Pictures were not what the house was when we moved in from out of state. House was disgusting and dirty when we got here. Pictures showed grass and when asked if there was still grass because we have dogs we were lied too. No grass, just trash and rocks. Garbage cans still had trash in them and cleaners had to come in prior to us moving in because it was so dirty. DO NOT!!! rent from this company if your military especially coming from another state because they will lie to you about the house if your going to rent. If there was a 0 star I would rate that.

Very inconsiderate company to go through. Locally owned with no values only intentions of milking money from people. I was rented a house with rats, cabinets fell off, and vents fell off. Within the 3rd day of moving in they received my work order and neglected all the safety hazards my kids were exposed to. They believe it’s okay to charge me and add fees for moving out while they have held up only %10 of their responsibilities to the contract and property. Save your time and go somewhere else 👍

I attempted to view a home for over a week. I made contact with this company 9 times. They use a google phone account which is supicious. I thought it was a small company. Finally, I found another phone number. Ryan was rude and short to answer questions. Did not vaulue my time or the time spent attempting to rent the house. As others have stated, beware of this company. Sure is set up in way that elicits distrust.

Extremely unprofessional.Back in APRIL 2019 I put a work order for the front door lock, seeing this is a potential fire hazard. I explained the severity of this issue being that I cant lock myself in. Maintenance request #25879-2 was put in and schedule for repair on April 30, but was later canceled. ONE YEAR goes by the door lock was not repaired and when I checked the maintenance request on the portal, WE RENT HOMES Canceled the work order due to “covid”. In JULY, AUGUST and SEPTEMBER 2020 the ac went out twice. This first time it was fixed in about 1 week HOWEVER the repair man reached out to WE RENT HOMES and warned them about a compressor that needs to be ordered before greater damages happened. Without listening to the repair man, GREATER DAMAGES happened in the hottest month of the year AUGUST. One month with no AC. When I reached out to WE RENT HOMES this was their respond “Hello, I have followed up with the homeowner, home warranty company, and the vendor. Unfortunately, because of COVID there is no earlier date to get the compressor in. The vendor did state that it could come in earlier. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.Julie Hicks, We Rent Homes, CSR”NOTHING CAME IN early. a week and a half later the AC was finally fixed. All the other tenants on the comments, I applaud you for not losing it. It’s not easy being in a home where you still have to make full rent payments and being in a home/sauna. So because of the AC not working for about a month, the refrigerator was slowly going out as well. And that took another 1 or so month to fix.I received a 30 days notice VIA text and email. Please read below to see what it said;Unfortunately the owner of the home would like to take the home back now that lease has expired (3/31/2021).The sooner the home is vacated, the better for her, but you have up until April 30th to vacate.Feel free to contact us with any questions/updates.Thank you for your tenure with us.Sincerely,Adrian Silva“THE SOONER THE HOME IS VACATED THE BETTER FOR HER”What about the tenants and the lease agreement? Which brings me to my next point. On April 15 I received this message via text:Good morning! The homeowner of 3205 Derby Point is requesting an update on your move out date. Do you know at this time what date you will vacate and turn in keys? Thank you!Kellie Stringer/Mgt/AccountingWe Rent HomesI paid rent on the 1st of April. So why are u rushing me when on the lease it states that I will not be prorated. I kindly replied “I will vacate and turn in the key by 30 April”This is the reply:Thank you. She was just wondering if it would be any sooner, and I told her I would ask. :)Kellie Stringer/Mgt/AccountingWe Rent HomesOn April 30 as I was making final touches on the property. The owner rudely parks in front of the home without saying anything. I then received a text message at 6:45 pm stating“Good afternoon! This is a reminder that your keys need to be turned into the office today. Thank you”Kellie Stringer/Mgt/AccountingWe Rent HomesWE RENT HOMES are the MOST inconsiderate group of individuals sharing the common goal of mediocre customer service. They rather text than to pick up the phone and speak to tenants. Please spare the passive aggressive apology “I’m sorry you feel that way” I do not feel anything this was business conducted very poorly. As you all may have read a lot of of their responses are “WE RENT HOME” do not own the property we manage. So what is it that the business have to provide beside ensuring the rent is paid on time ? Because following up on maintenance request in a timely matter is a BIG failure on WE RENT HOMES whether it is big or small.I hope this review helps a lot of future tenants out so they know to take there business some where else.P.S PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS POST. As for this post is to make awareness of how poorly this business is. I don’t care to hear any rebuttals at this time. As always “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT”.

