These people are the worse! The house i moved into wasnt even up to code on the heater or water heater. They had the inspector come out to turn it on and he said he couldnt cause it wasnt up to code. Then when i called the el paso home rentals their response was well we will just turn it on ourselves, its not a big deal. I told them i wouldnt live in a house that was insafe and told them if they did not properly fix it i would take them to court. It took them a month to fix these things. I lived in this house for a month with no heat. Then when i asked for a form of compensation back for the wait i got one days worth of rent back. In the beginning when filling out the paperwork of what was wrong with the house the whole time i lived there it never got fixed. Things like the dining room fan and light, the outlet in master bedroom, the sprinkler system, the blinds, the screen door. Every time i told them of the problem they said they would fix it and never did. In the summer the cooler went out. Called them the next day and again took them a week to come fix it... i couldnt wait the week so i bought the parts myself and fixed it. They will nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. Ive never had a problem renting until i went to el paso. El paso home rentals employees are not there to take care of your needs. Letty was my landlord and she was so unprofessional and lazy. Nothing was ever her problem or an emergency even though i paid my rent on time every month. When i left the house i left it in a better condition then when i moved in, granted my dogs tore the grass in the back up a bit because of just running around. Thats another thing, before moving in i told them how big my dogs were and they said it was fine. I put my pet deposit down and of course dogs are gonna run around the yard and make bald spots. After spending two grand to get into the house, i only got 500 back. The owner wanted to set me up to hang for the grass and whats worse is she would have her father drive by and check on the house. I knew both my neighbors well and apparently some neighbors didnt like me. I was quiet and kept my house clean... these people were inrealistic and the owner did not treat the property as a business but treated it with sentimental attatchments that set me up to look like i was not taking care of the house. If you wanna save your money and be free of stree do no rent from wl paso home rentals!

They took.forever to clean the poop.from the backyard.when I move to the house .and it was all nasty I clean everything.!!! I can go on telling.all my bad experience.about this rental !
