These updates allowed me to electronically submit approval for additional services as the mechanics were working on my car and discovered the additional issues.

Welcomed as I got to the door. Trevor was friendly, professional and thoughtful of my time. Upon pickup, I arrived unexpectedly early; staff acknowledged me and was as accommodating as they could be to get my car ready.Upon checkout we reviewed what was done on my vehicle and next steps looking forward to the next checkup. Customer service was okay, I had to constantly call for updates and even reach out to the claims department myself to expedite the repairs. I then get to the dealership to pick up the car and the seat was so far back I fell in, the mirrors were out of place, the “complimentary wash and vacuum” did not happen even though they stated it was “coming out of the wash” when I arrived to retrieve the vehicle, all in all I wish there was better communication and execution from the dealership

Took my 2001 325 in for final air bag recall and a long time smog issue. The recall issue went well and the service technician was also able to diagnose and repair the smog issue in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Bob, my service advisor was friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Excellent service - I couldn’t be happier! The team was incredibly responsive, keep in touch throughout my service, and handled all my concerns and went the extra mile. I have a hybrid car that shuts off when I exit the vehicle which normally wouldn’t be a concern but after a long day in a parking lot, I needed to find a way to keep my AC on. Even though I came in for a different service, Trevor looked into it and found an answer by the time I came back for pickup. When I realized I needed to leave my car for servicing, hearing “don’t worry, it’s handled” was so reassuring. You just can’t beat this kind of service.

I love the customer service at this location. Originally, I get service at the Fremont location and sometimes at the Pleasanton location. However, this is my favorite dealership to bring my car in. Work completed and everything seems fine. I thought one of the points of a loaner is to show off how cool and desirable the new cars are; instead I was given a dirty, German corolla with turbo lag. Then my car was returned filthy. I guess I see BMW has a higher brand than niello.

They went above and beyond to meet customer’s satisfaction. For example: I brought my I3 in for service and was told the service will take a day or two to complete. So here I am stuck at the dealership with no ride home. All bummed out. However, Trevor was able to assign me a shuttle back home to Stockton (at no cost). That’s literally 37 miles away! I was astounded. So Trevor had one of his co-worker shuttled me back home. I forgot his name. Talk white guy with the Clark Kent haircut. His Desk is next to Trevor’s and he’s from Oregon. What a cool guy. Anyways, All you other Bmw dealership need to take notes from these two guys. Outstanding customer service for real. Will definitely go back to Niello Bmw Elk Grove!

Saw the car I was looking for on-line came in after contacting Essex and was greeted and and handed over to Q.G. in sales and everything went smoothly they were able to meet our expectations and close the deal we wanted.

Dropped off my car for 2 airbag recalls in the morning and was told itd be done in the afternoon. They were able to finish the job a lot sooner than they estimated. Minh was very professional and made sure I didnt have any questions before I left.

I use to service my BMW 528i 2012 here.They replaced the right side mount for its engine in May 2019. The mileage driven at that time was 50800 miles.I brought my car a few days back for an oil change with a mileage of 62000 and was stunned and shocked when the advisor told me that I need to replace Left and Right both the engine mounts. Replace engine months in BMW is very expensive in hundreds of dollars.Mount was replaced just a little over 2 years and miles were not even 12000, I can not believe that the parts and workmanship quality of the BMW dealership is so poor. Looking at this evidential data of 2 years/12000 miles, I am not even sure if they really used a genuine new OEM BMW part or was it really replaced by a qualified competent technician. I am not even confident if they even diagnosed the issues correctly. This was a serious quality issue. Mount was supposed to last for several years (the original lasted for 7 years).This part would have failed long back, not just now. They told me now because the warranty is over by 3 months. Also, I learned from other shops that it is always recommended to replace both (right and left) mounts of the engine together to maintain the symmetrical positioning of the engine over both the mounts. The cost of replacing both mounts is almost the same as replacing 1 mount because the difference of cost is only in part which is very minimally priced as compared to labor i.e. 1:4 ratio of cost. But dealerships like this want to charge the customers twice with $800 each visit rather than charging $950 just once. They did not educate or offer to me replace both the mounts in May 2019 and just replaced one knowing that I would come back paying them again.Could it be possible that the part was not even replaced as this part can not fail in less than or around 2 years timeline?If this was true, I am really scared of this dealership.I am finding it really hard to trust them now for any future needs.Extremely disappointed!!!

I took my BMW to them yesterday to have the recalled airbag replaced. I went there with a great running car and left with the engine light on and a car that was running terrible. Took it straight to my mechanic. He said mine was the 2nd car he has seen from Elk Grove BMW with the same problem after having an airbag replaced. Whats up with this????

Wanting to purchase a 330i as a gift to self, I went to Niello BMW Elk Grove to test drive the car. Amir Mohabbat was expeditious in greeting us, and thank goodness because it was hot outside. I informed him that I wanted to test drive the 330i. While escorting us to the location of the 3 series, I was smitten by the X1! Amir was quick to obtain the keys and let me test drive it alone. I test drove the 335i and decided to purchase it because it was cheaper. I informed Amir my down payment amount and the desired monthly payments. He offered us water while he started the paperwork. In the mean time, I kept vacillating between the 335i and X1. It wasnt until after Amir finished that I changed my mind and decided upon the X1. I was impressed with Amirs patience, calmness and customer service. He ran the numbers for the X1, I agreed and was introduced to Joe.Joe was very friendly and personable. He offered to let me take the X1 to go get something to eat while he finalized the financing, I declined. Upon my return, Joe had all the paperwork done.