These people have no respect for anyones time. In the last year (Ive rented for two years) Ive had to take days off or have my mother to receive quotes from independent contractors because they show up whenever they feel they can for maintenance issues. I went almost 4 months dealing with an evaporative cooler unit that was Ill functioning and leaky IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. Now that Im trying to leave (I put in my thirty day notice) I have had at least 7-8 attempts at scheduling showings of the property a day, and when I dont answer the texts, I am hounded with phone calls and voicemails. Today, a real estate agent showed up for a confirmed showing that I didnt even agree to! They wont even give me the time to get out of this place without having people crawl all over it in the middle of the pandemic. I am paid up until March 31st and I feel like I work for them now. DONT DO IT. Its now 8 pm and I just got another call for a showing. I feel harassed.

If I could give this service zero stars, I would. We rented from them sometime back (military family) and when we moved in, the place was dirty and needed maintenance. As per their direction, we documented all of the faults and took pictures. When it came time for move out, we clean the house extremely well and steamed cleaned the carpets. A couple weeks later, I received a notice that we would only be getting $300 back of our $1200 deposit. They said the place was not cleaned and needed repairs. Bottom line, they tried to scam us out of our deposit so the owner (probably them) could use the money for improvements on the house. Repairs that (like chipping paint) were already there when we moved in and documented on our move in sheet! Worst renting service Ive ever had in my 20 years of service.

I dont really need to say much more-- all the low review stars are accurate. We were owners who used their services to rent our place out and have since severed ties. The contractors they use did shoddy work, managers were unresponsive and not in the loop with many major repairs/issues, and the broker did not respond when complaints were escalated. The only star i can give goes to the office team. Danielle is wonderful.

DO NOT RENT from this company if you are a military family. Rented a home from this company for 2 years. Maintenance was shoddy at best-including 1 month with no AC in a desert summer- , and when we left, they went above and beyond to take advantage of us. We have an impeccable history of getting 100% of our deposits refunded with the exception of dealing with this company. Shady final walk through and “damage” charges, complete with THEIR OWN handy man photos ( how can you do a final walk through with the handy man already there working?).We contested and challenged with our own photos- they literally ghosted us. People- they charged us for repairs they had failed to complete while we were living there. Read that again. We ultimately paid to repair issues they failed to remedy while we lived there. Keep in mind, we’ve rented for 20+ years, and know how to clear a house. Do yourself a favor and steer as far clear as possible. Being 1200 miles away made challenging the outcome even more difficult. The best we can do is try to protect other military families from their predatory practices. We moved out in 2018 and waited to post until we cleared our next house (just to be sure we hadn’t lost our touch- in Oct 2019 - we moved out of our next property and received 100% of our $1955.00 deposit back)

Before we moved into the house, we wanted to see the house, but couldn’t because the previous tenets didn’t allow it which is understandable. We asked the renting company if the house came with a refrigerator, they said they didn’t know. How do you not know if you are renting the property. We still decided to rent. We ended up buying a refrigerator, obviously there was no refrigerator. Also when we moved into the house, it was not ready. They were still painting it and replacing pipes and it was dirty from previous tenants. One room smelled like cat piss, walls and doors in the house were scribbled and had stickers. We took pictures and sent them to the renting company and it was also documented and also sent to the renting company in the first week of moving in. They did replace the carpet but did not send someone to clean the house. When we were moving out, we cleaned the house, had the front and back yard tended to. We had the carpets cleaned and deodorized, I still have the receipt. I took pictures of before and after on the carpet. Also took pictures of other things in the house that were cleaned. When we got out deposit back, they were charging us for things that the previous tenets had done, carpet cleaning, stickers in the house. The contract shows that how the renting company turns in the house to you, you can turn it in the same way. I had a right to turn in the house dirty but did not because I wanted to do the right thing and leave it clean. Also, before we moved out, they put signs that the house was up for rent which is fine with us we understand they needed to try and get a tenet after we moved out. The only thing we didn’t like was that the renting company was giving my wife’s personal cellphone number to everyone who wanted to see the property. They did not ask permission if they can give my wife’s cell number to whoever. Technically, it should have been the renting company calling us and letting us know when can potential tenets see the house. When we received our deposit back, we didn’t receive everything back due to things the previous tenets had done. We decided not to fight for rest of the deposit because its just not worth our time. So we decided to write this review for all to see. We highly recommend that you rent with another company.

