Vision realty property management has been managing both of my properties for over 4 years.They found me the best tenant ever. His rent is always on time and he even did some work on myhome at no cost to me.They always keep me well informed on the status of my homes with a state of the art Software program called Apfolio.I would definitely recommend them. Both of my properties have been rented out in a timely fashion even throughout the pandemic. They have provided prompt service and always communicated effectively and timely.

The home we rented had a fair price. There was a plumbing issue and they fixed it promptly. They all treated my husband and myself with respect. I have been renting houses for 19 years and I have never had anyone give anything back on my deposits. I always got nickeled and dimed for every speck of dust on the chandeliers. I mean we would pay high deposits. I was shocked when I got money returned. I understand and believe I should pay for what I damaged.They were fair. I would definitely go through Vision Realty if I moved back to El Paso.On another note: El Paso is a great place to live.Renee Perez

Absolutely Horrid. We choose this company to manage our property in El Paso. They NEVER return our calls or our tenants calls. My tenants had to eventually reach out to us. They have no concept of professionalism what so ever. Highly rude to the tenants and when confronted with issues they simply try to defuse and gaslight us. Its beyond frustrating. They would collect rent and by collecting I mean they make it ridiculously difficult for individuals to make simple payments. Once collected from the tenants, they then would not send it out in a timely manner to the owners. The list goes on, however this is the easiest way to explain that this isnt a company you want handling your property let alone your money.

Very Unprofessional. Will not return your calls or answer questions within a timely manner. They make you wait a week or more for an answer even when you make multiple attempts to communicate. They prefer texting than talking to you over important matters. They are only ready to pick up their payment but not to represent you as a client. They are not familiar with the contracts they provide. You better understand the contract you are signing because they dont and they will do their best to keep the renter happy but not the landlord. If in doubt, I do not recommend this company, choose from your other options or else you will end up doing their work and yet paying them.

Agency charged us for damages that were already present before we moved into the home. Did not return deposit that was owed to us.We were tenants in a home managed by this agency for 3 years. Initially, they were slow to make requested repairs, but throughout our time there the timeliness of repairs improved and they even called later to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs. Unfortunately, when we decided to vacate the home, due to job relocation, the office would not return all our deposit, stating that we made damages to the home. We concurred to the minimal damages (mainly not thoroughly cleaned to their expectations) that occurred while we live there, however, they also included damages that were already present before we moved in the home. We submitted a complaint to the manager, however, they did not fully refund the amount still owed to us for the false charges. We even submitted pictures to the office showing the damages were already present, but they still did not give us the amount owed to us. Although we appreciated their improvement in service while we lived there we have to give them a low rating for falsely claiming we incurred damages to the home and also for not fully refunding the amount for damages that we were present before we lived there. Future tenants should document damages well and take thorough pictures

Been in the property for 3 months. Filled up a request for maintenance on the page and in person at the office and still HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING DONE AT THE HOUSE! No one ever answers phone or texts messages. Maintenance cant do anything until they get orders from main office. Been with no AC and STOVE for days.Broken windows. The blinds were never changed and the property was delivered dirty and with weeds everywhere.Still FULL PAY IS EXPECTED ON THE 1st of EVERY MONTH.Terrible service!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Cant wait to get out of the contract!

We love Vision Realty its just the repair man he is so rude and disrespectful especially when in your home fixing something he was sent to do. Our home got broken into right after we moved and they sent someone to change the keys he called and we set up he came over 30 minutes early I was in the shower. He called me after he left and said he had to reschedule I told him he made an appointment and had to keep it he came back but was rude about it like it was my fault that he came early.If you come to rent here Gustavo is your guy to help you find your perfect home he showed us multiple places in one day without any issues. I thought I was moving into a home with decent management. Worst experience ever. They dont work with military at all l. I spent weeks waiting for repairs on my home when I needed something fixed to where I even had to stay at a hotel because my kids didnt have hot water during the winter due to a leak in the water heater that they took forever to fix. Even after getting orders to move, they made it so difficult to get out of the lease only because they are money hungry. I would never want anyone to go through what my family went through, especially military families.

Ruben Mata the broker was very helpful and his real estate agent Gus Luna did an excellent job of screening the buyers of my property and never waivered in preparing and helping to finalize the sale. I definitely would recommend them.

Rented with vision realty for a little over a year. They were very punctual with any maintenance needed to the home and not much maintenance was needed since that home was left in good shape for myself and my family to move in. They are good with communication and were able to help me when I was going through some hardship. I recommend them to anyone needing of a home new to el paso or from el paso they are good people. They welcome military as well like myself.

Very unprofessional, unorganized, and poor property management. DO NOT RENT OR BUY from these people! Take plenty of pictures before moving IN because they will blame you for pre condition of home. Dont expect them to fix anything in a timely mannor, or expect call backs. Do not expect them to give you timely notifications, even if contract stipulates they must. Mr. Matas favorite phrase, Ill get in contact with home owners, which means dont call me ill call you... eventually. Take business else where! Even home owner of property i rented decided to terminate contract with them because of similar problems as their property managers. Wish Gustavo worked elsewhere. He was awesome in helping find house.

We have had wonderful renters for the past 2+ years however vision Realty management is horrible they do not return phone calls or emails and for the past three months we have tried to communicate with them about our house getting nowhere .

Horrible business. Theres one agent (Maria Alexus) I would not EVER hire and if anyone is working with her at the moment...DROP HER IMMEDIATELY! Its just sad how one individual can really ruin it for such a business that has been up and running for years.

PLEASE DONT RENT HERE !!!!!!PLEASE DONT RENT HERE !!!!!!We rent a house and it was a pretty good house but inside was okay but they didnt make any maintenance from last people were before us, i move here with a dog and he is a dog house so most of the time he is inside one day i went to my back yard so could hang my clothes so it drys and i see in back porch al plague of ticks i call them and there say its your ploblem they are not going to do anything about itWe rented a house and it was a pretty good house, but inside it was fine, but they did not do any maintenance for the last people before us, I move here with a dog and he is a house dog, so most of the time is inside one day I went to my backyard to hang my clothes to dry and I see on the back porch a tick infestation that I call them and they say its your problem, they wont do anything about it
