Dropped my girlfriends vehicle off for safety/emissions inspection, received a call back within 3 hours telling me everything looked great and I could pick the car up whenever I was ready. Cant beat that! Excellent customer service as well, really just a great family owned and operated garage.

Smiths Service Center is the place to go. They are a nice father and son company that does the work right and diagnosis the issue correctly to save you time and money. Would highly recommend them no matter what you drive and especially if you drive a german vehicle. Spencer is very talented when it comes to Volkswagens and Audis.

Helped us in a pinch, great father and son team!! Amazingly warm and friendly! No wait, had us in and out in less than 10 min! (Ran over lawn mower bag on highway that got wrapped around the drivetrain!) Awesome, AWESOME! Highly recommend!!

WARNING!!! Take your vehicle anywhere else but here unless you do not care about your vehicle. I had my wifes Toyota in here and it was recommended by this service center that I get a new battery. I told them to go ahead and replace it. When I came to pick up the car the radio/navigation system was fried!! It did not work at all! When I brought the car back to let them know they did not take responsibility for the issue and blamed it the fact that Toyotas have problems. It was working perfectly before it went in for service. They refused to pay for a new radio/navigation system. Take your vehicle to Siegrist Automotive! Better service, better pricing and Siegrist stands behind his work!!!

Great family owned business, real friendly couple of guys! Had a problem with my heater core hoses bursting from decay on a thursday and needed my car back for Saturday and this was not a scheduled appointment, the hoses had to be modified to fit since the original ones were not available, they were backed up with repairs but worked through lunch and late that night to get me up and running for the end of the day on friday, something anyone else would have said it would be next week. I knew it was an inconvenience for them to do it in such a rush but they helped me out anyway and didnt charge me through the nose! Thank you so much William and your son Spencer too, you guys are awesome!!!
