My concern is not with this Holiday Hair. On Mothers Day My daughter gave me a $60 gift card to Holiday Hair. That was May 9. I used the card on June 4 for a $25 haircut leaving a $35 balance. When I returned for another haircut on Saturday, July 10 my card only had a $10 balance on it so $25 of my card simply disappeared. My stylist who I like very much tried running the card several times and it just continuously said it only had a $10 balance. She suggested I call to report this but there is no number on gift card to call. I told my daughter “don’t waste your money on another Regis gift card

I have gone to Angie for years to have color, highlights and cut. She is absolutely incredible! I get compliments in my color and style all the time. Even from other hair stylists. I always feel refreshed and incredible after she does my hair. Her knowledge and ability to help with hair issues and style ideas is amazing! You will not be disappointed!!!!

So I went in n usually I have no issues I show the picture I get what I want I have someone new today and while she was a very sweet girl she did not give me the right hair cut I said 3 x that’s not how the picture is and she completely ignored what I told her I’ve been going there for 34 yrs and today was the first time this has ever happened I only gave a 3 star because of how soft spoken she was …..now I’m going to waste more money n hopefully it gets fixed I will never be returning 😡😡😡

Had a great experience at Holiday Hair in Etown a few weeks ago. Vanessa did a great job with my cut and I appreciated that she really made sure to do what I wanted (as some hairdressers sort of just do what they want or think is best). I would definitely go back there next time I’m in town!

There was a misunderstanding when I scheduled the appointment, and it was cleared up and resolved despite inconveniencing the cosmetologist. She was wonderful! Thank you for the great job AND amazing service!

Vanessa is amazing! She gave me a color correction and fixed a terrible hair cut I got. She is bomb. 10 outta 10 would recommend!! She is very on top of her hair skills! Go here.

Absolutely great service! Vanessa and Rebecca are great workers, Vanessa was working so well with a young boy and his father and making it such an enjoyable experience for him! Rebecca did such a great job on my hair styled it so nicely. Definitely recommend for any hair services you may need, and I definitely recommend taking your children there :)

Im new to the area and needed a cut badly. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. My stylist was Kayla. She is awesome. I have a calick that drives me crazy. She took her time and made sure that the cut was perfect. Im extremely happy and Kayla definitely has my business.

Penny has been my stylist for many years. She is courteous and very professional. I enjoy going to see her every six weeks. She always gives me a great cut, style and color.

Called for appointment asked if they do beards the lady on phone said yes I said good it’s shabby looking she said will take cate of that so went their 8am she turns around and tells me they don’t do beards what the heck could have went to work I never gave anyone bad review but this was ridiculous she should be replaced

U just got to be careful who u get and that they know what theyre doing because now Ive gone there for years and they never messed up my hair because I stayed with one girl. Well... She wasnt there the day I decided to be a walk-in, so... I said sure Ill take someone else and all Im saying is just watch.

The manager(red/orange/purple hair) is very rude. Base on my experience with her and base of what I saw and heard when she answered the phone or answer a question of a person that walked in.When I question her, why she is like that, she said because she can, because she is the manager. Im wondering right now if that title manager comes with also a very rude actitud in this company.Or maybe she never was manager before and she is excited in the wrong way. Who knows.And if you want to verify this just make a simple phone call and ask some questions.

My fiance got a haircut today and he is too nice of a person to speak up but the girl who cut his hair did not even wash OR style it! And he was charged for the full service... its just sad to go somewhere and pay so much for less than great service.

Every stylist Ive had has been friendly and quick with the cut. Always a pleasant experience. Dont forget to tip. More than a couple bucks too

I know its just a chain, but I did genuinely have a positive experience, even if I only got a dry cut.. Andy (sp) did a great job, and even gave me pointers. They were obviously short staffed and having dryer issues. Kudos to great management in a not ideal situation!

My daughter and I go here regularly.. we see Becca and Allie. They are great but all the hairdressers are professional and welcoming. A very good salon for the money!

Walk-ins, by dont have to wait long. Reasonable prices. Most recent Hairdresser listened to what I wanted.

Short wait, excellent haircut, awesome service I also give five stars to my stylist Angela she did a awesome job she was also very nice I did not do anything extreme just a few layers and a little styling but overall it was better than I expected so if you would like a good haircut go to Holiday hair.👍💇🏽‍♀️

Andi did a fantastic job! She described everything she would do and what would happen to my hair as the process went along. She really kept me updated ablut my hair with the color i got. She also educated me in some ways to. I really appreciated her and the service she provided. She was also personable and I have my second appointment with her in 3 weeks! Cant wait to see what she can do with my hair and its going to come out when we complete this process of going red/brown to my blonde hair! Great friendly staff and clean workplace as well.

I normally have good experiences here but last month I went to get my hair cut and it went horrible. The hair dresser didn’t say a word to me and she cut my hair dry! Mind you, I have super wavy, frizzy hair, so styling it has been a pain with uneven lengths. Yes, it is noticeably longer on one side.

Vanessa is the bomb. She always makes me feel so beautiful. The other workers there are amazing too, everyone is always so friendly.

Ive been here twice for a hair trim/style and an eyebrow waxing and have had good experiences both times. Will definitely be coming again

I only go to Holiday Hair to get my hair taken care of because they are a great bunch of ladies who definitely know the art of Hair Design The Stylist that I worked with did a very good job on cutting my hair and doing exactly what I asked I will always return back to Holiday Hair when I need my hair trimmed or cut

1 inch does not equal 4 inches!! It took me forever to grow my hair the way I wanted with careful trimming from someone who actually knew what they were doing and actually listened to a paying customer. You guys will never be getting my business again. I recommend you guys learn to listen to the customers about there OWN hair! Not do what you want to the paying customers hair.

Went there one time and had a great experience with a great stylist, so your experience is totally dependent on which stylist you get. That being said I went there today to get my hair dyed and the person who did it got the hair dye all over my skin on the top of my forehead and got a couple marks on my cheek. Not sure if she noticed, I asked if the dye would come off of my skin and she said she had a chemical that would make it come out no problem. Well apparently they changed their dye remover so she couldnt get it out. Totally unapologetic and kind of rude the whole time. I could have dyed my hair at home and not gotten dye visibly staining the skin on my FACE. Ill have to be desperate to come back here.

Holiday Hair gets a very bad reputation from some people but Ive only had one situation where I felt that I got a bad haircut. Other than that Ive really been pleased for the several years that Ive been going there. Im the type of person that Waits until the last minute until my hair is driving me nuts until I get a haircut and some hair salons dont take walk-ins but Holiday Hair usually has openings.

Omg I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want your hair chopped off. This was the worst place I ever chose to get my daughters hair cut. Well the girl looked like she didnt know what she was doing I called ahead of time and asked if they had someone who knew how to cut long, curly hair and they said that they did. When I showed up they did a horrible job with my daughters hair.

I go to Holiday Hair about once twice a month to get my haircut its always a different girl and theyre all good they all cut my hair well

Probably worst haircut Ive ever had. If I wanted my hair buzzed and uneven, I wouldnt have spent over $20 for it, I can do that myself. Very disappointed. At least it will grow out in 6 months and I can go somewhere else.

Everytime I take my girls to holiday I ask for the same stylist to cut my girls hair ..This time was no different the girl checking us in I guess was upset I interrupted her eating and decides to roll her eyes at me for saying I wanted the same stylist for both girls . Very rude when your business is usually bought to you by word of mouth you probably should have better customer service skills..
