I just got a Brazilian wax at Kairos with Lisa. Its not my first time but its the first time someone takes the time to communicate what shes doing step by step. She was thorough and gentle, not only making sure the job got done right but also making sure I had a relaxing experience in the process. I highly recommend her if its your first time getting a Brazilian. Prize was really good too and I love that its right in Elizabethtown. Lisa also had a very body positive attitude. As a plus size consumer I have felt some service providers tend to treat bigger clients different. This time I felt I was treated with respect and made feel beautiful, which is one of the reasons we get beauty treatments. Dont hesitate to give Lisa a call.

I booked a 90 minute prenatal massage with Annie and it was absolutely fabulous. She was a great listener and very friendly. I mentioned I was suffering SI joint pain and she payed special attention in helping to relieve the pain in that area. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Already booked my next appointment!

This is truly a hidden gem! Overall, this place was very relaxing,clean,and professional. Dawn is absolutely incredible! Shes very knowledgeable about what she does. Went for a couples massage and had the best time. Our therapists (I can’t remember names, I think Anne and dawn..?) were super professional and so polite. It was our first time and they walked us through everything patiently. Will definitely be back!

Annie was wonderful. I came in with intense pain in my back and shoulder that was limiting my activity. Annie, worked on my back for 45 minutes and was able to get my back to begin loosening up, and created a plan with me to continue to work on it, including at home care. I have more appointments scheduled and I can’t wait to go back.

My visit here was a birthday gift given to me, and I will say it was a very wonderful surprise gift. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff was very courteous and professional. After receiving my therapeutic massage I left there feeling better than I had in a very long time. I have recommended this place to many of my friends.

Just had my first facial ever and decided on Kairos since they accept Spa Finder gift cards and I had two laying around that Ive never used. It looks like a small, unassuming place from the outside, so this is definitely another example of not judging a book by its cover! The whole experience was fantastic and super informative. They catered the facial specifically for my skin needs and suggested what I could do to improve my skin in the future. Since it was my first appointment, I got a cute little bag with some pamphlets, samples, and a lovely little fall scented soy candle. Already scheduled a second appointment and Im stoked to go back.

Hands down the best place for massage therapy. I have been to others in the past and no one else compares. As soon as you walk in you feel at peace. Its very clean and always smells so good. Also, the staff are all friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend Kairos to anyone!

I have been to Kairos several times and it is always the best experience. I have had sessions with Amanda, Carissa, Noelle, and Linda. They are all very professional and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and smell wonderful. Each therapist is different in their style of massage but the quality is the same across the board. I highly recommend them.

I have been a client of Kairos for a few years. Ive only gone for massages and have been very pleased each time. Linda always took the time to talk with me about any issues I might be having and would then proceed accordingly. Kairos does offer other services. Their staff is very nice and their new location is warm and inviting.

I love Kairos! I havent visited their new location yet, but cant wait to book my next massage. The staff are friendly yet professional, and make you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in to the very moment you leave. I have never gotten so much relief from my chronic neck pain as I do from their Swedish massages. You can occasionally find deals for Kairos on Groupon ( how I discovered them).

I’ve been to a couple different massage places (The Hotel Hershey, ETC.) and I can honestly say Kairos is consistently the best experience I ever had. Their price point is extremely reasonable, I’m not sure what the one negative review was referring to because $300.00 for a 90 minute couples massage is the norm. Book them! You won’t regret it.

I always leave feeling great. Many services offered. Employees all friendly and listen for problem areas. Reasonably priced and comparable.

I got a massage with Linda at some point last Autumn as a birthday gift from my boyfriend, and I loved it. It was a seasonal special massage that used pumpkin scents and it relaxed me completely. The room was comfortably warm and cozy, and Linda was attentive to my preferences. I would highly recommend Kairos.

Close to downtown Elizabethtown (and within walking distance of Folklore Coffee for post-massage energy! About half the price of the spa competitors, but just as great quality. Jenny is fantastic! I am now a regular customer.

The atmosphere is calming and relaxing anytime I walk in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I recently received a massage and facial where they were able to schedule the services back to back. They really made my “Selfcare Day” amazing! They even gave me a robe to wear inbetween sessions! I have had a few massages as they are all a little different and good. I have always told them that I have a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders. I didnt notice until today when I had my massage with Noelle that they never really listened to me. Noelle was wonderful! I felt the stress leave my body! I could tell she was really focussing on the tennision in my neck and shoulders. I am just visiting in Pennsylvania but weather you are visiting or a local I highly recommend Kairos Massage Therapy!!
