I went today for a facial and had a wonderful, relaxing experience. The atmosphere is peaceful and soothing. I had been on vacation this week but the weather has not been great and I didnt want to travel. My vacation was thrown off kilter by news that my brother had a stroke Tuesday. He isnt doing well. I needed something soul soothing and this hit the mark. The tranquil, healing touch during my treatment was just what I needed to keep from tears. Thank you.

Also, knowledgeable of the Products she has on her shelves. She’ll provide the right service or services she feel is best for your Skin, and I truly feel that she cares about her Customers Skin. Also, as soon as you walk into the Spa, you instantly feel relaxed, and soothed. Oh! And not to mention, that I think there are Bible Scriptures on the walls in there, somewhere. Something religion related. I’m sorry, I’m not too sure. But anyway, it’s the kind of Energy I love to be around! At the end of your treatment, she always has an Herbal tea waiting for ya, at the Desk when checking out, too!

Great place. They dont use just one brand. They research different brands and talk to the owners, attend seminars so they can select only the best products for their guests. Good prices and the staff always make you feel so welcome. The only thing hate about the place is having to leave.

Went in for a therapeutic massage following some back pain. The massage therapist was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and knew just what to do. I just had my first massage here today, I didnt even know it was there. Its less than a mile from my house, which is amazing (who really wants to drive after a massage). Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. I had a massage with Geovanna. Ive been searching for someone that will do prenatal massage, and she obviously knows what she is doing and knows anatomy. It was probably one of the best massages that Ive had in the area since I moved here, and I feel amazing after. Ill definitely be back.

My first time experience there was great. Eyebrow wax using hard wax and it was practically plainless, no redness or irritation and most for all, no skin lift. Very professional while waxing without the irritating chatter that so many feel is necessary. I don’t, I want you to concentrate on making my eyebrows beautiful and that is what she did. The first time I went for a Brazilian was good but the most recent (and last ever) time I went the woman doing the Brazilian was not only mean/annoyed with me but it was very painful experience because of how aggressive she was when removing the wax in extremely sensitive areas. I was left in pain for days after with red marks where she ripped the hairs out harshly. Very inconsiderate and painful, never again will I go here.

First time getting a facial and she made me feel very at home. I originally went in to get microdermabrasion and you schooled me on why I should get it and get a cheaper more effective facial that will compliment my skin type. Shes amazing!

Ive never had a wax where Im told my hair is not long enough. Any place you go they will tell you that your hair needs to be about the length of a grain of rice. Why she wants it extra long I dont know when in fact other spas would shave your hair down before they would wax something so long.I dont get my wax, from the looks of her shop she probably didnt have any, I dont know.Her shop is very small and it didnt seem very clean to me, it lacked the privacy feeling that I would want from an establishment where I get naked. I did get a massage, I was cold the whole time and it wasnt relaxing at all.Everything seems very over priced.* First of all what I posted online is called an opinion and is also freedom of speach in America and is a Fact as to what happened.So what you a calling inappropriate or false and negative allegations towards your business is also considered your OPINION.Just because I am not in your software does not mean I have not been to your business or that I even gave you my correct name.Thank goodness! You sure seem spiteful! :/In fact, your waxing room was the very last room on the right. I have been going to Ecubella for over a year. I have had several peels and facials for my acne and skin discoloration. I have had acne for over 10 years and just recently started having discoloration. I have been to dermatologist and many doctors. I have tried high end products and home remedies. Nothing was helping. Until I started going to ecubella. My discoloration and acne is almost completely gone. I am very happy with my results. I drive over 2 hours to visit Geovanna. She really cares about her clients and their skin. She not only works to improve your skin but will help you feel relaxed while doing it. Many places will herd you in and out like cattle but Geovanna will make you feel welcomed and relaxed. She really knows alot about skin she will help you with any skin concern. I have been to other spas in Louisville, Bowling Green and Elizabethtown and she is by far the best on prices and quality. You will not be disappointed. She is friendly and will answer any questions.

She also offers things that many other spas dont in the area, like body wraps, eyebrow threading, and more! I found her because of the amazing line of products she carries (Dermalogica, Vivant, MLis) which are available not only in her store but to purchase online at her online store! Super convenient! This is by far the best gem in Elizabethtown for any and all beauty needs!

Do not get body wraps, They are not worth it and and bit pricey. Never again. Plus , store never has good sales, owner doesn’t like giving discounts.