Absolutely horrible! Moved in and the house was filthy. Broken appliances that they tried to get us to pay for (read the lease). House constantly flooded and they would take six months to fix the cosmetic issues. The floorboards warped and would cut my toddlers feet. The house flooded every year and they still wouldnt fix it. There was a termite and mold infestation. The mold caused me to be extremely ill. I was hospitalized and they still wouldnt fix it. Eventually we spent thousands of dollars to move. Beware.

I have erased my prior review. After moving out all I can say simply is DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THEIR BUSINESS. They are highly disrespectful and petty. Many items we requested fixed from our initial move in were ignored and rejected. Come to find they used OUR security deposit to fix those items and leave us with nothing. We were charged for things from the prior tenant that we had told them about. NOT. WORTH. IT. We had to fight for MONTHS to get the air conditioning fixed IN SUMMER IN EL PASO because they couldnt be bothered to hire someone and told us to deal with it it was probably not broken. (when they finally fixed it they said somehow your entire electrical system is fried) AND MADE US PAY FOR THE INITIAL EVALUATION. Boycott this terrible establishment.

First let me start off by saying, the negative reviews here don’t speak entirely on We rent homes. People tend to write negative reviews rather than good ones. I’d like to say, we rent homes had made my transition from Georgia to Texas very easy and they were extremely helpful. We’ve been with them for about a year now and have no complaints. We are moving soon and our goal is to go through we rent homes again. Before judging these people on negative reviews reach out to them for insight first. The reviews rubbed me wrong too, but I’m glad I made the choice! Special thanks to Katie! As well as the rest of the team!

First of all, notice how all of the positive reviews bashing the negatives are CURRENT tenants, meaning they have not yet been screwed over upon move out. I had a pleasant experience with then while living in my rental, other than the maintenance people having no idea how to fix anything and not showing up when they say they will. However, move out was different. They kept over half of our deposit due to things we werent responsible for and things that werent damaged or dirty when we left (including their appliances we never used because we had our own). When I asked for photos since they refuse to allow us to be there for inspection, they had the nerve to send me photos from a house that wasnt even where we rented. My husband patched and painted all of the walls and staircase AFTER our furniture was moved out, and they sent us pictures of jacked up walls that were not like that when we moved out. I am waiting for time stamped photos, because I am positive they are using photos from previous tenants. They are charging us to fix a garbage disposal that worked up until we moved out. And $65 to remove items from a closet, which they have yet to tell me what was removed. They say they dont benefit from keeping the deposit and that they dont do their own maintenance, yet their maintenance workers show up in We Rent Home vehicles.....They are out to rip people off, and if all of us military families share our stories with Ft. Bliss, we can work together to make sure that no military member rents from them ever again.

Do not rent from these people if you value your time and sanity. My whole story exceeds character limits, so Ill put it in a nutshell. The house was unlivable conditions when we moved in. It was a nightmare to get them to have someone clean it. Then, it took a couple days for maintenance to come fix the toilet that was disconnected from the floor and leaking when we got there. Theyve made accounting mistakes and never returned calls about them. They have tried to lie to keep from fixing issues with the house that fall under their responsibility. Now that were leaving, were being forced to let strangers in to see the home in the middle of our packing, even though we were denied access AFTER signing the lease because the previous tenants were still there. Every concern Ive had has been legitimate and they have treated me like a child, and a waste of their time. Horrible customer service is the least of their issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, no matter how good the price looks. It isnt worth it!

I would avoid this rental company if at all possible. My family rented with this company for almost 2 years from 2017-2019 and during that time we were generally free of complaints. However, upon move out, we were left completely dissatisfied with our experience. 30 days prior to our move out date we requested someone from We Rent Homes (WRH) to complete a walk thru of the property with us the day we were scheduled to turn in our keys and leave the state. WRH stated they would just go thru the vacated home and send us our deposit and any documentation related to move out to our new home. This, however, was not the first time we rented and understand the implication of allowing a rental company to go thru a home without the tenants being present and insisted there be a walk thru. When the representative from WRH arrived, he stated he wasn’t there for an official walk thru, he was only there to check on things and to do a general walk thru to check on damages and cleanliness. During this walk through there was no itemize list compiled and he claimed everything looked up to standard and even stated he was impressed with how well it was cleaned. After relocation, WRH mailed us a lengthy itemized list of damages and “cleaning” that needed to be done by a local handyman who, upon further investigation, could not be found in any type of internet search engine or thru the BBB. There was also no contractor license ID included on the invoice provided in the documents sent by WRH. $700 is what they ended up keeping from our security deposit, I will say I did anticipate some being kept for a professional carpet cleaning service for the heavily trafficked areas of the home. On top of all of this, We Rent Homes El Paso IS NOT ACCREDITED by the Better Business Bureau.

