Work completed quickly and accurately. Staff is kind. Parking can be a little bit of a pain but you can park in the grass. Price was reasonable but I only had inspection, emissions, alignment, and rotation completed so take that with a grain of salt. Id go back again to see how they handle other repairs in the future.

Their shop rate per hour is very reasonable, they do any type of service you need, and Nate is a personable, honest, and great guy.Because I work on my own vehicles usually, it takes a lot for me to trust a mechanic, but it was easy with this place. After having a somewhat unpleasant experience at another shop in town, E-town Auto Works answered my call. I was able to drive up and get my tires mounted on rims that day, without an appointment. They use a Hunter balancing machine in addition to a good quality tire mounting machine. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt mar the finish on my freshly refurbished rims during the mounting process. Prices were fair. I would definitely suggest them if you need your tires mounted.

Super fair and honest with exactly what is and what is not wrong with your car. Other places, in the area, told me I needed to get X, Y, Z replaced asap. They told me the opposite and Id be good for several thousand miles more. Also, their rate per hour is fair.

I really appreciate having this auto shop so close to my house. They are quick to respond via email which I greatly appreciate. They are very accommodating when an emergency repair is needed, and also very convenient for scheduled maintenance.One time my wifes car all of a sudden started leaking fuel while parked in our garage - turned out to be a rusted fuel line. E-Town Auto Works responded quickly, we dropped the car off the next morning and they had it repaired by lunch time. Another time my cars brakes began to make a grinding noise. My wife and I were going on vacation for a week. They let me park my car at their shop for the whole week, which Im sure isnt the most convenient for them, and had new rotors and brake pads installed when I returned from vacation.They accomplish all of this while also being very reasonably priced.Shops like this deserve some recognition. I hope this review helps someone else out there confidently select an auto shop.

Today I had to make an emergency call for my sisters car. Battery could not take the cold. I called to see if this garage could come down the street and check her car and if needed get a battery in it. Guess what....answer was yes we can. And yes they did. This garage is outstanding. They know how to take care of customers. They may not be a big name garage. But thats okay. They are a class act. This is a great garage. Would go back in a heart beat. Please support this garage. Our engine light came on and we expected it to be super pricey since that has been our experience in the past with previous repairs. Our SUV was repaired the same day and we also had our oil changed while there for a very reasonable fee. E-Town Auto Works is honest and efficient. We highly recommend them!

They were really nice very good with my vehicle

Took my truck in for wheel bearings, inspection/emissions and rear leaf spring shackle. I got it back and the exhaust needed repaired and the tail light was out, not to mention the didn’t tell me it was basically pouring oil. Extremely unhappy with this business. How could a shop pass inspection/emissions, then I look at it and it has problems coming off their lot that would have failed both.

I have to say that I was a skeptical at first about an engine installed and sinking more money into my sons car. But everything turned out wonderful no problems months after installing.

They over charged me for inspection. Once my emissions test failed, buy law the inspection process is supposed to stop. (and they are not supposed to charge for both.) because my emissions test failed. But this guy charged for both safty & emissions. They are not honest mechanics ! So I went els where.
