I had my oil changed. They always perform so many checks on the vehicle, and I really appreciate that! The staff there is very friendly and explains every detail to you if needed. There are several other oil change businesses close to me, but I drive for 1/2 hour to go to Meineke. I have used them for several years now, and will not use anyone else. Thanks guys!

These people went above and beyond, specifically Brandon. ( I think that’s his name)What ever you’re paying him it’s not enough. My fuel pump went out driving from Wisconsin to Florida. Unfortunately it was late Saturday, they got me a ride to the hotel and fixed it properly by Monday. Brandon stayed after close to get the job done. He did not have to do that but he did anyways and I can’t thank him enough for that. With all the BS going on in the world today, it’s nice to see people still care about others. Honesty goes a long way with me and thats exactly what this place was very honest. I felt something was wrong with my truck and they put it up on the lift for me and showed me that I only needed new tires. They then called around to find the tires that I wanted and hooked me up. Also they did not charge me for their 30 minutes of time they helped me. They have earned a customer for life as far as Im concerned. great place to do business

I had them mount and balanced 4 Michelin tires that I purchased online and asked about lifetime rotation and balanced and he rudely said those are not my tires and didn’t even offer a lifetime price.this was a Michelin dealer also is why I chose this place. Appointment was at 9 and had to be get picked up because it would be 2-3 hours so why do you need an appointment then? Lastly the rude guy working behind the counter was also working in the garage so when I handed him my keys all is could see was black oily dirty hands. I don’t want someone that dirty driving my car. Went home cleaned steering wheel and lots of oil and dirt.will not ever go back!!

I appreciate the credit offer that was made. Happy i can take advantage of that in the future but I did not like the service of my oil change. 2 days later my oil light came on and there it showed on the stick 1 quart of oil. I had to go to the dollar store and buy 4 more quarts. I was really hurt by the job performed and embarrassed.

I went to the one in Elizabeth town Kentucky awesome best mechanic experience Ive ever hadI went to Firestone a few weeks prior in Madison Alabama and put 2800 into my vehicle was told the did a full inspection yet meinekehad my vehicle for 10 minutes if that and spotted the snapped control and the other one that was about to snap do not have your vehicle serviced at Firestone they do more scamming than actual work go to meineke

Elizabethtown, KY - the gentleman at the front desk was crazy professional and made sure to inform me of every detail. Could’ve easily charged me extra for something I didn’t need because I thought my brakes were bad; he told me they were good to go and didn’t want to charge me for something they didn’t think was an issue. My vehicle also takes 0W-30 and he made a call to get the oil over to the shop ASAP.All around 5/5 recommend.

Meineke really came through in the clutch. Had some bad service performed at a local Meineke but when given the proper attention by Kevin the district mgr and store mgr Jeremy complete satisfaction was the result. Even recieved money back on an overcharge. Absolute gratitude is the word. Now my girlfriends car is back on the road and she is safe behind the wheel.

Our local Meineke has always been great for us. They put new tires on for us a couple of years ago and do a quick job of rotation/balance when we need it. Highly recommend.

When I called in a panic Jeremy quickly answer the phone and was very caring. I told him that my alternator went out and he said bring it right in we will take a look at it and let you know about how much its going to be. They got to it right away and gave me an extremely fare estimate compared to the one my son experienced two months ago from someplace else. The office staff and mechanics were very knowledgeable and efficient. I was traveling through and needed a repair to my muffler. They were able to repair my vehicle in a timely manner. Jeremy, the manager on duty was up front and honest about the estimated cost of the repair and I actually paid less than what I expected to pay. I took my truck in for a 4 wheel alignment. Check in was quick and easy, and they got my truck in at the scheduled appointment time. This was my first experience with any Meinke store. Both Jeremy and Bobby, were polite, respectful, and informative. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my truck was finished in about an hour. All and all, it was a pleasant, painless experience.

The gentleman gave me a wonderful deal on a set of 4 brand new tires and an alignment for a great price. They were very friendly and I would bring my truck back to them.

We were on our way to the lake and unfortunately broke down and had our vehicle towed To the Meineke in Elizabethtown. That was our first mistake I guess because he knew we were stuck between a rock and a hard place that Jeremy decided that he could stick it to us... Was told the fuel pumps were bad on this particular vehicle, there is two Which are located under the backseat and Easy to get to Which at most would only take between an hour and an one hour and a half And that’s being generous with time Was charge for 4.8 hours of labor totaling $552 just in labor. Total price was $1503 and Jeremy wouldn’t except a $50 off coupon because he said he already discounted it where’s the discount? Would not recommend to anybody!