These people are very unprofessional and do not care about their tenants needs. Before I moved into one of their homes, I had completed a walkthrough and noticed that the paint in every room was mismatched. The carpet in one of the bedrooms had a rather medium size to large green stain and the carpet where the stairs were, were disgusting. They appeared very worn and used and were coming up a little. I had inquired about them fixing that and they stated that the homeowner would be responsible for fixing that and that it should be addressed prior to moving in. When I moved in, nothing had been done and instead, the carpets had been steam cleaned and that was it. I emailed them and they said that the homeowner did not want to fix it, so at that point, I said fine and documented it on the move-in inspection sheet. After living there for a few days, I noticed that the ceiling fan also did not work for turning the lights on or off with the attached string. I tried to change out the light bulb and that didnt work either. I thought I had submitted a request to have it fixed, but I did not so that was on me, but I recently just submitted one to have it looked at.Then I asked for a garage opener because the house did not come with those or the mailbox keys. The lockbox for walkthroughs stayed on my door for a whole 3 weeks before they removed it. I had to follow-up and ask them to come in and remove it. I also had to pay for my mailbox keys. I figured okay, this is probably just something minor and I shouldnt encounter anything new. NOT the case! I thought I would be given two garage door open remotes, but was not given those upon move-in. I was told I had to purchase those myself so I did. After moving in I also noticed that the oven/stove was not working when I plugged in the appliance. The appliance had an F10 code in which a vendor had to come out and look into it. I submitted a request and it took 1 week for a vendor to come out and tell me they had to order the part. Then, they didnt even come out for another 3 weeks to fix the oven. I had to even follow-up with We Rent Homes El Paso, to see if the vendor was coming back. My oven was broken for an entire MONTH.Then, the upstairs toilet valve was not flushing so again, I had to put a request in for that. When they came out, the valve was replaced and I was assured the toilet would work. That request took approximately 1 week to have completed as well. Three days later, the toilet is broken again. I put another request in and have yet to hear from a vendor and its been over a week now. I told them the toilet would need to be replaced and they said a vendor would be out to look at it and they still have not come. Lastly, it rained last night and water was literally leaking in my living on my TV and dog beds. I was furious and emailed them about it and put a request to have it fixed only to receive an email in the morning with a woman by the name of Danielle Kokinda who stated some of the items you have had issues with we arent able to check during inspections due to them being a gas utility which isnt active during the vacancy for safety reasons. I reported my heater not working because silly me, it wasnt turned on just yet so I had to deal with the gas company as well. That was my fault and an issue that should not have been reported, but the nerve this lady had to try and point that issue out among ALL of the other issues Ive had. She made me feel like my issues were being minimized and that they werent a concern.I would advise anyone who is thinking of renting from them to NOT rent from them. They are very unprofessional and do not value the tenants that move-in or reside in their homes. If you have problems with the home you rent, dont count on these people to rectify the problem. Youll only be met with more issues and unprofessionalism.RENTERS BEWARE!!!!

We are a military family and have moved many times and been both tenants and landlords. We treat our rental home as if it were our own and care for the property as we would like our tenants to care for our property. While renting we had an overall positive experience with We Rent Homes. It was frustrating and odd to me that they refuse to repair appliances per the rental agreement and both the garbage disposal and microwave broke during our residence which we paid out of pocket to fix. I understand that is their prerogative to not want to repair appliances as part of the contract. We had a water leak in the ceiling from poor roofing that had to be repaired three or four times over the course of our stay. Overall repairs were dealt with within a few weeks time.Upon move out, we did our due diligence to patch and paint any nail holes, tidied the yard, had the home professionally cleaned with a recommended vendor and the carpets cleaned. We also were sure to replace any broken mini blinds as the quality was cheap and many had broken with use. They kept $633 of our deposit for items such as a window latch, repainting the pantry shelves, door latch and hinges that were sticky, a leaky outdoor faucet, scuffs on the walls and trim, caulking in the bathroom showers. None of these items were due to damage we caused like the sticky window or door latch and scuffs on the wall are normal wear and tear when a home is used for its intended purpose as a primary dwelling. When I called and reached out to them, they insisted that these are my fault and should be repaired at my own expense from my deposit. I responded in writing to them, received a reply back two weeks later stating they would investigate the charges. Another week has passed I have yet to hear back from them.My advice is if you are going to rent from them, do an extremely thorough job with your move out cleaning and touch ups, video your home before vacating and insist on an in person walk through. They will tell you they do not do walk throughs with tenants but request a pre-walk through asking them for repairs they would be charging for so that you can take care of them yourself. We did not have the time to do this on a time crunched military move and this would have saved us the headache and the money they did not return from our deposit.

