Mike and the team are great at Geyers! Found them when I moved to the area and havent looked back. Always willing to work around your schedule and super knowledgeable. Can tell they are not out to gouge you and always give the best advice on if you really should make the repair.

I was a first time customer with a variety of work that needed done. From the initial estimate I knew I was in good hands. I dropped my car off Thursday night and they told me they would have it done Friday. It took them longer than expected to finish the job due to some complications but they stayed late and finished it on Friday as promised. To my surprise my bill came in under budget and was less than expected. I would highly recommend!!

Dreadful experience, time wasters and full of false promises, avoid this garage.The owner’s daughter worked with my partner and recommended the garage. I dropped my car on Thursday at 1pm for an estimate. I was told I would receive a call that afternoon. As I did not hear back, I followed up at 4.30pm and was told I would receive a call back in an hour. I did not receive a call back and called again at 7pm and when the answering machine picked up left a voicemail (at dropoff, I was told the garage is open until 8pm), but no response. I called at 9.20am on Friday and left a message. I called back at 10.40am and the receptionist told me she only started at 10am, but did not respond when I asked why the promised callback was not made the previous day nor why the two voicemails were unanswered. I was then provided an estimate to repair my car and told it would be ready at noon that day (Friday, when I needed it then for an important trip). I was told the garage would call as soon as the car was ready.I called at 1pm and was told the car was not ready because that the parts delivery was delayed. I asked when the car was ready, the receptionist refused to answer, so I asked to speak to the owner, Mike. Only after an intense 10-minute conversation did Mike indicate he hoped the car would be ready by 2pm. I stated that the garage should not have promised a completion time if it knew that a delivery delay was possible, that it should have informed me promptly of the delay, and the whole experience showed complete disinterest in customer service and total disrespect of time and meeting its promised timelines. Mike showed no interest in my concerns, he just told me that I was delaying the repair by asking that he speak with me on the phone.The whole experience was dreadful. This garage only excels in time wasting and disrespect.