To say these gentlemen were professionals is an understatement! There attention to detail and quality was second to none! I recently bought tires from a big name company in town and needed an alignment also. Needless to say the company told me the front end parts were Wore out and needed replacement. Little did they know I personally had replaced the entire front end early that month and they continued into their sales pitch of we cant align the vehicle because of this and this! They further went on explaining the poor quality of the install after I explained it was all new, and they did not know I did the install myself. After some brief confrontation about the amount I owed since they were unable to perform the alignment I drove to Meineke and got an oil change and had them check the alignment and the install of the new parts. Their exact words were parts are brand new and in perfect condition then I explained the situation and they aligned my vehicle no problem and brought to my attention several other issues that needed attention that they will be repairing for me soon! Please look no further when your vehicle needs attention. They were straight shooters and spoke to me like a person and not someone who knows nothing about vehicles! I will be back and allow these gentlemen to perform services on my fleet from this point forward! Thank you to everyone at the Elizabethtown Meineke!

I was traveling just over a month ago when I heard a loud noise coming from under my car. I called and Jeremy, the manager answered. I described what was going on. He told me to come on in. He fixed my issue quickly. He was professional and courteous. As many of you know, sometimes mechanics will take advantage of woman and over charge them. Add to that women who are stranded are even more susceptible. Not so with this location. I highly recommend them for their integrity.

I was warned the Elizabethtown, KY was over priced & very liberal in their diagnosis which turned out to be true to the tune of $2,300 for brakes / rotors, windshield fluid pump, synthetic oil change, tire rotation / balance, due to trace an oil leak & head lamp bulb for a 2009 MB SLK300. I knew it would be a bit more expensive, but $2,300 is ridiculous!!

They were very polite, finished on time and still honored my Groupon despite the fact I didnt read the directions thoroughly. Dont use online scheduling but call the shop directly and remember to show any coupons at the time you checkin.

Went for brakes, was told needed more work than really necessary.. was told over $1000 worth of work, and wouldnt do warranty work, because per their evaluationthat fit within the warranty. Took the car to dealership and only needed $190 worth work. Was not a warranty job because the things they said did not need replacement.. very disappointing because they said was urgent and I almost paid it.

Completely INCOMPETENT WORKERS. Busted my A/C compressor and charged me to replace. Boy they cut me a deal on the labor though, at least that’s what they said. Paperwork got done in someone else’s name not mine. Took my other car there to get it started and never once received a call from them about what was wrong. They had again done the paperwork in someone else’s name despite me giving them my number and telling them to call me only about MY CAR. Will never use this shop again. Justin and I assume everyone else who works there are modern day crooks and snakes. Would recommend leaving your car broken and busted before you ever take it to this shop.

We called in that we picked up a screw in our pickup truck tire on I-65 and wondered if they had time to do a tire repair within 50 minutes of closing.The manager without hesitation, told us to stop in for the repair.We drove to the location and were greeted by the manager, he had his mechanic pull our truck in and the repair was completed in a very timely manner.My wife and I would like to express how Happy we were with the repair and level of professionalism brought forth by the staff at this location.Thank yall again, Its refreshing to meet professionals with this level of customer service.👊🇺🇸

Always receive great service from the Elizabethtown location. Being a business owner, if my vehicles are not on the road were not making money. Jeremy gets my vehicles in, calls within 30 mins letting me know what issues there are with a breakdown of pricing for repairs, and then has his workers get on it and get it done. We will continue to take our vehicles there.

Very unprofessional. The boss wanted to argue with me about something that I know whats right a full flush is just that. I paid over three hundred bucks for a full flush and a new cooling system. The flush was done improperly. I referred a custimer to valvoline and was told to leave the building.

Called for a price quote. I told them exactly what I needed and he just kept saying I would have to bring the car in instead of giving me a quote. Ive called other places and they give me a price over the phone, and Im sure if anything else was wrong they would call and let me know more needed to be done.