Then when it was time to use the dishwasher for the first time it didn’t work so we turned in a maintenance request and they told me it was my responsibility according to the lease. We moved out in July and in THE LEASE it says that the security deposit is due back to us within 30 days. It is now September and we just received it. Our experience with We Rent Homes has been particularly unpleasant. Promises about having the house cleaned and prepared before the move in date were not kept and instead of the company owning up to the problems we had to deal with constant back and forth arguing to get any repairs and cleaning done in the home. The house had major repair problems that were not revealed to us before moving in. The A/C was broken, water leaks were found in the toilets, water valve in the backyard, under the sink, and in dishwasher overflow valve. The house was also filthy on our move in date and the company refused to send in cleaning service until we finally complained for the 5th day in a row. The staff is generally very unhelpful, very rude and they even went as far as to say that we should just accept the house the way it is. If I had known what I do now about the way this company treats its customers I would have stayed clear away from them from the beginning. Dont be fooled by the way they treat you before you sign the lease because after you are under contract with these people they will not treat you with respect. Hopefully people looking to rent houses will read this and be able to save themselves the trouble we are facing right now. We are on day number 6 of dealing with constant issues of problems with the house and we have not even had a chance to move in yet even though our move in date was 6 days ago. Horrible, awful company service. I strongly suggest you look for another rental company if you are currently searching for a rental home.

About 1.5 years ago, the house we were renting had a water leak. We Rent Homes sent a team out to repair the ceilings. The work was done very poorly. I wrote a complaint about the poor quality repair work at that time, and it went unanswered. Prior to moving out, I had asked to do the move out inspection with them 3 times. They repeatedly told me, “No, we don’t do that.” Then when I moved out, WRH charged me to to re-repair the walls, replace burnt out lights, and replace a non functioning light switch. The lights and switches were working when we moved out, but again they refused to do a walk through with me. They won’t give me a cost break down of the repairs and are holding on to a good portion of my deposit. I disputed the charges, and received the following message from Jezika over a month ago. I have not received any other information and they won’t return my phone calls...“We have disputed repairs with the company hired, once we are reimbursed by them we can reimburse you. I will be able to follow up with our accounting department on Monday morning. They will be closed today and tomorrow, unfortunately. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you.”These guys are shady and untrustworthy. It does not make sense to me that they would hold on to my deposit money until they get reimbursed from the company that they hired. I’m sure the work needed to be done, as we have evidence of the initial poorly repaired drywall. However, that is not our problem and we should not be charged. If you are currently renting from them save all your of your e-mails and work orders. Be prepared to file a claim with the better business bureau.Additionally they are members of the “Texas Asociation of Realtors” I am considering filing a complaint with them as well..

We Rent Homes is terrible. Very inconsiderate to you when you move out. Also charged me for work orders that should have been taken care of by the owner. Very unprofessional.

Had a horrible experience. Was told less than 2 wks before the end of our lease that we had to move out even though they requested for US to renew our lease 2 months before the lease was done. Was told we could extend then received an email that the owner changed their minds at the last minute. The staff is very unprofessional. We had to go in person in order to receive any answers to our questions. Phone calls were never returned as promised. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We have had the worst experience with this company. Iris in the office was so rude! The office staff is so disorganized. I gave my 30 day notice and now I am being charged an extra 45o dollars supposedly late fees from January. That was two months ago never did it show that I owed that online and now its showing. They told me they would speak to Kelly and have her call me. Never did she call. Shes is supposedly always out of town. This company has screwed so many people including us. I know we shouldnt even expect our security deposit back. They find any excuse to keep it. I dont recommend you rent from this company. If you are looking to rent or sell your home I would recommend you find another agency to work with.

