Angela was the agent helping us buy a new home from a builder, The process was easy and only took a couple of weeks. Angela took care of all the paperwork. She also got the builder to drop the price $10,000 with no complications. We were highly satisfied with Angelas work and professionalism.

We used Success Realty to sell my parents house after they passed. Angela was very caring and thoughtful, helping with all the process. She made it very easy and the sale was done quickly, for 20% more than we thought we would recieve. She was very professional and courteous to our family. We are glad she was our agent.

Application process is quite invasive as they ask for your height and weight, and other weird items. Most things are redundant and time wasting in their application as well. Even though they perform a credit check and check your previous landlord references, they do not do a good job. Was denied an application for owing money to a past residence but if they would have checked my credit report they would have seen I owed nothing. Because they cannot pay attention to these details at time of application I do not recommend applying to homes through them. Also should mention Angela is quite rude and not great at communicating. I can only speculate how bad the rest of their service is.

Apartments themselves are great. But if you DON’T want a rude landlord, then I wouldn’t rent from Success Realty. Angela Ochoa is very unprofessional and will show up to your front door unannounced to check the inside of your apartment randomly. She kept over 500 dollars of our deposit for ridiculous things. She’ll ask personal questions about neighbors & she just makes the whole experience really uneasy.

I disagree with the negative reviews. My experience was very positive. Angela was always attentive to texts. The house was very clean when I moved in. I looked at a lot of very nasty places before finding this gem. There was a problem with the USPS losing the check for my refund and Angela worked with me to get it worked out. Very fair on what was deducted from my refund. Too bad the people with good experiences dont share them on here. I would use this company again if I ever moved back to El Paso.

I wasnt very satisfied.I kept calling the office and agent multiple times (about 10) in a course or 2 weeks. Nobody got back to me. I finally went into the office, and the lady called the realtor while I was there. No answer. Its been about a month, and nobody still has contacted me. These realtors apparently dont want to help people. By the time I went into the office, the property I wanted to look at was off the market. I was disappointed.

Success Realty has done an excellent job managing my property. Prompt communications and follow up. Fair in contracting and renting. Highly recommend, based on my experience.

Worst realty company ever rented from Angela for over 4 yrs always on time with rent and we never complaint once about fixtures in the house we would do the maintenance our selfs. when it was time to move out she gave us hell since the beginning she put the house up for sale and would have random people go inside my house while I was still leaving there and I still had another month in a half to live there . When it was finally time for us to leave on our last month which we paid our last month left the house clean for them, called her to let her know that we had locked up but never answered once called her multiple times to turn in key never answered once. I never asked for the deposit cause I knew she was going to keep since she is like that. we moved out in July last year and we are in April already and I got an email from a credit company that she is finning me and my husband for charges on the house. she is charging a $700 move out which was never part of the contract she is charging $400 carpet replacement but dont know why since the carpet was already damaged when we moved in and I have pictures to prove it. Charging us $300 removal of pest excrement which we never had dogs or cats . So she decided to send us the credit bureau for all this charges and never once notified us about all these problems never got an email , call , text nothing until now. So I highly recommend not to rent from this company they are only after your money and that is all. I hope you enjoy this review have a nice day :)

Terrible. Angela only calls when a payment is overdue. There was a leak in our AC. Never bothered to help us with it. Im still getting charges over due when I am no longer am living there. I had lost my job. I was working on paying her back. For the most part I as almost there. I went from owing her one month to owing her three months in one month because of this $10 a day overdue business. But for a year we were on time and didnt get a pero peep from her. Dont rent from these people and lose your job. You will be charged more that what you should. Try talking to her, all she is interested is money.

They are horrible! They take to long to approve someone, they dont care for no one but them selfs. I had to extended my Move-out date twice! When i was finally approve! This suck up lady that thinks she is all that call me the house is not available for rent no more, not caring that i was going to be left with out a home! Thanks for screwing me over!

These people are horrible! They managed my property and couldnt do a worse job if they tried. I would never call them again for assistance. They never call back, they can never preovide information in a timely manner.

Horrrrrrrrrriibbblllleeeeeeeee!!!!! Angela was extremely rude from the beginning! Said my payment for the second application was denied when I offered a different form of payment she right away said oh no! I cant take a payment now! Im driving!! You are going to have to take a money order to the office!!! First of all Im not even from town! Maybe if she paid attention to my application she would have known that! Instead of being worried about the payment! She kept talking to me like I was stupid! I did my research and I have a friend that lives over there so of course I am aware about the air used in houses in El Paso! And then after I made it clear to her I understood she then said in a really sarcastic voice have you even seen the house???!! On top of that someone else called to check if I was still interested in the property 14021 Tierra Leona (which is what Angela called about) and after I told them what happened and told them I found a different home, all they said was okay! Thank you and hung up! Thankfully I know not all people from El Paso are like this and only these two rude people (not to call them worse and get my review deleted)! I feel bad for who ever owns this house! They will never get their home rented with these lovely people!!!!!

You have a rental off Cotton Street, which is leaking water from a roof line. Your phone system sucks. Hate to be calling you on an emergency. Look me up if you cant figure it out.
