Just had my brows done and lashes done yesterday. I am blown away by the results! Sheri was so sweet and did a great job. The color on my brows is perfect. I am so excited to not have to color them in every day. The facility was spotless and so adorable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was hoping the reviews were true but this was unfortunately a miss for me. The pictures looked awesome but my results for brows and lashes were not what was depicted in those reviews. Funny the person that did my lashes and brows took before pics but not after. I almost cried when I saw my brows. I look like an Angry Birds character and one eyebrow is crooked. I had even showed a pic of how I wanted my brows to look like. Doing a side by side of what I wanted and what I got is ridiculous. I paid for the service but I won’t be going back 😞 The lady was nice. Idk maybe she’s not as experienced as some of the other ladies. Would post pic but doesn’t let me.

Marilyn and Sabrina have both been amazing! They made me feel welcome and at ease and took the time to fully explain the procedures to me and listen to any questions I may have had. I definitely recommend Etown Wax and Lash Bar.

Marilyn was able to squeeze me in for my first lash lift even when she was booked up. Not only did she make time for me but she took her time with my lashes too. Every service Marilyn provides she takes the time to explain and really makes you feel comfortable during the service. At first when I look at mind I didn’t know what to say because mine are real thin like we did them in 90’s so she explained it might do like I said didn’t know but coming home the tint start toning down I love them she did great job I go back thank you

This is an updated and revised review.I went in last week for a lash lift and tint. I was disappointed with the results, but after speaking with Marilyn, the owner, who is an absolute sweetheart, my disappointment was likely due to my unrealistic expectations of what I thought I would see once it was done. I personally wont spend the money again for this service, bc it did not provide me with the results I had hoped for, however, it may be great for someone else. The young lady that actually did the lift and tint was very professional, sweet, and a pleasure to talk to. So it had nothing to do with her personally. Just the service for me personally. Even though I wont have this particular service done again, I will definitely continue to go to Marilyn for any other beauty needs I may have in the future. After writing the first review I had posted, she instantly called me to voice her genuine concern with my disappointment. She was very professional and considerate in regards to me and explained why I may not have attained the results I had hoped for. I own my own business, and know how frustrating it can be to have a disappointed customer. I cant express enough how impressed I was with how Marilyn handled this situation. It truly shows how she runs her business, and I highly recommend her for any services she offers! ☺️