I highly highly recommend to NOT rent from this company. A lot of bumps upon leaving this home. We are military as well. My husband and I gave them our 2 week notice upon leaving. Normally you get a pro rated check back if you move out from your date X til the 1st. Doesn’t work that way. If you move out on the 15th and you gave them your whole rent check of 1425, you don’t get it back UNLESS someone else moves in in that gap. If no one moves in from the 15th to the 1st, you will not get a check back, even when you give the company proper notice. Also, when we moved out, we did our best to clean. FYI you also don’t get a live person to do a walk through when you move in and when you move out. We went above and beyond and only received 900 of our 1425 deposit back. My husband wrote a letter back questioning ALL the other charges we were charged for(things that were already in the home, pictures and dates to prove) and we received a check for 75 dollars.🧐 We are a clean, small simple family and have a very clean rental history so this experience was disappointing to us. I will also let be letting our fellow future military El Paso residents(we go through enough as it is) know of this rental company and post on the AHRN site, Fort Bliss fb site. Lesson learned, if any of you are looking for a home to rent and are military, i suggest the AHRN site.. they typically don’t link rental companies that receive numerous bad reviews on their website. Good luck to all out there .

Horrible experience and the property managers/Landlords are EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Upon moving in make sure you take pictures and videos of EVERYTHING! , things that are broken will NOT be fixed, and you will be charged with bizarre things because they are scammers! The absolute worst company I have dealt with in all my rental history, and yet the most expensive home I have paid for.

The home was not maintained. advice to any one who will be doing business with them, make sure a thorough walk through is done and hold them accountable for the things they said would be done before move in. the homeowner would be disgusted if he saw the way the home was being taken care of.

Renting from WeRentHomes was quite the experience I must say.. In such a disappointing way.I moved into a home a little over a year ago. Upon move in, the first tenants left the place in a filthy condition. Chuck Morris was In charge of moving us in. (If you ever meet Chuck, he’ll definitely leave you scratching your head.) Chuck never set up their ‘orientation’ and upon picking up my keys, Katie freaked out that we had never had orientation yet we signed for the Home. We set up orientation that day and that was the last I ever heard back from WeRentHomes during my year stay.Upon move out is when things became very, very interesting. They assign different people to do different tasks. For example, Iris, who does maintenance, will also do your 30 day move out notice. However, she isn’t in charge of actually moving you out. Iris was excellent and helped kick off our move out process. She always promptly got back to me in regards to any concerns or questions I mayhave had. At this time, I was moving out of state and tried to make my transition as smooth as possible. My current landlord tried communicating with WeRentHomes in regards to obtaining proof, history, etc for me to make the transition to my new home, and it was a nightmare. Not only was Priscilla rude to me she was also rude to the new landlord. I can confidently say she never took priority, ownership or respect towards my situation. I had to physically ensure myself that the information requested was faxed over to my new landlord to guarantee my hold on my new property. Finally I was able to get everything set and begin the next phase of moving out. (Cheer up Ms Pricilla. It’s the holidays.)Then came time to work with Jezika. Jezika, unfortunately is a total space cadet. I called the business 30 days after moving out and asked what I needed to do in order to have my deposit mailed to me. She never answered my calls, and never returned my voicemails. It wasn’t until I involved a manager that prompted WeRentHomes to get the ball rolling. Ms Kellie was assigned to my case and she was awesome. She stated that my deposit would be 10% of what was given and she said she would investigate herself as to why it was so low. I immediately expressed my dispute to her and she took it upon herself to connect with Jezika to clear up my concerns. About 2 weeks later my check finally showed up. I immediately threw it back into dispute and Ms Kellie stated she would further look into it.Long story short, my deposit was thrown into dispute at least two times, and both times there were faults on their end in which they admitted they were incorrect. Unfortunately Jezika will deny any claims even if there is proof right in front of her. And she is highly inconsistent with her reasons as to why she counters your concerns. It’s quite fascinating. I am still unsatisfied about my current refund as I am being charged things that do not make sense and I am highly confused.. I have compiled numerous emails asking for a thorough reply, and hardly anything has been written back. Not only did they move me into a filthy house with black mold, they never helped my transition to a new home out of state, and they never gave closure on their thought process of my move out. They declare they are always concerned about their past, current, and future tenants, but I must disagree.I am super bummed in the fact that WeRentHomes has a glaring lack of communication amongst themselves, and their renters. I must say, I’m embarrassed for WeRentHomes as a collective. It’s sad to say that honesty is not in their culture and values. I wish for nothing but success for Ms Iris and Ms Kellie, and I hope they know that they are imperative to the positive experience WeRentHomes could potentially have.
