Great service and I wasinformed of all issues before work was done. Secretary was really nice. Only issue I had was after getting car home, the next morning I was going to work and noticed a crack from bottom left of windshield running up to the center. I am thankful my insurance covered a new windshield installation.

Charlie’s Service Center knocked it out of the park! They were courteous, spot-on with their estimate for repairs, and they had my Jeep back to me same day. I’ve had a similar repair done by the dealership, and Charlie’s Service Center was more affordable with quality work. I will definitely be a repeat customer if the time comes that I cannot do the repairs myself!

They handle business at a fair price

Charlies was highly recommended by a local shop that didnt specialize in all mechanical aspects.... Ive used them twice now and both repairs were completed as expected, and they also made sure to check other possible issues and explained everything thoroughly!! This last time I expressed that I was told that I needed a new engine or head job and needed an estimate for the work. Instead of taking advantage of my inexperience they repaired what was needed and was out the door less than $400!! Theyre my first go-to from now on!!!

Had my water pump replaced here they didn’t tighten any of the bolts almost overheated my engine cause of it and changed a new belt with a shity belt without checking first and charged for antifreeze and they didn’t even fill it up half way (checked before I left the shop) I DO NOT recommend this shop
