over radial tire

The staff were super friendly, and I wasnt even a customer! My car battery had died and the staff dropped what they were doing and helped give me a jump start no questions asked. Good people.

I dont post reviews very often. In fact, this may be my first. Today was the second time I have visited Radial Tire of Elk Grove in the last two years. Both times it has been for a lawn tractor flat tire. Both times the service was fantastic. It is a big shop and very busy. Both times I was tended to immediately and my relatively small problem got their full attention. It was a five star experience both times.

These are nice guys andI generally appreciated how they treated me but they also managed to break a part on my truck that is only put on by hand not with a tool. I was very disappointed when I saw this and it has caused me to quit using this shop.

Fast service, friendly people and great prices. Other shops told me I had a leaking oil pan gasket and it was going to be 500-600 dollars but Thavian at radial tire found that it was an oil filter housing gasket instead and it was a lot cheaper and fixed the problem.

Ive been going to Radial for years and you just cant beat the service from those guys. They have been there for a while and I dont even blink when when they do my service and Im an ex mechanic and they are honest with me. I turned all my friends on to them and they all use them. They have off brand tires which are cheaper, but last just fine for me.

I went here two years ago. They were awesome. Went there today to press in new wheel bearings and they charged double what I was quoted. Claimed it took an hour to complete a 15 min job. I paid and left. Will not return.