We had an unexpected issue with our car that had to be fixed right away. Unfortunately, this happened the morning that myself and my family hopped in the car for a planned trip around town to buy the items for our upcoming wedding, as well as pay off the rings and dress. We went to meineke because we called them before arriving, and they answered our questions, as well as assured us they could get the car in right then, and finished today. I was optimistic when I went in, and I did not mention the wedding stuff. When Jeremy looked over the car, and then told us the price for repairs, I tried to fight it off, but I broke down in tears so badly that I had to just walk away. I cried during the entire repair. The cost was going to take away from our strict plan to pay for the wedding. Jeremy first told us about the payment plans they offer, and gave us more than enough time to discuss whether or not we would pay in full, or do the payments. We decided to pay in full. He went out of his way to make the situation better. He helped entertain our 3 year old who was bored and restless, gave her snacks, and then asked me what my favorite chocolate was as we were leaving. He gave us all chocolates and was incredibly helpful. He did other things to help us out as well, that we didn’t realize until we left. Jeremy was sympathetic, understanding, and patient. If it weren’t for his great attitude during this highly stressful time for us, I don’t know that I wouldn’t have had a full meltdown! THANK YOU JEREMY! Your customer service is amazing, and you deserve recognition! Thank you!

These guys are awesome! I broke a wheel bearing on my way through town in a new (to me) truck on a long road trip. By the time I made it to the shop an hour before closing, I had done a fair amount of damage and needed almost an entire new front end. They looked it over, gave me a line by line estimate of what it would cost, and even had a loaner car I could use around town. 24 hours later, and at exactly the price they had quoted me, I was back on my way. I can’t say enough about Jeremy, Jon and the rest of the team here, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Said only one person was allowed in the lobby so I had to sit out in the 100 degree heat for 2 hours. I was not happy.

Since I bought my tires there two years ago, everyone in this place has gone above and beyond. They have stood behind their warranty and even plugged a tire for me free of charge way after the warranty was expired. They have never tried to up-sell me anything and have never been anything but amazing to me when I go in there. Ive sent others to them and they all feel the same way.

My husband has been using a local mechanic in Radcliff for years. He started having break issues about 3 years ago. During this time he has had new rotors, lines, calipers, pads and a master cylinder. BUT the breaks were still spongy, petal going to the floor and breaking horribly. Finally I nagged him enough to get a second opinion. I am so glad he went here!!! His breaks are finally working right! After they replaced they replaced the drums, new pads in front and bleed the lines they took my husbands truck for a drive. The guy came back and said he still didnt like the way the breaks felt so he bled the breaks more just to make sure they were 100% right. I drove the truck tonight and I wasnt freaked out about breaking and I didnt have to pump them! Thank you Meineke for finally fixing the brea ks properly

Went in to get my rear brakes changed. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait. After waiting an hour and a half they took my car back and immediately started messing with my front tires. I told them the only thing i wanted was my rear brakes done and they kept asking me to do other things. Had to wait around another 45 minutes after that to get them to tell me a price. Then they tried to charge me 1100 dollars to replace my wheel bearring. Ill never go back again

The mechanic did good work but they said they can schedule me right away and when I got there I had to wait for 3 hours just to get started in total it took 5 hours to change 2 tiers

Actually the guy that took my info & then changed the oil was very polite & I truly appreciate the respect he gave me.

Very disappointed. Was assured problem could be fixed with there so called premium diagnosis of check engine light on. However paid almost 800.00 for nothing. Not happy at all.

If you want half-@$$ work from ASE mechanics who dont care about your car at a price higher than others, then this is your place. Read below for my experience!Took my car in to have 3 spark plugs put in because I lacked the tools to get to the back 3 after replacing the front 3 myself. Was given a loaner for a few hours while they worked on the car (the loaner is probably worth $500 tops so curb your expectations if you need it). When I got the car back, I drove home. The next day I changed the O2 sensor and discovered a screw missing from the engine cover; a cosmetic issue but still concerning since I specifically asked to please have everything put back together correctly. When I brought the car back to have the missing screw replaced, the manager informed me that the guy that worked on the car was over an hour late and not answering his phone. That was 2 weeks ago. Today, 19 July 2017, I replaced the throttle body. In doing so, I discovered that the clamps for the 2 cooling system lines running near the throttle body were not in place...at all.

First, please note this is the location by Aldis and Advance auto parts in Elizabethtown, not the Radcliff location. The experiences are different.Jeremy is super helpful. Hes is honest and doesnt try to sell me stuff I dont need. The service is fast and reliable. I would recommend it.
